Date Format. Can format be set at system level as opossed to each user . European format rather than US
We have found that the date is set to US format. We are in Europe so want to have the format set to European. Support tell us that this can be done locally for each user. Would it be possible to set this at a system level rather than relying on the user to do it.

If the users browser is set to englisch (US) then the user will automatically see US formatted dates.

Allow the ability to delete stamps and leave the data in the log.
We have operating procedures that get modified monthly and have to go through an approval process. We are accumulating pages and pages of approval stamps on the end of our procedures. Also, when we check out a document to insert a photo, for example, it pushes the pages down and the stamps stay in place and cover the text of the document. It looks sloppy and unprofessional to auditors and customers. We need a better solution for multiple stamps on documents in file cabinets that use revision control.

Bring back the Print Result List button
Previous versions of the thick client had a Print Result List button that would print a result list directly to a printer. I have customers that use this to report on recently stored documents. Now they have several more steps to work around this missing button.
The older Thick client -
1. Search for documents.
2. Click button to print result list. - - It would be printed directly to a printer. (In a readable format.)The Web Client.

Open Workflow Task from a Search/Result List
Since there is no way to filter a Workflow, it would be nice to Open the current activity from a Search/Result List. For example, you can open the Workflow History, but you should be able to take the next activity

See the progress of fulltext index for all file cabinets
You can access full text status in the admin tool. Give the ability to see a list of cabinet status in one view with a % of file cabinet that has been indexed.

Calendar Invite for workflow
We have many workflows where the process is sending the date and time of an event in an automated e-mail through workflow manager using the date / time feature. It would be wonderful if we could have the option in workflow designer to generate a calendar invite.

Allow users to change the background color of the web client
We have AutoCAD drawings that have lighter colored lines and it is hard to see on the white background.

merge layers in a workflow
add an option to be able to merge layers as part of a workflow so I don't have to create a task for someone to manually click the 'merge layers' button.

Be able to suppress "Please Complete My Profile" bubble without filling all fields
in 6.11, users now see "Please Complete My Profile" every time they log in. Please add a way for the admin to remove this pop up. The user shouldn't be forced to add their name, email and salutation if they do not want to.

Remove preceding/trailing/in-between spaces in Store dialog fields
We having issues with certain fields (eg VAT numbers) in Intellix Store Dialog, these fields are used in conjunction with Filtered Select Lists.
Problem is - different companies write VAT fields different ways:

GB 123 4567 89
which is completely break our filtered select lists, since we query customer CRM for that VAT number, where all of it kept uniform, like:
123456789We need ability to format post-Intellix fields in store dialogs - remove spaces, or certain characters using Regex or just list of characters to be removed, like:

Allow us to create dynamic store dialogues
I think it would be great if you could allow us to create dynamic store dialogues which could alter their layout depending on the document type chosen (or any other pre defined field for that matter).
For example, lets define a "key" field of a file cabinet store dialogue and lets say its the "document type" and we also give this a predefined select list. Then we may have many other fields of this cabinet but not all of these other fields may relate to each of the possible document types. It would be very useful and help guide the…

same filecabinet dialog
I want the ability to share dialog configuration in Search, Store, Result view (index dialog).
For example, whenever I assign a select list to a field, I have to configure in every single dialog. Same when configuring other kind of restrictions and field ordering.
Current way of configuring allows administrator to commit mistakes when creating or updating dialogs configurations when they want to have them all alike.

Allow the user to see differences in the document between versions
The users I'm working with need to see where are the differences between two versions of the same document. Would it be any way to implement something like the diff command ?

"Edit" button after check-out/check-in
In Docuware WebClient is some inconsistency.
User can "edit" document from search view/task lists, however after even once check-out/check-in to be able to edit the document user must always use the check-out/check-in. After check-out/check-in "Edit" button from view/task lists becomes inactive.
Please to add "Edit" functionality in the search view/task lists when document was checked-out/checked-in.

Accounting people want to type dollar amount without DOT ("."). We had this on 6.0 but not 6.9.
Accounting people used to type dollar amount without "." (DOT). For example, 12345 will show as $123.45. Old 6.0 version had this but not 6.9. Is it easy to turn this function back on? Thanks.

Place Hoders for Signatures
When opening a document that needs stamping/signing, it would be great if stamp go automatically go to a predefined location on the document (signature field).

Allow Documents To Be Placed in the Tray In The Order In Which They Were Selected
When adding files to a tray from a result view or importing, the documents will not keep the order in which they entered the tray.
This was a feature of the Windows client. They were added to the Basket Synchronously. With the web client they are added Asynchronously and if a larger file takes more processing in the queue it will go in later. Also the modification time seems to be based on minutes rather than the "milliseconds since Epoch to date". This also throws them out of order.7 votesWe are currently not considering your idea.

'Store Automatically' function should use dialog settings such as 'Fixed Entries' and others
When 'Store Automatically' is used from a Tray, all dialog settings such as 'Fixed Entries' and 'Predefined Entries' fields and 'Automatic Numbering' are ignored.
Having the latter work when using 'Store Automatically' would be especially useful when Intelligent Indexing used in the Tray, and all 'green' documents are stored using this option.2 votesThank you for your idea.
