E-signature via official certificates is absolutely required in most countries electronic document management law. If we want to get rid of all that paper, we need to e-sign all of our invoices. It is a problem Docuware do not give you a heads up when certificates are expired, It should notice you and stop all that e-sign required processes until new certificate is set.2 votes
when you must sign all pages from document , like contract , and sent it to your customers , some time they ask for sign all pages , but usually this documents are from 5 to 30 pages , and is not posible to stamp signature in all pages at onece3 votes
There is an increasing need to add this to systems that handle documents. In older versions we had these certificates linked to the electronic stamp, I would like to have the functionality of stamping a document showing the installed certificates / token to link this in the document, this would solve major problems in the flow of documents in companies. Thank you!3 votes
Please let see Certified Digital Signature of a document on DocuWare Visor.
Now if you want to know if a document is Certified, you must download and open with a PDF visor to look the Valid signature.9 votes
We have operating procedures that get modified monthly and have to go through an approval process. We are accumulating pages and pages of approval stamps on the end of our procedures. Also, when we check out a document to insert a photo, for example, it pushes the pages down and the stamps stay in place and cover the text of the document. It looks sloppy and unprofessional to auditors and customers. We need a better solution for multiple stamps on documents in file cabinets that use revision control.

Thank you for your idea.
Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.
When I use a signature stamps (BMP style), I would like to dynamically resize it when applying to the document. This would be a nice use of the mouse wheel for instance (like CTRL + mouse wheel in the web navigator).5 votes
Thank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.
When opening a document that needs stamping/signing, it would be great if stamp go automatically go to a predefined location on the document (signature field).15 votes

It would be beneficial to be able to add predefined values from an index field when creating a stamp with form fields. Currently, if you set a form field in a stamp to "Predefined Entry" you only receive the basic options like currentusershortname, currentdate, etc.14 votes
Your idea has been added to our backlog. We are now further investigating the idea.
We have a client that handles claim records and they just noticed that the time stamps are all recorded as UTC. While we understand that UTC is universally suitable, there are times where actual time stamps are required. It would be beneficial if there was a built-in time zone offset in the administration console to record time stamps based on a specific time zone or utilize the server time.3 votes
UTC is universally suitable, For users it is always translated into their specific time zone settings. This way the timestamp is always valid.
