  1. Ability to apply Result List dialogs to a List dialog's results

    Currently docuware lists allows for only manual selection of fields for results of a list. We have dozens of lists that would follow the same fieldsm. Having the ability to select a result dialog for list's result would make this process much easier at scale.

  2. Keyboard Shortcut To Quick Copy Selection Directly To Default Tray

    In the case of sending invoice multiple invoices in a particular order to a third party for processing, the client needs to search for and select each invoice from the result. The number of clicks and losing track when doing a CTRL select across 100 item limitation the result list is time consuming. The desktop client had this feature.

  3. prompt field in lists

    I'd like to see the ability to prompt for input on certain fields for Lists. So a list would be set with certain fields that are hard coded but have the ability to prompt the user for values for other fields.

  4. Display the subtotal of the "amount" columns in the lists and results

    ---ENG---

    Displaying the subtotal of the amount columns (decimal or integer) would be very useful for customers.

    Indeed, they are using "DcW lists" (and result dialogs) to prepare there payment schedule.
    They are displaying several useful columns included "amount" columns, so they know wich amount represent each line (each invoice). But to decide weither they will pay or not an invoice, they also need to see the total amount of all the selected invoices.

    So having the possibility (same as in table fields for ex.) to display a total of a decimal or integer column will be very helpful for…

  5. folder searchbox

    Hi,

    We have a lot of searchbox and list in DW.
    Would it be possible to be able to class views (lists and searchboxes) in "folders" (managed by admin) ?
    If it's not possible, if users could set an order in the views so they could find the one they want easier.

  6. Changeable label names have to display as column name in CSV files exported from DocuWare List.

    When manually CSV exporting from DocuWare List, the column name of the exported CSV file is not the label name defined in DocuWare List of configuration. The database field names are displayed in exported CSV file.

    The DocuWare CSV Export Tool can solve this problem, but customers who cannot install desktop apps will not be able to use this tool. It is necessary to get CSV file from the list of Web Client.

    Expected result :
    The label name displayed in the List is displayed in the CSV file instead of the field name in the database.

  8. Have the "Document locked" message display larger and longer

    Our internal department has requested that when a 2nd user attempts to open a document that another user has opened in a task list that the "Document is locked by" message window be larger and over the document image longer before it fades away (or stay until ok is clicked). They state that it is easy for a user to not see the message before it disappears as they are working on multiple monitors and multiple applications all day long.

  9. Allow customization to the tab that opens with the RELATED ITEMS feature

    Love that we're able to right click in the list view and find related items. Sometimes I have multiple lists based on those related items and if we were able to name it something unique to the original item then it'd be easier to navigate my many open list views. If I right click a document to find related items and it searches by CUSTOMER NAME then the tab that opens could be that customer name instead of the name of the DOCUMENT RELATIONS JOB.

  10. Would like to be able to do a Search & Replace on all docs in DocuWare by searching on a specific field.

    It would be nice to be able to do a Search & Replace on all docs in DocuWare by searching on a specific field and typing first what your looking for and then replacing it with.

  11. When sorting a list with the "Sort by" button, the "reset sorting" option may not be accessible.

    In presence of a long sort field list, as such list is not scrollable, the "reset sorting" option, figuring at the bottom of the list, may not be accessible.

  12. Add fields when there is a version change

    It would be interesting that at the time to unlock a document with activated version control, we can see the fields of the file cabinet to modify it.
    Now only are the fields main version, secondary version and comments.
    I propose to be able to add more fields in this section, fields of the file cabinet

    This list of enhancements is not related to task lists only. Of course, this is the perspective of one user but I do believe some of these enhancements would make user and file cabinet administration much simpler.

    We can't see out task list names anymore in DW 6.10. I know I can decrease the width of my viewer and i can also use another click and use the drop down arrow to display my task lists names in a drop down menu format, but isn't there a better way to display them so they show the entire list name even if our viewer window is wider than 50% of the screen? We were thinking maybe it is possible to give two rows to the task lists tabs? The scrolling feature in DW 6.7 wasn't much better, but…

  15. Option to delete old versions of a document

    It would be interesting to implement an option to delete old versions of a document. the case is that the user is doing versions of a document until thinks that the newest versión is the definitive. Therefor the user needs to be able to delete all the old versions of the document. Free disk space could be a reason.

  16. Sum in result lists

    It would be nice to be able to have a sum of some index at the bottom of a result list : use case is, thare are invoices in validation, a reulst list gives the list of all invoices in the flow, the footer of the list displays the overall amount of amount to be paid in the list

  18. Enable duplicating result index in the index dialog tab

    When configurating a list (result or proper list) we have to repeat twice the fields ordering and naming in 2 different tabs :"result" and "index dialog".

    This could/very often represents a huge amount of time by reordering and renaming the fields and so on twice.

    Would it be possible to make it easier by, for instance, ticking a box that will duplicate the config from "result tab" to "index dialog tab" (at least to initiate it), and then let the customer free to change or adjust it in the "index dialog tab" without impacting the "result" one ?
