allow list-type Role variables to be used as select lists in tasks
When creating a decision as part of a task and adding the various fields to the form, we can tie a select list to a field (for all the usual reasons). However, we can only use the select lists we've configured in the Admin Tool (or configurations). It would be great if we could use lists that we dynamically create as part of the workflow using the new Role variable. This would enable more customization of the workflow decisions, and since we already have the list-type Role global variable it might not be that hard to just allow the usage…

Google Analytics OR use of analytics report to track the users
Hello,
Our organization uses google analytics for reporting on all our websites and applications. We would like to incorporate DocuWare into this reporting. Is this available already or planned?

Cloud- Remaining Storage Notifications
Ability to add a second person to receive automatic notifications when available cloud storage is low. (Recommendation from George Junior Republic.)

User Productivity Reporting
DocuWare should include some basic reporting for administrative purposes. Our area tracks 40+ users per week to see if they are meeting their scanning requirements. Right now, I do this via the SQL backend and a few queries, but it would be great is I did not have to do this every week. Tracking users via the web interface is not viable when you have so many active daily scan users.

Merge and Web Form
We have several forms where part of the data gets merged onto a filled out form that we give to the client, and the rest of the information is lost. I've worked around this by creating a basic word document to hold on to the excess information that is only used internally, however it would be nice if it was possible to use the merge form for the information you want on to a specific document, AND the web form layout that captures ALL the data.

Date/time for forms
It would be nice to have a Date/Time form ability instead of simply just Date. This would work great for forms used for meeting scheduling

Form filling checks and crosses
When mapping fields to a merge doc, can we have the option to have ticks, or checks as well as the existing "X" ?
The reason is that when using a Checkbox field in form design, and then mapping that to a merge form the data changes from a "tick" for yes on the web form, to an "X" which can be interpreted as a "No" on the merge form.

Autoindex monitor should show updated documents
The Auto Index monitor in DocuWare 6.11 shows the number of documents processed, not the number of documents updated. I like that it now shows how many documents were processed. It would be nice if it showed both the documents processed and the number that were updated.

Have server name in admin tool for non admin users.
For users that don't have access to the system configurations, there is no way to know what server you are connected to once in the admin tool. Client has a test system and production. Yes, they have to type the server name in to connect but they want something, either top bar or bottom bar, to state which server they are connected to. That way if they get distracted, they don't have to log out and then log back in to figure out which one they are connected to.

Change default paper size/region
We are North American clients, and we really need a setting to change the default paper size to Letter(in Connect to Mail, Printer, etc...). A region setting that would automatically setup Printers and Connect to Mail to the default paper size of the region would be amazing.
Otherwise, all connect to mail emails are saved as A4 size, which messes with older printers, and also makes emails print out oddly on paper. The Docuware Printer also doesn't have a UI option to change the setting. It has a registry change, but a server side auto-deployed setting would make much more…

Add formatting options to workflow information.
In workflows you can add a description to assist users, however there is no way to format any text in that information window.

URL Creater Options
I would like to be able to create URL's that will take someone to the full Docuware interface while still redirecting them to the piece I want. Currently, if I want to take someone to their task list, it gives them a pruned down interface that doesn't allow them to use all of the features of docuware. Very confusing for the users, as there is no easy way to get the the full interface from the hobbled version.

Development mode for Workflows
It would be nice to have a switch that would enable/disable notifications of non-controllers for workflows. This would allow the notifications to be put in place during testing and then enabled en masse when rolling the workflow out.
It would be even better if there was a way to redirect all notifications to the Controllers/Admins on a development workflow. That way the workflows can be confirmed as working, without spamming the end users before the workflow is ready.

Enterprise Server needs to allow for different Workflow Engine URL based on local web server.
Customer has a main office location (A) and a secondary location (B). Each has there own DocuWare Workflow engine instance.
When an email notification from the workflow engine on B is emailed it uses a URL for site A, site A also uses a URL for A.
A needs workflow URL's for A
B needs workflow URL's for BCause: A & B are different domains and users of B do not have access to A through the company network.

Allow use of SQL Queries to get a "Predefined" search term.
I would like to be able to use an SQL query to get the value for a predefined search field.
For instance, to be able to say that the Location field is locked to "SELECT LOCATION from dbo.USER_INFO where USERNAME = 'CURRENTUSERNAME'"
This would allow the predefined fields to be much more useful. The current set of five options is not very thorough, and not extensible at all. Being able to use those five predefined options in SQL queries would open up a much wider scope. Especially if they could be used in conjunction with the index data of the…

Forms signature via DW/AD credentials for forms
Forms signature control that uses DocuWare/AD credentials to confirm the user. This is standard functionality in many eForms systems

Catch All Error Block
It would be incredibly useful to have a workflow wide error handling option. With the addition of the error variables in 6.11, this would allow a single action to be taken regardless of error location, and greatly simplify workflow design.
As it is, connecting all of the error outputs becomes hideously complex very quickly.

Auto Index Failure Notification
When an Auto Index error occurs the workflow stops. There does not seem to be any type of notification that occurs, and typically is discovered by the end user when indexes are missing. An email notification to the admin would be great so they could address the error prior to an end users discovering it.

Allow additive assignment of Tasks (Roles + Users + Variables)
It would be really super helpful if Tasks could use additive assignment throughout. This especially is true for escalation / rerouting. For example to add the a manager when escalating, so that the original person still can act on the task as well.
As it is now, this won't work. Consider the scenario:
- An incoming document triggers a workflow.
- The document has an index field "Assignment" and it's value is "Joe"
- A User-type global variable is populated with the value from "Assignment"
