Of course the security of our users is important to us.
As you have noticed, this idea still has the same status, but was not declined. That means we evaluate it regularly.One reason why we have decided not to add this security feature yet is that we will first change the authentication flow.
As a first step, we introduced the Identity Service in the DocuWare Cloud with Version 7.3, which allows integration with Azure AD and the use of MFA there.
The next step is to force users to use SSO only. However, to ensure this, we still need to make some changes in our authentication flow.
We are also planning to bring these functions to DocuWare On-Premises.
Afterwards we will evaluate extending the login with DocuWare credentials with MFA/2FA.We are constantly striving to improve our products and appreciate your feedback and contribution.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Im Augenblick konzentrieren wir uns auf andere Themen, deshalb planen wir diese Idee nicht für zukünftige Veröffentlichungen. Wenn die Nachfrage nach diesem Thema steigt, werden wir diese Idee eventuell wieder aufgreifen.

Hinweis zum obigen Kommentar des ADMIN:
Sicherlich reichen die oben angegebenen einfachen Filter in den meisten Fällen aus, in vielen rechen sie jedoch nicht aus.
Wenn auch reguläre Ausdrücke nicht in DocuWare RECOGNITION möglich waren, so doch wenigstens die Abgrenzung über die Barcode-Länge!
Bei einer neuen Version rechnet man dann doch wohl mit einer Verbesserung und Erweiterung der Möglichkeiten, aber nicht mit dem Wegfall.
Durch den Wegfall der Möglichkeit nach Barcode-Länge zu selektieren fällt bei zwei unserer größeren Kunden erheblicher Mehraufwand an. -

Bei der sachlichen Prüfung von Rechnungen ist dieses Feature einfach unschlagbar, da man den in der Regel extrem klein angedruckten Bereich, in dem die Bankverbindungen aufgeführt sind, schnell anzeigen lassen kann ohne dabei den Überblick über das geöffnete Dokument zu verlieren. Denn nach der Prüfung der Bankverbindung wird in der Regel ein Stempel auf das Blatte aufgebracht werden. Hierzu muss heute das Dokument dummerweise erst einmal wieder auf die richtige Größe gebracht werden.

Diese Funktionalität wäre in Kombination mit Workflow Manger und DocuWare Forms prima zu verwenden. Auch wir hätten hier ein gutes Anwendungsszenario welches wir gerne über verfolgbare Links im DocuWare Viewer umsetzen würden.
