Document Names stop use of AutoFill indexing
For some compliance reasons, the file name of the document being stored must be included as an index.
In 6.5 and 6.6, when you attemp to use Autofill Indexing with this file name as an index, Autofill will no longer work as it will not match the origional document's file name.
There needs to be a method where any index can be disabled for filtering to allow AutoFill to work on multiple documents.

Allow more complex conditions for email notification triggers
We would like to be able to generate triggers based on conditions that contain a combination of AND and OR such as the following:
Status = "Needs approval" AND
Department = "Accounting" OR Department = "Billing"One solution would be to have the ability to reference a task list to obtain the conditions for the email trigger since many times there is a related task list and the task lists allow for more complex conditions.

Index image file properties
It would be great to be able to index the file properties of image (or all) files. This will allow our clients to store image files with properties coming from the camera or publishing apps and be able to search them through the Full Text search.

STAMP FIELD COLORS
I believe that it would e very beneficial to provide the ability to set color options for specific fields within a stamp for the foreground color. And allowing there to be a criteria based on IF, AND, ONLY statements.
I believe this would be very useful in a very redundant accounting enviroment to ensure that something new on a stamp catches the eye of an individual without opportunity to be missed.

UTC Time Stamp VS. Actual Time Zone
We have a client that handles claim records and they just noticed that the time stamps are all recorded as UTC. While we understand that UTC is universally suitable, there are times where actual time stamps are required. It would be beneficial if there was a built-in time zone offset in the administration console to record time stamps based on a specific time zone or utilize the server time.

The “Validation” tab in DocuWare v7.14 should be hidden by default unless it is configured.
Background:
- The “Validation” tab is currently displayed in the user interface without prior announcement or feature explanation, which may cause some confusion for users.
- In DocuWare, elements such as “Lists” and “Folders” are typically not shown in the user interface unless they are configured.
- However, the “Validation” tab appears to be visible even when it is not configured, which feels different from the behavior users are familiar with.
- In addition, DocuWare IDP is not currently available in the Japanese market, so having a non-usable feature constantly visible may lead to misunderstandings or unnecessary inquiries.Request:

Please add support for predefined entries in index editing screens of the List Dialog and Result Dialog
Please make it possible to specify predefined entries for specific index fields when opening the index editing screen from the List Dialog. Please also make the same functionality available in the Result Dialog.
Predefined entries can already be specified in the Store Dialog.

Allow hyperlinks in fields to be used in Related Document searches as well
Currently hyperlinks are allowed to be clicked in result lists as of 7.12, but when using a related document search, those links are no longer clickable from there. It would be very useful to allow this feature across all forms of search and result lists

Enabling Audit Functionality for the Document Tray
We would like to enable audit functionality for the document tray.
Since the document tray is also an integral part of the system, it is necessary to track and retain all related records.

Do not display prohibited operations in the right-click menu
The index value profile settings are set so that any document cannot be downloaded.
However, when you select a document in the web client and open the right-click menu, the "Download" menu appears.
When you try to download it, an error message appears and the download does not work.
I believe this is normal behavior, but it is confusing for users.

URL Integration to open DocuWare Viewer with index dialog
The client needs a URL integration that opens the document in the DocuWare Viewer and also displays its metadata (Index dialog) in a new window. This functionality exists today, but it is configured per user in their preferences rather than as a setting within the viewer itself.

stop importing when cloud storage is full
Can we have the DocuWare Desktop Apps import/scanner feature Stop importing when the storage is full. Customer was trying to add documents with the import tool, and all the documents were deleted, and nothing made it to the cloud because the storage was full. Now they have to re-scan all the documents. This should not happen, the document may be unique and if it is deleted after the import processes, and nothing is in the cloud, then the document is lost forever. This should a priority in the next release.

add files via a button in the viewer
Hello,
it would be very practical to be able to add files to a document very quickly from the viewer without having to go through a tray. a button to add in front or behind which simply opens the file explorer.
for example, for workflow users, who receive a link to a direct task, it is complicated to add a file.

Automatische Wiederherstellung von Datenbankverbindungen in importierten Workflows
Beim Import vorkonfigurierter Lösungen über den LocalData Connector sollten Workflows bestehende Datenbankverbindungen automatisch erkennen, sofern die Datenquellen identische Namen und Strukturen besitzen. Aktuell ist das nicht möglich, da die Workflows im Hintergrund nicht mit den Tabellennamen, sondern mit GUIDs arbeiten. Dadurch werden beim Import keine Verknüpfungen zu den vorhandenen Datenquellen hergestellt, auch wenn diese strukturell identisch sind.
In der Praxis bedeutet das, dass sämtliche Workflow-Zuordnungen manuell neu verbunden werden müssen – ein erheblicher zeitlicher und organisatorischer Aufwand, insbesondere bei umfangreichen Lösungen mit vielen Datenquellen.
Eine Funktion zur automatischen oder halbautomatischen Wiederherstellung der Verbindungen beim Import würde diesen Prozess deutlich vereinfachen.…

Enable indexing and searching of data from Form Tables
It would be very useful if data entered into tables within DocuWare Forms could be indexed into searchable fields in the file cabinet (or used in merged forms).
Currently, table data can only be stored in a table field and cannot be indexed or searched. Allowing table data to be mapped to normal index fields (e.g. text or keyword) would make it possible to search for and filter documents based on the information entered in the form table.
