Optimizing access to document history
Problem: In the _AUD tables with more than 10 000 000 rows we are experiencing delays in consulting the document history.
The service is functional, the first log entries are displayed immediately, but after browsing the drop-down menu, the rest of the display takes more than 1 minute.
Solution: We want a development that avoids having to purge the _AUD tables.

Have the ability to delete our own stamp if placed by error
It would be nice to be able to delete our own stamp if we place on a document by error or on the wrong page in the document. Or even have the ability to move it after it been placed.

Für viele Anwender wäre es sicher ein Vorteil, wenn man die Schriftstücke evt. mit einem integrierten Kalender verbinden könnte?

Delete users via API (Platform)
Currently, using the docuware platform, it is not possible to delete users. This will be useful in case of bulk deletion.

Es wäre super, wenn man html Code wie <b>, <i> etc. in Aufgaben verwenden könnte um gewisse Teile des Aufgabendialoges besser hervor heben zu können.

Zip Dateien zu extrahieren
Möglichkeit, Zip-Dateien in DocuWare in den Briefkörben zu extrahieren.
Derzeit wird bei E-Mails mit angehängten Zip-Dateien lediglich die E-Mail in DocuWare übertragen.

Implement the ablility to upload a document in a task decision
I know you can clip a document in a task. I'm saying within a task decision, provide an "upload documents" option that would automatically clip the upload to the current task document.

Add how it was stored to the audit trail, not just "store"
Currently when you audit a document it just shows "store" under the event. To help with troubleshooting for customers that have multiple ingest methods could it get changed to Store- Outlook or Store- Doc Processing or Store-Document Tray ect. this would help isolate and narrow down the problem if there is one.

Live table field calculations in workflow task (like forms)
It would be great if we could do live line item calculations like we see in forms. For instance, on an invoice, we enter the quantity and price each for a line and the next column automatically fills with the subtotal.

Benutzersync V2 Möglichkeit per LDAPs Benutzer zu synchronisieren
Es wäre super wenn es mit dem Benutzersync V2 die Möglichkeit geben würde die Benutzer per LDAPs (TCP 636) abzufragen.
Derzeit nur per LDAP TCP 389 möglich.
Mit der Benutzersync V1 geht das, aber der Benutzersync V2 hat die besseren Möglichkeiten um automatisch DocuWare Gruppen anhand der AD Gruppen erstellen zu lassen.Security technisch habt ihr mit dem Benutzersync V2 einen Schritt zurück gemacht.

Stamps - Permissions Loophole
By allowing all users the ability to create a stamp, you're allowing them to set any field to any value they want. Yes there are permissions you can lock down on fields, but if it's a field they normally can change, for example a Status field, they're no longer limited to select list options. They could mark an invoice "Approved" for example when they're not supposed to, potentially kicking off workflows, etc. This is a loophole that needs to be closed. Simply putting back Stamp creation in the functional profile would fix this.

prefill data on web forms
Use live data from Select lists to link to behaviours for Webforms to make the design dynamic based on DW stored data.
An example is a workflow updates how many attendees are coming to an event and if it reaches its maximum, a metafield is updated and linked to a web form behaviour eg. status is fully booked and that invokes a behaviour to display on the web form that the event is fully booked.
In summary live data changed in the system can dynamically and automatically change the web form when the user opens the web form.

Ability to block users from outside the US with Geofencing
A Cloud organization would like to block data access from outside the US by utilizing geofencing for security reasons.

Ich schlage vor, dass man ein Datum als Zahlwert eingeben kann.
Kann man einrichten, dass das Datum als Zahlwert eingegeben wir. Z.B. mit dem Wert -9 das Datum "vor 9 Tagen". Man spart sich somit bei den Eingabe eines Datums den Kalender zu öffnen, bzw. das Datum im richtigen Format einzugeben. Ich halte diese Eingabe für wesentlich schneller. Diese Art der Eingabe ist bei den meisten EDV-Anwendungen möglich, aus genau diesem Grund.

Add font color option to fillable form field in workflow
I would like to have the option to change the font color of fill areas on forms from a workflow when the field data is changed.
The form is completed and all items are entered onto the form in black. Then a workflow is triggered. The workflow dialog asks for information that can change what is on the form, then the workflow is configured with Assign Data to update that fill area on the form. It would be nice if the updated data could be placed on the form in a different font color, making it quick and easy to…3 votes -
Man sollte aus der Suche heraus gleich in den "normalen" Bearbeitungsstatus gelangen können.
Wenn man z.b. einen Anruf bekommt, eine bestimmte Rechnung sucht und findet, kann man nicht weiter bearbeiten. Man muss dann wieder in seine Aufgaben und dort die Rechnung suchen und kann dort erst "Ablehnen", "Freigeben" oder was auch immer.

Add Webhooks to preconfigured solutions
At the moment webhooks are not saved to a preconfigured solution. That means that all webhooks will have to be put in place manually after installing the preconfigured solution.
This is a somewhat unexpected behaviour and installing all webhooks takes time and can lead to errors later on.
