    We are interested in changing the title "Docuware notification" when we receive an email from noreply@docuware.cloud, is it possible?

  2. Autoindex should have an option to execute from the DocuWare client to immediately see results

    This is extremely useful and critical for users who are storing thousands of documents based on a single field for Autoindex (Voucher number, for example).

    Since Autoindex occurs at the back end, it is difficult for users to say whether they encoded the correct voucher number or not.

    By allowing Autoindex to execute prior to storage, they will then be able to immediately see if the Autoindex results match the document being viewed.

    I suggest the feature should work similar to the "Autofill Indexing" feature. Click the button and then the Autoindex job will execute. It will then fill up…

  3. Cast Autoindex fields to change datatypes

    There are many times that a datatype needs to be converted to a different one. INT to VARCHAR etc - This should be a choice in Autoindex per field not just the creation on a new SQL view or using Workflow Manager

  4. Store Metadata (date, user, etc) should be available to display in result lists

    Store Date, Store User & other metadata should be available as a viewable fields on any result list. Its stored in the database, in some cases it would be hugely helpful for users to see who stored a document and when. The only way to do that now is to create duplicate fields and populate them during the storage procedure. The data is already there so we shouldn't have to do that.

  5. Have the ability to use calculations within Forms

    If filling out expense or check requests or anything with money or numerical value, would be great to use calculations to total the fields.

  6. Display ALL of the select list options even if a value is present

    When a value is already present in an index field, popping up the menu of acceptable values only shows an option for what is already in the field! That's pretty much useless. The end used has to delete what is there before he can change it to something else.

  7. Allow the use of multi column select list in task decisions,

    It would be great to be able to use the data in an existing field narrow down the available selection of a list via a multi column select list

  9. Enable the same search configuration for dates that you have in List and AutoIndex configuration setup

    You already provide configuration options for Lists and even in AutoIndexing that let us search for more than explicit dates.

    Please enable this for us for Search.

  10. Store Automatically Currently ignores the settings in the selected store dialog. It should still default values in fields etc.

    Personally I think this is a bug. Currently Store Dialog settings like preloaded default values are ignored. If you select multiple documents in a tray and use the Store Automatically the settings of the store dialog are not processed. This causes huge issues if a status field for instance was preloaded to kick off a particular workflow. The user is allowed to do it but the documents get stored without the necessary default index values and the user has no idea the fields were not filled in as they are if they store one at a time with the store…

  11. Allow Wildcard (*) Searching in Workflow Task Form Field Select List

    When filling in a field in a store or search dialogue, the user can use the wildcard character * to search for a sub-string. For instance, if a field's select list contains the value "Test Field Value 12345", the user can type "*12345" and the select list dropdown will return all values that contain 12345 within them.

    This does NOT work on select lists for workflow task form fields. It would be helpful if we could use wildcards to narrow down select lists on workflow task form fields and not just the dialogues.

  12. filter multi-column select lists in the new table field based on the value of another field

    Really happy to see the new table field. It would be great to add the capability to filter the select lists that are in the table based on the value of another field in the dialog. eg. The user picks "Accounting" from the department field and DocuWare filters the GL codes in the select lists in the table field to only show the GL codes tied to the accounting department. Adding this capability to the new table field would provide a more consistent user experience across the platform.

  13. Right-click copy/paste function in dialogs.

    Users should have the ability to right-click copy/paste within all dialogs. Some end users are unaware of the Ctrl+V/C method which leads to frustration. Having the traditional method would make things easier for some users.

  14. Allow preindexing in an Intelligent Indexing document tray

    When you are bulk storing docs via Intelligent Indexing, you still want them stored in the file cabinet in the order they were captured.

    So the user will want to 'Store Automatically' the entire group. However, a couple may have to have index fields fixed first. Should be able to preindex them without having to store them out of order

  15. Exclude form data from stamp

    We should have the option to exclude form data in stamp. We do not need to see form entries in the stamp all the time. Form entries can make the stamp too large and the information I the form is not needed on the stamp.

  16. Allow clipping files already in storage

    Presently documents that are in the inbox/tray can be only be clipped to a document in storage, or else another document in the inbox/tray. Not sure why that is. I had the idea that one person could be responsible for inputting and indexing AP invoices, and another for inputting and indexing checks. A third person would be responsible for clipping the checks to the invoice, verifying the check(s) match the invoice, then stamping it as Paid. But once a document is in storage it cannot be clipped to another document in storage. This is fairly limiting.

  17. message bus

    Is there any way to separate DocuWare from needing to depend on the Windows Message Bus? We are getting so tired of having to constantly needing to clear the message bus for our customers.

  18. Possibility to add individual help text in dialogs

    Especially for new employees it would help if you could add help text or bubbles next to the index fields in search and store dialogs, where you can provide useful hints and descriptions what this field is about and if there are some special things to take care...

    This would make on-boarding of new employees a lot easier.

  19. Have memo field in workflow

    It could be very nice to add memo field in workflow form. It's the only index type that we can't use at this time in the workflow, so this kind of index is not very usefull.
