    The default Printer preferences are not able to be accessed and changed in the DocuWare Printer. Can we get that access included.

  2. Rules/Conditions for deleting a document

    Today, a user who has the right to delete a document can delete it whatever the state of the document (its status, its progress in a workflow).

    In addition to custom profiles and restrictions in the Result list functions, it would be very useful to be able to set conditions for deleting a document.

    For example, a document cannot be deleted if its status is "sent to accounting". Or the other way around : a document can only be deleted if it has a status included in "new document" or "to be validated", etc.

  3. Recently Deleted - Ability to disable retention for Document trays and specific File Cabinets

    Have the ability to disable retention for specific Document trays and specific file cabinets.

    We delete on average 3 million documents per month (historic documents and duplicate documents). When deleting this large amount of documents, you have to keep the gui open for days on end and would likely time out. Also, it is unclear when a filter is applied, does permanently delete all only target the filtered list or all documents in the recently deleted folder?

    Also add the capability for a deletion workflow to clear these out for specific doctrays/fc's. perhaps also enable quotas specifically for recently deleted…

  4. Autoindex und Löschregel jährlich ausführen

    Es ist nur möglich monatlich bei der Ausführung auszuwählen, während alle 6 Monate den größten Abstand darstellt. Gerne würde ich bestimmte Jobs nur einmal pro Jahr ausführen. Dafür müsste die Auswahl bitte auf alle 12 Monate erweitert werden.

  5. Add the ability to restore deleted Workflow Tasks

    Without knowing we stopped workflows for employees that are no longer here. Tired of getting emails that wont deliver. We didnt realize this would stop the flow for all users. It would be nice if when a workflow is stopped that it is moved to the recycle bin where we can restore

  6. Admin - Reporting

    For a scalable product, it is time to provide more details on usage in the form of a report or KPI on a dashboard. We need a breakdown of how each cabinet is being used, not just the overall account. We cannot perform chargebacks to departments who use different cabinets proportionally to our overall account storage consumption.

    I inquired this phenomenon via Support Request, them I got answered that this is a specification of External PDF engine.
    I would like you to improve this specification.

  8. System should inform the administrator that user ID already exists

    If I have two users with a long name, e.g. "Katarzyna Nowak" and "Katarzyna Kowalska", the system prompts the user ID "KATARZYN"
    While this is ok when creating the first user, with the second one this name cannot be used and the system does not inform about it, but changes the user ID to a random string of characters. System should in such a case prevent the creation of such a user and inform the administrator that such a user ID already exists.

  9. Formulare in Briefkorb ablegen!

    Es wäre ein wichtiger Schritt, die Möglichkeit anzubieten, die Formulare in Briefkörbe übermitteln zu können. Die Formulare kann man aktuell zu einem Ablage Dialog zuordnen (was ein Workflow auslöst). Es wird vielles vereinfachen, wenn die Formulare auch in einem Briefkorb gehen können und dann erst durch Mitarbeiter in einem Ablage Dialog indexiert werden kann.

  11. Allow the workflow designer to change retry attempts for individual workflows.

    KBA-36354 explains
    How to change the count of retry attempts of failed tasks. There are 2 problems with this. First, it isn't an option in the cloud and second, it is system-wide. I have been creating workflows as a workaround to fill in table fields in merge forms. I could do all of the error checking to see if a row is in a table before filling in the document but it is time-consuming tedious work that is unnecessary because the workflow manager has error checking. Unfortunately, it wants to retry 5 times before it simply gives up and moves…

  12. Change the workflow designer to allow changing a data assignment without changing the entry type and destination.

    I am using data assignments in a workflow to fill in a table on a merge form from a table field. It is a work around that works but the annoying piece is that I set up a data assignment that fills in a row and then I should just need to copy to data assignment for each row but change the field name and the index number of the data entry. Unfortunately when I change the field/variable it wipes out the entry type and entry. So I have to copy the entry to the clip board and then put…

  17. Send one email to all recipients in Notification - Tasks

    Hello,

    For now, when an email is sent from the Task activity, it is sent individually to all users to whom the task is assigned. Unfortunately, business users are lost and do not know if the task is assigned to them personally or to the whole group.

    It is too bad as a developer to add a condition and based on the condition (is the task attributed to a role or a user?), use the Notify activity.

    Is it possible to add the option "notify everyone in a single mail" inside the Task activity?

  18. Options for how to license new users sync'd from AD

    Right now, when a new user is added in the AD sync, they're automatically assigned a workflow license. If no workflow license is available, they're automatically assigned a named license. It would help to have more control over this. Maybe give us the option in the User Synchronization tool to select between "assign named license to new users" "assign workflow license to new users" and "assign no license to new users". (Some customers have limited licenses they manage manually; the last option would be helpful for them.)

    Assigning categories to roles

    It would be very useful to be able to assign a personalised category to a role in the role config. screen, so that I can use them more effectively in workflows, forms, dialog boxes, etc.

    Examples: main role, secondary role, service, department, position, etc.

    and in the best of all possible worlds, that this information is available in internal lists "role" by making this list a multi-column list.

  20. Ability to create storage box only available trough forms even if it is affected to Default Organization role

    When we create a storage box for a form we do not want it to be used from a basket even if the role is Default Organization role. This storage dialog box is only designed for a form submission
