hide decision/choice in workflow
I would like to hide a workflow task decision for certain users from a role or group.

Send one email to all recipients in Notification - Tasks
Hello,
For now, when an email is sent from the Task activity, it is sent individually to all users to whom the task is assigned. Unfortunately, business users are lost and do not know if the task is assigned to them personally or to the whole group.
It is too bad as a developer to add a condition and based on the condition (is the task attributed to a role or a user?), use the Notify activity.
Is it possible to add the option "notify everyone in a single mail" inside the Task activity?

Please make the new Outlook Add-in available for on-premise customers. Currently, this new add-in is only available for cloud customers.

We have clients who use Macs who would benefit from storing emails to DW using this add-in, since Connect to Outlook & DocuWare Desktop are not available for Macs.

Options for how to license new users sync'd from AD
Right now, when a new user is added in the AD sync, they're automatically assigned a workflow license. If no workflow license is available, they're automatically assigned a named license. It would help to have more control over this. Maybe give us the option in the User Synchronization tool to select between "assign named license to new users" "assign workflow license to new users" and "assign no license to new users". (Some customers have limited licenses they manage manually; the last option would be helpful for them.)

Assigning categories to roles
It would be very useful to be able to assign a personalised category to a role in the role config. screen, so that I can use them more effectively in workflows, forms, dialog boxes, etc.
Examples: main role, secondary role, service, department, position, etc.
and in the best of all possible worlds, that this information is available in internal lists "role" by making this list a multi-column list.

Ability to create storage box only available trough forms even if it is affected to Default Organization role
When we create a storage box for a form we do not want it to be used from a basket even if the role is Default Organization role. This storage dialog box is only designed for a form submission

Quick search bar (like M-Files)
Implementation of a quick search bar, just like M-Files has. It automatically searches from metadata and file content. Just like Google basically but internally.

password reset notification
When administrators or system administrators send the reset password link to Docuware users, then send an additional email notification to let administrators know if the user has completed the process, or make the reset password window longer than 15 minutes.

Customize table column by double-clicking
As a user, I would like to be able to adjust table columns to the width of the entries by double-clicking. This would allow me to quickly adjust the width of the table columns and not have to manually drag the columns smaller or larger. (Function like Excel).

When sending an email to a GV that matches the username of an inactive user, do not throw a general error task.
DocuWare R&D claims that this works as intended, but it makes no sense to work like this for inactive users.
Just looking to get this logic re-evaluated.

Add history / audit track for inbox and workflow designer to stored documents
When a document is stored, you can find only history after storing.
There should also be history from document tray and workflow in the download .csv. This is important because in an audit you want to know, when a document is send to the tray and the time between sending and storing a document. Also changed indexdata by a workflow should be available for auditing. Who has entered the index data a person or was this done by a workflow. Most of this data is available, e.g System entries of a document in document are available, but lost when storing…2 votes -
Add PATCH option to DW buit in REST client
The DW built in REST client supports a http GET, POST, PUT and DELETE. Please add PATCH also.

deleted files
We need to be able to control access rights to the Deleted Files section. We can restrict delete rights from a file cabinet, but not in a Document Tray. If a disgruntled user decides to delete files from their tray and also from Deleted Items, there is no way to retrieve them or even get an audit report to see what they deleted.

Ability to Prevent the Deletion of Table Rows
The ability to prevent the deletion of table rows. For example, in a task with a pre-filled table, I don't want the user to whom the task is assigned to be able to delete any of the pre-filled rows. Or, if a user 'edits index entries' but the table is 'Read Only' the user can not edit the rows in the table but they can still delete them.

full text search in older versions
In full text search add the option to search in older versions of a document. Business Case: release notes are monthly edited and changed. Customer wants to search full text in older release notes . Without creating copies of the notes.which is against versioning proposition of DW

Hidden some global variables in document workflow history
When working with a web service, sometimes it is necessary to obtain the credentials, user and authentication from another filecabinet with master data. If we are going to store these credentials in global variables, this appears in the document workflow history and, in some cases, should not be visible to all users, it must be hidden.
We propose that global variables can be managed so that they are displayed or not displayed in the document history.

New fonts to Merge Forms
New font choices should be added to the Merge Forms, or an ability to import fonts. The current font choices are not sufficient enough to serve all needs. For example, Calibri is a much-requested font option.

New archive type for data records
In DocuWare a lot of data-archives with only data-records e.g. supplier masterdata, purchase orders without a document.
For general overview when configuring and for use by users, it would be convenient to introduce a new archive type (e.g. with a different icon or search functionality).2 votes -
The Login Name to be displayed in the field name in the trash list.
Currently, the fields displayed in the recycle bin list are fixed, and the DB user name (which cannot be changed) is displayed as the user name. This makes it difficult to identify users from a user perspective. I would like it to be displayed as the login username instead of the DB username.
Or, we would like to be able to customize the display fields.2 votes
