Use 'Tab' same as 'Enter' in search dialog index field selection
When you enter a value in a search dialog index field, you see automatically the results to choose from. You can walk through results using the cursorbuttons and select a value by ENTER. Would be usefull to make the select also possible by using ALT button.

Option to delete old versions of a document
It would be interesting to implement an option to delete old versions of a document. the case is that the user is doing versions of a document until thinks that the newest versión is the definitive. Therefor the user needs to be able to delete all the old versions of the document. Free disk space could be a reason.

Ability to change colors in web viewer, result lists...
Highlighted rows in the result list changed from blue to grey when we updated to 6.7. Allow admins to control style colors or have alternative style sheet themes.

Export costumer data into WORD forms for a letter out
Many users like to export the name, subject and other data into a WORD forms so they can write an letter out to customers. At this moment they have to work with to screens

One click copy
While indexing, would like ability to click index field name and copy the information in the field. This would eliminate the need to double click and press "Ctrl+V," speeding copying of long transaction numbers, difficult-to-spell names, etc.

Graphics are outdated
Very boxy and basic looking. Tool bars and tabs would be easier to use.

Show both the Approve and Disapprove stamp on the toolbar avoiding having to click on the stamp down arrow to get to one or the other.
It saves time (minimal), but wrist motion to move the mouse. It is unnecessary.

Crop (through) document in the web basket
If you scan a document in the webbasket, it's note possible to crop it if the document is skewed. We the old Windows Client, we had a special fonction the make it right, to adjust it

Improve the ability to find documents after a name change has occurred.
When a vendor or client has a name change, we would like to be able to retrieve the documents that are indexed with the old name, using the new name.
For instance, Company is ABC and there are 100 documents indexed using ABC as the index in the Client Name field. Company ABC has a name change to company XYZ. When retrieving a document using XYZ, it should also retrieve the documents indexed as ABC.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Intelligent Indexing Expand Into Checks
As intelligent indexing is essentially only available on vendor invoices, it would seem the logical next place to allow for intelligent indexing would be customer checks.
Reading a check number and customer name would be desirable, along of course with the auto-identification of the document type of check.2 votesYour idea has been added to our backlog. We are now further investigating the idea.

In the Task List Designer
Docuware would implement much effientcy by adding basic mathmatical excel funtion in the tasklist Designer,Since a good amount of users are also using this in there accounting process to approve invoices, this would provide a valuable feature and purpose. Please see my example attached.

Allow form fields that are marked hidden to be visible in the viewer when prefilled
Currently, if you have a form field set to a behavior of hidden, they do not show on a merge form. It would be good to allow these fields to show in the viewer so prefilled data will show up on in the viewer instead of just in the index entries

Provision of a Support Account
We would appreciate it if you could provide a dedicated support account with administrator privileges and access to the web client, so that our support team can collect logs and investigate issues when problems occur in the customer environment.
Currently, the customer shares the ID and password of an administrator account that was purchased under the customer’s license and is used for daily operations.
However, sharing IDs and passwords poses a security risk. For this reason, we kindly ask that you provide a dedicated account for support purposes only, which would not be used for normal day-to-day operations.

Allow Control of Filing Dialogs by Screen and Operation
Please add the ability to control which filing dialogs are shown depending on the screen or operation.
Currently, the filing dialogs available to users are controlled by their access permissions for each filing dialog. However, in addition to permission-based control, we would like to control which filing dialogs are displayed for each screen or function.
For example:
・when storing documents from the Document Tray
・when using the “Copy” function from the right-click menu on the search results screen or list screen
This would allow more detailed and flexible control based on actual business workflows.1 vote -
When a URL is stored in an index field that is configured as read-only on the Index Edit screen
I would like to request a feature enhancement for the Index Edit screen.
When a URL is stored in an index field that is configured as read-only on the Index Edit screen, I would like users to be able to click the URL link and access the destination directly from that field.
Currently, URLs are displayed as clickable links only in the Result dialog. If clickable URL links were also available in read-only index fields on the Index Edit screen, users would be able to work more conveniently and efficiently.

Validate a date entered in a task
In a task we use a table of orderlines. One of the columns is a confirmation date. Sometimes a user is entering a wrong year in the date field. For example 0226 in stead of 2026.
Can we validate on entering OR on confirming the task decision that is at least 2026 or 2027 as a date1 vote -
Form calculations should exclude hidden fields
When using behaviours in forms with pre-filled fields, calculations are shown using those fields regardless on them being used or not which skews the results and defeats the purpose of having pre-filled fields to make more dynamic forms for users and reduced keying errors.

docXporter integrating the index file into zip file
We have established a contract with a central purchasing agency and need to export accounting documents—including the journal entries—in ZIP format. This zip file must include the exported document and the index file.
For now, we need to combine the ZIP export with a powershell script to include the index file in the ZIP.
It would be a really plus to be able to integrate this feature directly into the docxporter settings.1 vote
