  1. Remember the last used annotation after moving to next/previous document

In the web client when you choose an annotation such as the "Write text on overlay" it does not remember the last used annotation function after changing pages. The windows client would remember the last function and not require the user to continually click the same function over and over again. This becomes very frustrating when working on a large batch of files. Please see the attached file for a detailed walk through of the problem.

  2. scroll to the next page with mouse wheel

The users are used to scroll down pages (e.g. in Adobe Reader, Word, ...).
In the Viewer they always have to use the arrow key symbols on the right or top.
It would be nice to scroll through the pages of one file with the scroll wheel of the mouse.
Also this function could ask, if the end of the file is reached and the document consists of more than one file if the following file should be opened.

  3. View attachments within Outlook .msg files

90% of our documents are Outlook .msg files, most with embedded attachments (mostly pdf's). They are inserted using an automated Active Import process. The embedded attachments look like a clickable link in the web client, but of course they don't open. It would be great to be able to click that link and open those embedded documents (see attached for example).

  4. I suggest to allow opening multiple selected documents in tabs

I suggest to offer a possibility to open documents as a new tab. The opened documents would be shown as tabs within the viewer and allow fast switching between documents and allow opening multiple documents that are selected in a result list with just one click.
