staple after multiple documents are stored
I would like to be able to staple two stored documents together. I didn't know that I wanted these together until after I had indexed and stored them.

sort users by active
Clicking the arrow next to username or email to sort users is great, can we have this for the other columns too? Locked & active?

Require task decision with stamp, hide confirm button
For documents that require a signature stamp in a specific location we need the option to require a stamp to confirm a task decision. Currently, you can complete a decision with a stamp but if you use the confirm button instead the document does not get the required signature stamp.

Global viewer setting
Great tool for administrators of Cloud instances would be to have an option to setup a global viewer default setting, eg. default viewer setting to open documents with index dialog in new window.
That way we don't need to educate new users to change this setting manually.

Create an Add-In for Outlook.live.com (web mail, Office365 etc)
Working remotely isn't going away. Microsoft continues to push Office365 and has introduced a web-based desktop client. We need a way to store emails and attachments in DW when away from desk-top apps. Please create an Add-In for Outlook.

set individual annotations
Currently, the annotations don't work individually, when you add something is automatically merged with the document. I request this feature.

Make an addition with one click indexing
When you are filling up a table with amounts using the One Click Indexing, for example.
Would'nt be great to be able to do additions ?
For example I have an invoice with 10 rows and I want to use the 3 first rows to create an unique row in my table field. When using the one click indexing with the ctrl+click, i'm able to concatenate each of my click in one unique field.
When this field would be a floating type, it would be great if the same ctrl+click was additing up each floats instead of concatenate them, so…3 votes -
Have the ability to copy fields on forms.
For example I want me billing address to match my business address.

Extra file cabinet colours
Add a few extra cabinet colors over the standard Red, Green, Blue & Yellow.
Maybe Pink, Brown, and Purple, or at least a couple extra. When you have a cabinet by department you quickly start to double up.

Create an annotation function allowing a drawn shape (rectrangle for example) to hold text which could be used for searching related docs.
Use Case: A cemetery needs to store cemetery and grave records. They are doing this with paper cards with subsets of cemetery lots. I would like the ability to scan a map as a document, and be able to draw individual grave locations on the map, similar to what they're doing on paper. I would like to be able to click on that annotation and store additional information, text at the very least, perhaps some index values from a store dialog. This would allow me to click on a areas of the map and see the related documents stored in…

Can we integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer to our CRM
Hi, is it possible to integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer's to our CRM system so in just one click, we can see the status of our customer's system and their utilization rate.

Notification
We have the possibility to put a notification for
:
- the new documents
- modified index fieldsBut not for all the documents which would correspond to a filter at a time T.
That's a shame.
For example I cannot create a notification for all unsigned invoices which will return the same list every day as long as they are not signed...
It would be so easy with this option!!!
In order to have this possibility, we had to create a special cabinet, a Workflow and 2 Autoindexes... it's complicated for nothing.

Save form changes without publishing the form.
We should be able to save any changes made to a form without publishing it. This should work exactly like DocuWare workflows.

Search on Forms Tab
Please give us a spot to search for the form name on the Forms Tab. Being able to sort by name and save would also be helpful. For those of us with many forms, it can be really difficult to find the needed form on this tab.

Select a table as required in a workflow task
Currently you can mark fields of a table as required but it allows you to confirm the task without writing any fields, to avoid this you have to validate that the counter of a field in the table is greater than 0. It would be interesting if the tables in the workflow have an option as that table is required and the user has to fill data, thus avoiding having to configure additional validation.

add comments to versions
Add the ability to add comments to versions with automatic versioning. Currently, the system automatically adds a comment "Automatic Version Management". We often send documents to clients and would like to have the ability to change the comment to "sent to client on *** day" or something similar

Email Capture - General Email, Exchange Online
Could the Exchange Online method of capturing email attachments include the ability to mark those emails as Read when moving them to the processed folder?
When email attachments are automatically captured using General Email, Exchange Online, the emails moved into the processed folder are not being marked as "Read".
Previously, when General Email used IMAP, the emails that were moved into the processed folder were marked as "Read".
As a result the folder containing the captures/processed emails is continuously showing a growing number of unread emails which is a frustration as they need to be manually marked as Read each…
