To create a way that a e-form can be automatically populated with data from an external source
A way that a e-form can be populated with data from a external data source automatically by inserting only one value in a field or dropdown and then populate all other fields with the rest of the data and then automatically submitting the form.

Erstellungszeitpunkt beibehalten beim Verschieben/Kopieren in anderen Briefkorb
Beim Verschieben bzw. Kopieren eines Dokuments in einen anderen Briefkorb wird der Erstellungszeitpunkt des Dokuments neu gesetzt. Das ist für eine zeitliche Nachverfolgung ungünstig.

Auch für Workflow-Felder vom Typ "Bezeichnung" sollte ein Titel möglich sein
Bisher wird nur für Workflow-Felder vom Typ "Feld" die Bezeichnung des Feldes angezeigt. Dies sollte auch für den Typ "Beschreibung" (optional) möglich sein. Insbesondere wenn mehrere solcher Beschreibungen untereinander kommen, würde dies der Übersichtlichkeit dienen. Die Alternative, den Text als schreibgeschütztes Feld zu setzen, ist nicht brauchbar, da sehr hell ausgegraut.

Switch Case sentence in workflow designer
Should exist an element that emulate a Switch Case sentence because when you have to evaluate a lot of conditions with a only one variable or index field, you should nest them until you've evaluated all conditions, so think about if you have for example 20 contiditions, you must use at least 20 "Decitions" in the work flow.
Really bad practice at the time to make maintinance to the workflow.

Please make the new Outlook Add-in available for on-premise customers. Currently, this new add-in is only available for cloud customers. We have clients who use Macs who would benefit from storing emails to DW using this add-in, since Connect to Outlook & DocuWare Desktop are not available for Macs.

Options for how to license new users sync'd from AD
Right now, when a new user is added in the AD sync, they're automatically assigned a workflow license. If no workflow license is available, they're automatically assigned a named license. It would help to have more control over this. Maybe give us the option in the User Synchronization tool to select between "assign named license to new users" "assign workflow license to new users" and "assign no license to new users". (Some customers have limited licenses they manage manually; the last option would be helpful for them.)

Generate report of all users who have logged in within a given time frame
Right now, we can go into Audit Reports, export the last year's worth of user info, and manually generate a report in Excel of who's logged in in the last year. This process is time-consuming. For customers with hundreds of users and a limited stock of licenses, it would help to be able to quickly export a list of licensed users that have accessed DocuWare within a given time-frame.

Workflow Bibliotheken / Kopieren + Reduzieren von Segementen eines Workflows
In der Softwareentwicklung ist das Wiederverwenden von Softwareabschnitten in Form von Funktionen oder Code-Snippets üblich. Es wäre sinnvoll, wenn Workflows abstrakt genutzt werden können mit gezielten Eingangs- und Ausgangsparametern. Auch wäre es hilfreich, wenn beliebige Segmente innerhalb eines Workflows markiert und kopiert werden könnten, dies sowohl innerhalb eines Workflows als auch zur Übernahme in einen anderen Workflow. Ebenso wäre es übersichtlich, wenn man Segmente gruppieren könnte und unter einem Baustein zusammenfasst um mehr Übersicht zu erreichen.

Hinzufügen von neuen Tabelleneinträgen im Workflow
Tabelleneinträge können z.B. dazu genutzt werden, um verscheidene Zustände eines Dokumentes über einzelne Workflows hinaus festzuhalten. Um dies zu realisieren, ist es notwendig, Einträge nicht nur auslesen und ändern zu können. Darüber hianusgehend ist auch ein Hinzufügen und Entfernen notwendig. Ebenso wäre es hilfreich, bereits fertige Funktionen zum Auffinden von Einträgen vorzufinden, so dass man nicht immer Schleifen bauen muss.

Configuring a third party IdP for Oauth 2 API Authentification
It would be nice to be able to configure the third party authentifcation software which is trusting the connection while connecting in Oauth 2.
Instead of using Docuware Identity the token could be release from an IdP like Ping Federate.
Also, it would be nice to be able to use clientcredentials instead of password for the granttype method.3 votes -
Ich schlage vor, die folgende Filtermöglichkeit in der Suche anzubieten: "Datumsfeld" = leer
Wir befüllen ein Feld "Zahldatum". Es wäre hilfreich wenn ich bei der Suche nur Ergebnisse anzeigen lassen könnte, bei denen das entsprechende Datumsfeld leer ist.
Somit hätte ich eine Liste aller unbezahlten Rechnungen.7 votes -
Audit log event - Export CSV from Results Dialog
Hi,
There's no audit log event in DocuWare when you export a CSV file from a results dialog. There are for opening, editing, emailing, downloading documents but not the metadata that links to them which might be GDPR related.

The "Force SSO" options should actually force SSO
When you setup a user to the option "force SSO" then it should automatically use SSO and not just "force" them to click on "use microsoft" .. if the option is force then it should automatically try to use SSO first..

ZUGFeRD-Standard umsetzen für Zeilen-Import
Die XML-Daten aus den Header von ZUGFeRD 2.2 können schon gelesen werden. Es fehlen aber die Zeilen-Informationen. Diese können mit "Dokumentverarbeitung" zwar eingerichtet werden, werden dann aber nicht in den Beleg nach DocuWare übernommen. Das ist in 2024 schon sehr wichtig, dies in DocuWare zu integrieren.

Ability for Azure AD User Sync not to overwrite usernames once they have been manually adjusted
In User Sync V2 Tool, which is the only available option for user synchronization in DocuWare Cloud, when synchronizing the users with Azure Cloud, you can only use the UNP and the EmailPrefix for usernames in DocuWare. Those two attributes contain the same data and are not at all user-friendly options for usernames to work with. When you adjust the usernames manually to get usable usernames in DocuWare, the next time the Sync job runs all the usernames are being overwritten. Overwriting the usernames practically does not allow using anything other for username in DocuWare apart from the e-mail prefix.…

Möglichkeit Dokumente passwortgeschützt zu versenden aus dem Workflow
Für die Personalverwaltung wäre es super Hilfsmittel, wenn z.B. Gehaltsabrechnungen aus einem DocuWare Workflow als verschlüsselte PDF oder alternativ in einer verschlüsselten ZIP Datei per E-Mail versendet werden könnte. Aus Gründen des Datenschutzes dürfen z.B. Gehaltsabrechnungen nicht unverschlüsselt per E-Mail verschickt werden.

Ability to store a memo in a variable so you could set a termplate of email in html in a memo and call it from a workflow to a variable to use it.

Add the display of fields of type Description in Workflow tasks
It would be good if the information/data of the "Description" type fields could be displayed in the Workflow tasks from the mobile phone since currently this information is not visible.

Implement Monitor Tasks in the Docuware mobile application.
It would be great if in the Docuware mobile app the "Controllers" users of a Workflow could access to view and interact with the "Monitor Tasks" tasks and not only those assigned to them.

Eigenes Anlegen Intelligentes Indexing Felder
Hallo,
Da einer meiner Kunden an der Grenze der Felder liegt, wünscht dieser sich weitere Felder.
Da dieser Kunde immer mehr Felder verwendet wird, wird ein einmaliges erweitern der Felder nicht lange halten.
Damit nicht jedes mal auf eine Erweiterung der Felder gewartet werden muss, liegt es nicht Fern die Felder selbst anzulegen.
Dies Feature ist bei dem Kunden und auch bei mir den DSC sehr erwünscht.
