Form behaviors - nested filter so AND and OR can be used in filter simulations
Please add the ability to nest searches in behaviors. The filter should work like an Auto Index filter where you can group a bunch of or statements together with a single AND statement.

Export - Select Page Range
Users often need to send a set of selected pages from a document. Right now we can only send the page we're viewing, the whole document or the whole file so extra steps (amounting to extra time) is required to send the pages that need to be sent.

Annotations - Undo/Ctrl+Z Function
It would be very helpful if there were an Undo or Ctrl+Z function for annotations. A quick Undo action would save a lot of time when corrections are needed as opposed to selecting the pointer, selecting the specific annotation and deleting it.

DocuWare Cloud - Export User Lists with License Type
It is common for clients to want a list of their users by license type for cloud systems. There is no good way to provide this list to clients. The Product Overview page does not print in a way that delivers all of the page's content and in most cases clients would prefer a CSV export anyways. In the API there isn't a flag that I've found to indicate Named or Workflow seats, either, so not able to develop my own process to do this job. Allow autoindex jobs to automatically refresh lists
Currently autoindex does not auto update the lists and requires you to refresh the browser entirely to see the documents that were added to lists. This should be changed to allow AIX to update the lists so users can immediately see the documents that they need to see

Add the ability to select checkboxes on a fillable document through the workflow
For example, the document has checkbox fields that need to be marked. The only way I can figure out how to do it is make a field for each checkbox and instruct the users to enter "X" in the text field if they would want it selected.

User Last Login Date - Spotting Unused Accounts
It would be great to have a Last Login Date shown for the users. Once a system grows beyond a certain point it can be a real challenge to sort out what accounts are not in use anymore. This simple tag would make that task a breeze.

intelligent indexing field filter - add option to use Local Data Connector for dynamic lists
Currently you need to use a text file to update the Vendor field filter. Every time a new Vendor is added a new file needs to be uploaded. If you add the ability to use Local Data Connector this will update automatically.

Stamps to use One Click Indexing
Currently when a Stamp is used, one-click-indexing is not an option.
Additionally the image is completely grayed out, making the image less accessible for seeing the data needed to fill in.

allow signatures in workflows
I have a long form that we use for enrollments with multiple merge forms. We would like to fill in the form ahead of time and then when the parent comes in review it and sign it. Unfortunately you can't sign a form signature box in a workflow.

Configurable Output and Indexing settings for each Attach File field
Make it possible to store file attachments separately, instead of always clipping them to the main form(s). For example, in a W-9 Vendor Signup form, we may prompt the vendor to attach their Certificate of Liability Insurance. Instead of clipping this attachment to the W-9 form, we would like to store this document separately with a document type of "Certificate of Liability Insurance".
Currently, every attachment for every File Attach field gets clipped to the Web Form or to EVERY merged form that is configured. This is rarely the desired behavior and results in duplicate documents.

Comment Marker on workflow steps
Especially during the creation of more complex and lengthy workflows, it would be good to have an option for a comment on the different workflow step-tools. Similar to the red circle with the !, there could be a little marker, showing the admin that there is a comment on that box. The comment could then be used to leave hints on what needs to be changed in future versions of the workflow.

Adjust parallel activity in workflow so it allows workflow to split into two separate and distinct paths
It would be helpful to have a workflow activity that splits the workflow into two branches. For example branch A could have its own activities, user assignments, notifications, etc. and then branch B could have its own activities. Once all activities in both branches were complete the paths would merge and the workflow would resume in a serial manner.

ADD AUTOINDEX JOBS TO DOCUMENT HISTORY
PLEASE ADD THE AUTOINDEX JOB HISTORY TO THE DOCUMENT HISTORY INFORMATION. ATTACHED THE SIMPLE IDEA.
THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOW IF/WHAT/WHEN AUTOINDEX HAS RAN, AND WHAT IT HAS DONE.

Make workflow dialog field behaviors like form behaviors
In docuware forms you can set up field behaviors based on other fields and such for example you could have a checkbox for a married status that reveals or hides a field for maiden name. I would like to do that with workflow dialogs. For example If I have a document that was created with a form and has keywords indexed I would like to hide items in the workflow dialog that don't apply to that document.
