enable sending a flattened PDF version of a document out of Docuware
Enable saving a flattened version of a document to in turn mail out of the system or within the email workflow tool, enable flattening a copy of the document for customer facing.

The ability to index from a table on a form
Indexing from item fields in a table used on a form to be able to use the fields in a Workflow.
We have Purchase Order forms with the new table field type but want to be able to build a workflow based on the items captured in the table. Specifically the Total Sum Amount from one of the table fields. Depending on the Total Amount different workflow decisions need to be made.

Add ability to choose multiple options also in drop-down menu.

Create a Dashboard for workflow?
Add the ability to display in a dashboard, not just lists where each document is in a workflow, including wait steps when applicable.
This would need to be available not only by controllers but also additional upper management with Read-Only licenses.5 votes -
Global Workflow-Variables in JSON-Path Queries for Workflow Designer
Make it possible to use workflow-variables in JsonPath to be able to filter Json-Results from webservices dynamically (like in arithmetic statements). At the moment you can only use index-values.

Perform Workflow Task Items in System Emails
A fantastic functionality would be for recipients of workflow task emails to be able to select an option for that task directly from the system's email. Many users are able to receive and respond to emails even though it could quite some time before they're able to access a computer. In a large environment having all required users install the mobile app isn't always practical and with table fields being part of many workflows the mobile app is out anyways.

Allow disable of Merge Layers in the result dialog.
Add the Merge Layers as an option to enable/disable in the result dialog result list functions. Other features such as print, edit, etc that change the document are listed here but not merge layers.

Implement logging for webhooks.

Allow the ability to set column size on Table fields
Many times you have columns that always have a set number of characters, but he column is always wider and needs to be resized by each user. Many of my clients would prefer the column size be set to the size needed when the data is a set number of characters.

Add text formatting to workflow tasks
My users want to bold and italicize important text for emphasis within workflow tasks. We currently can't do this. I think adding support for HTML <b> and <i> tags in workflow task Text descriptions could be useful.

Ability to look up active / non-active users
I have customers who have lots of users, over a thousand. They have lots of turn around and need a way to pull lists of active users and non-active users in DocuWare.
Need the ability to export the list and filter based on Active or Non-Active.

Multi select filter option in resultview
In the resultview you can use the column filter. But you can only select one of the available entries.
Can we select multiple entries. f.e. filter in country-index in the result I want "Netherlands" and "Germany" lines

Annotations - Copy Group of Annotations or All Annotations
There are occasions where a user needs to transfer a group of annotations to another page, and much time would be saved if we could copy either a group of annotations or all of the annotations on a page over to a different document or page. Would be a real time saver

Move document trays configuration to User Management
Add a tab for Document Trays in User management so it is consolidated in one place. This would make managing document tray permissions much easier.

Add a recycle bin for any deletions taking place on docuware with a configurable retention date in the bin.

DATABASE LOOKUP
This issue has been posted a lot of different ways but nothing has happened with it. I know Docuware has come up with their version of autoindexing and don't seem to understand why so many other softwares have standardize how it is done. You create a odbc connection and assign it to a data entry textbox. When someone keys a value and hits enter, it will populate all the other fields. This is the way it has always been done. This version runs after the fact which doesn't let the person indexing compare the results to the image they are…

public form security
Public Form protection from bots.
Public Form is very useful but it gives us a bit of unease to use it. it would be super if there would be some security preventive measures that is in place to protect the system when the form is open to public

Export Document/Workflow History
For example I have a workflow “Customer Purchase Order” and I want to export all the history for all the documents during a set period.
I only want the data. Perferably in a CSV file for reporting.

Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List."
Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List." For example, if you create a "Paid by Credit Card" list, one of the headers will show a "Gross_Amount" and other information about the document. Is it possible to generate a total for such a column at the bottom of that window/tab?
