Dialog template
In some systems, there are a lot of dialogs. Ordering the fields could be difficult and the technician could make a lot of mistakes. It could be nice to create dialog template, so the new dialogs could be automatically order with that template.

Workflow tasks migration
When a change is made on a workflow, a new version is created. A lot of documents are in an older version. It could be nice to migrate those tasks into the new workflow version.

Anfragen senden - E-Mail verbessern
Bei der Funktion "Anfrage senden", sollte der Absender der Aufgabe in der E-Mail auto. aufgeführt werden.
Wenn ein eigener Betreff ausgewählt wird, ist in der E-Mail nicht mehr sofort ersichtlich, welche DocuWare Benutzer die Anfrage gestellt hat.
Beispiel:

DW Dsesktop Dependencies need to be upgraded.
For DW Desktop to work properly, MS visual c++ redist 2010 needs to be installed.
This product is EoL and EoS from Microsoft years ago. This poses an security risk.
And larger companies escpesially, do not want to have old outdated components installed.9 votes -
Add more options to table-type field in forms
In forms: enable validation and make a table-type field (or the columns that make it up) mandatory or not.
Dans les formulaires : rendre possible le validation et rendre obligatoire ou non un champ de type tableau (ou sur les colonnes qui le composent).

Assigning categories to roles
It would be very useful to be able to assign a personalised category to a role in the role config. screen, so that I can use them more effectively in workflows, forms, dialog boxes, etc.
Examples: main role, secondary role, service, department, position, etc.
and in the best of all possible worlds, that this information is available in internal lists "role" by making this list a multi-column list.

Set internal lists as Multi-column lists
Make the "internal lists" of the "indexing assistance" multi-column
in order to be able to store additional information relating to users, roles and groups, and cross-reference this data.This would be a practical and useful function in forms, workflows, etc.

Listenvorbelegung mit aktuellem Wert
Beim Wechsel eines Wertes in einem Listenfeld sollte nicht erst der Inhalt gelöscht werden müssen. Besser öffnet sich die ganze Liste und der aktuelle Wert wird fokussiert.

Ticket-Formular: Vorbelegung der Kontaktdaten, Priorität, Systemumgebung mit den zuletzt eingegebenen Angaben
Im Ticketsystem muss ich immer wieder die gleichen Werte ausfüllen. Hilfreich wäre die Vorbelegung über einen Cookie mit den zuletzt eingegeben Werten.

Papierkorb Einstellungen/Zeitraum anpassen
Laut Kundenanfragen wären generell mehr Einstellmöglichkeiten für den Papierkorb wünschenswert. Es sollte zumindest in OnPrem Systemen möglich sein, den Zeitraum des Papierkorbs zu verändern und nicht immer 30 Tage zu haben. Im Optimalfall sogar abhängig davon einzustellen, wo das Dokument gelöscht wurde, z.B. Briefkorb 10 Tage, Archiv A 30 Tage, Archiv B 90 Tage. Wenn es aus einem Archiv gelöscht wurde ggf. auch abhängig vom Dokumententyp, z.B. Rechnungen bleiben 90 Tage im Papierkorb, Briefe nur 30 Tage usw.

Pro Ordnerkategorie sollte die Anzahl der enthaltenen Dokumente erkennbar sein
Es könnte z. B. in Klammern pro Ordnerebene dynamisch die jeweilige Dokumentenmenge angezeigt werden.

Dynamische Dialoge im Ablage- und Ergebnislistendialog
Grundsätzlich geht es um "rechnenden" Dialoge.
In Abhängigkeit von Eingaben sollten sich Zeilen ein- oder ausblenden, Label ändern, arithmetische Berechnungen etc. möglich sein.

Arithmetische Ausdrücke im Autoindex
Die Verwendung von arithmetischen Ausdrücken kann z. Zt. leider nur im Workflowdesigner verwendet werden. Dies sollte auch im Autoindex möglich sein.

Dokumente sollten nach gesetztem Stempel gesucht/gefiltert werden können.
Gerne würde ich für ältere Dokumente nachträglich einen Stempel setzen. Hierzu muss ich filtern, ob es diesen Stempel schon gibt.
Aktuelle Fall:
Mit make.com will ich rückwirkend einen Eingangsstempel setzen.
a) Wie filtere ich, wenn der Stempel nicht explizit ein Indexfeld geschrieben hat.
b) Anstelle des aktuellen Datums und Users möchte ich den Wert von DWSTOREDATETIME und DWSTOREUSER eintragen
c) Schön wäre es auch, wenn FELDINHALTE als Inhalt konfiguriert werden könnten.4 votes -
Scan Verarbeitungskonfiguration im Voraus laden
Die Scan Verarbeitungskonfiguration wird in den Desktop Apps mit Verzögerung immer erst geladen, wenn man auf "Scannen" klickt. Dies auch dann, wenn man in der App nur einmal wechsel auf die anderen Menüpunkte. Das kostet wertvolle Zeit und ist schlecht für die Benutzerakzeptanz. Es dürfte unproblematisch möglich sein, dass die Desktop Apps die Scan Profile bereits vorausladen und dieselben jederzeit sofort bereitstehen.
Es wäre schön, wenn meine Idden bis zur Umsetzung nicht jedes mal 9 Jahre brauchen würden.
