Annotation text alignment
When writing annotations in right-to-left languages, it's important to align the text to the right, currently this is not possible, I suggest to add alignment to text preview dialog accessible form document viewer > Tools > Annotations > Preview.

Open DocuWare Webforms from DocuWare Mobile App
I have prospects and customers needing to open DW Webforms from the DW Mobile App. They need to fill out forms, with attached photos and signatures, in the field on mobile devices recording incidents, accidents, and inspection results.
Opening webforms (many different types of forms) directly in a mobile device browser is unmanageable.
Authentication and navigation when Logging onto the DW Web Client from a mobile device is confusing and greatly detracts from " APP " experience that today's workers expect.
Can we add a "FORMS" tab on the DW Mobile Client toolbar like the one on the Web Client.

Add back the Segoe Script font into DocuWare cloud for stamps
Prior to 7.4,we had the ability to select Segoe Script font for stamps. This handwriting like font was very useful for creating signature stamps where a true digital signature was not required.

Feld mit Vorgdefinierten Feldern aus Tabelle befüllen.
Es gibt ja mittlerweile das Tabellenfeld. Hier können mehrere Indexwerte in Tabellenform hinterlegt werden. Es wäre allerdings in umgedrehter form wünschenswert wenn man Tabellen als Indexierungshilfen anzeigen lassen könnte und diese dann als Tabellenfeld anzeigt.
Beispiel : Es gibt ein Archiv A in dem gibt es 6 Spalten und 20 Zeilen.
In den Indexierungshilfen lege ich eine Auswahllisten "Tabelle" an und Verweise auf die Archivtabelle von Archiv A. Hier kann ich dann bei der .
In meinem Hauptarchiv nennen wir es mal Archiv X Lege ich ein Textfeld oder aber ein Stwichwortfeld an und kann mir dann Werte aus der…3 votes -
Intelligent Indexing or Document Processing on Documents Stored from Email
When email watch folder is connected to DocuWare you can store to a tray or cabinet. From the connection you can ONLY index the document based on email properties (TO, FROM, TIME, SUBJECT, ETC)
I have standard format emails with the data I need in the emails I would like the ability to store directly to the file cabinet to trigger the workflow with a document that is fully indexed.
This could also be accomplished by allowing processing configurations to index emails.

Mehrspaltige Auswahllisten ermöglichen
Mehrspaltige Auswahllisten ermögliche würde den Ablageprozess flexibler verwalten. d.h. Ich habe z.B. ein Archiv welches als Austauscharchiv bzw. Datengrundlage für ein Ablagefeld genutzt werden soll. Hier wäre es sinnvoll wenn ich direkt bei der Ablage alle Spalten des Archives als Liste angezeigt bekomme und mir dann die Werte in das Feld übernehmen kann. Das können einzelne Werte oder in einem Stichwortfeld mehrere sein.

Creating Work Environments
In the profile and settings, users can choose drawers, search masks, lists, etc., to display.
It would be useful, especially for users working across multiple business contexts, to have the ability to create work environments by grouping together the necessary masks based on the type of activity.
Each user could then personalize their work environments and select the one suitable for the task they need to perform.
It would also be nice if, upon logging in, DocuWare asks which work environment the user would like to work with and then opens the client with the associated masks.

Intelligent Indexing innerhalb des Archivs/Workflows ermöglichen
Dokumente können bereits direkt in ein Archiv abgelegt und auto. Workflows dazu gestartet werden.
Es wäre nun von Vorteil, wenn man im Workflow selbst Intelligent Indexing Masken hinterlegen könnte, um Dokumente (weiter) zu indexieren.Beispiel: Eine E-Mail inkl. Rechnung als Anhang wird auto. ins DocuWare-Archiv importiert. Der Rechnungsfreigabeprozess wird dadurch ebenfalls auto. gestartet. Da man die Ablagemaske "übersprungen" hat, fehlt das Intelligent Indexing und die Daten müssen manuell in die Indexfelder übertragen werden.

Ein zugriff auf die Lokale Datenbank auch im Workflow-Manager möglich ist.
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich, über die externe Datenbankverbindung auf die lokale DocuWare Datenbank im Workflow-Manager zuzugreifen. Das macht es unmöglich abfragen betreffend den Positionsdaten zu machen. im Auto Index ist es hingegen möglich.

Prevent confirmation of a task until the linked form has been saved ("send")
When using tasks, it is currently impossible to set a condition on the "Confirm" button for the task (yellow and accessible by default).
This can be very inconvenient, especially if you need the user to fill in a form (link in the task dialogue box) before confirming the task.- Context: task, created with the Workflow manager, containing a link in the dialog box to a form to be filled in.

Hinweis bei Ablage größerer Dateien
Gerade in der Cloud würde es Sinn machen, wenn man bei der Ablage von großen Dateien einen Hinweis bekommt, ob man sich sicher ist, dass man diese Datei ablegen möchte.
Es passiert oft, dass man unbewusst große Dateien ablegt und so der begrenzte verfügbare Cloud-Speicher immer schneller schrumpft.
Es wäre gut, wenn man das Limit bei dem der Hinweis erscheint auch über die Konfiguration selbst bestimmen könnte. Vor allem bei der Connect to Outlook Ablage spielt das eine große Rolle.

More and more customers ask not to display the annotations because they give DocuWare access to "visitors". They want to give them read access to see invoice type documents (Statutory auditor, chartered accountant). My clients do not want them to have access to annotations.

Connect to Outlook - add Explorer Client Frame to Drag-n-drop emails/attachments to store documents
Add a Explorer Client frame in outlook, where you can navigate to your particular file cabinet with defined structure, allowing you to drag-n-drop an email and/or attachment directly onto it - with a store dialog being presented for indexing.

When viewing the 'Store' document history, display the cabinet & store dialog that was selected.
In order to investigate reported issues it's important to know which store dialog a document has been stored with.
End users don't always have this information.Currently the history entry shows 'store', the user who stored it and the date it was stored. Hovering reveals all index entries stored, but does not show the store dialog that was selected nor the cabinet it was stored to.
Please make this information visible to admins.

Löschregel mit der Option "Unwiderruflich Löschen" erweitern
Mit einer Löschregel gelöscht Dokumente werden immer noch 30 Tage im "Papierkorb" kürzlich gelöscht aufbewahrt.
In den Löschregeln sollte schon beim erstellen der Regel definiert werden können, ob sie in diesen Papierkorb sollen oder nicht. Vor allem wenn Datensätze (also reine Indexeinträge) gelöscht werden. Dies machen den Papierkorb unübersichtlich.4 votes -
Include the ability to access a particular Branding configuration in a DocuSign workflow
In DocuSign it's possible to configure different "Brands" so you can send documents for signature with different company logos. It would be nice if we could specify the Brand ID we want to use in the integration workflow. This is already available in the DocuSign API but it would be nice to have in the DW published service as it is so much simpler to use than the DocuSign API.

Text, der in die Zwischenablage kopiert wurde, im Dokument markiert bleibt.
Beispiel: Ich habe eine Rechnung mit vielen Artikelzeilen (eng untereinander aufgelistet). Aus diesen Zeilen kopiere ich Text mit dem Werkzeug "Text in Zwischenablage kopieren". Dann gehe ich in meine Zieldatei (bzw. Word, Excel etc) und füge den Text dort ein. DocuWare löscht dann aber die Markierung, was zur Folge haben kann, dass ich nicht mehr weiß, in welcher Zeile auf der Rechnung ich war. Aktuell behelfe ich mit den DocuWare Rechteckrahmen, Linien etc. Es ist sehr mühsam, längere Zeilen auf Dokumenten zu bearbeiten, wenn Docuware immer die Markierung aufhebt.
