   "Reguläre Ausdrücke waren auch in DocuWare RECOGNITION nicht möglich."

   Dies sollte kein Grund sein ein Modul um eine zusätzliche und sehr praktische Funktion wie diese zu erweitern...

6. In DocuWare 4.6 gab es ein Modul wo man sehen konnte wer in DocuWare angemeldet ist und wir hier alle abmelden konnten.

   You could take the "CONNECTtoOutlookApplicationConfiguration.xml" of one of your preinstalled clients and xcopy this in the appdata folder of the user with a logon script or after the silent installation.
   I'm not 100% sure but I think that the options you asked for are configured in this file.
   Location: %appdata%\Roaming\DocuWare\CONNECT to Outlook\CONNECTtoOutlookApplicationConfiguration.xml

    I think the security settings are just fine as they are. I tend to use the groups, roles and profiles in every installation. This seperation makes configuration and security very nice to handle!

    This would be also very useful if there are more then one workflow with the Task list.
    The users are always in danger to set the wrong stamp for the actual workflow/workflow step.
