Intelligent Indexing Bug
When importing a File Cabenit, Intelligent Indexing is not available. Can we get a fix for this.

Option to prevent documents deleted by a deletion policy, going to the trash (v7.8 >)
The new trash feature is very nice! But in some cases unwanted. Especially when (larger) volumes are deleted, that are not needed anymore, it makes no sense to put them into a trash record. A feature to have a checkbox in the 'Deletion policy configuration' which decides if the documents need to go to the trash or not.

Have the ability to delete our own stamp if placed by error
It would be nice to be able to delete our own stamp if we place on a document by error or on the wrong page in the document. Or even have the ability to move it after it been placed.

Have the ability to edit/manipulate PDF documents from the store dialog area of the web client.
This would allow users to split documents, delete pages, reorder pages etc in the store dialog area.

Send one email to all recipients in Notification - Tasks
Hello,
For now, when an email is sent from the Task activity, it is sent individually to all users to whom the task is assigned. Unfortunately, business users are lost and do not know if the task is assigned to them personally or to the whole group.
It is too bad as a developer to add a condition and based on the condition (is the task attributed to a role or a user?), use the Notify activity.
Is it possible to add the option "notify everyone in a single mail" inside the Task activity?

The ability to index from a table on a form
Indexing from item fields in a table used on a form to be able to use the fields in a Workflow.
We have Purchase Order forms with the new table field type but want to be able to build a workflow based on the items captured in the table. Specifically the Total Sum Amount from one of the table fields. Depending on the Total Amount different workflow decisions need to be made.

Provide a Connector for Dell Boomi
We would like to have a supported connector for Dell Boomi instead of having to create an RPA process and intermediary process to handle integrations via flat file imports and indexing jobs.

Stamps - Permissions Loophole
By allowing all users the ability to create a stamp, you're allowing them to set any field to any value they want. Yes there are permissions you can lock down on fields, but if it's a field they normally can change, for example a Status field, they're no longer limited to select list options. They could mark an invoice "Approved" for example when they're not supposed to, potentially kicking off workflows, etc. This is a loophole that needs to be closed. Simply putting back Stamp creation in the functional profile would fix this.

Add font color option to fillable form field in workflow
I would like to have the option to change the font color of fill areas on forms from a workflow when the field data is changed.
The form is completed and all items are entered onto the form in black. Then a workflow is triggered. The workflow dialog asks for information that can change what is on the form, then the workflow is configured with Assign Data to update that fill area on the form. It would be nice if the updated data could be placed on the form in a different font color, making it quick and easy to…3 votes -
Options for how to license new users sync'd from AD
Right now, when a new user is added in the AD sync, they're automatically assigned a workflow license. If no workflow license is available, they're automatically assigned a named license. It would help to have more control over this. Maybe give us the option in the User Synchronization tool to select between "assign named license to new users" "assign workflow license to new users" and "assign no license to new users". (Some customers have limited licenses they manage manually; the last option would be helpful for them.)

Add history / audit track for inbox and workflow designer to stored documents
When a document is stored, you can find only history after storing.
There should also be history from document tray and workflow in the download .csv. This is important because in an audit you want to know, when a document is send to the tray and the time between sending and storing a document. Also changed indexdata by a workflow should be available for auditing. Who has entered the index data a person or was this done by a workflow. Assigning categories to roles
It would be very useful to be able to assign a personalised category to a role in the role config. screen, so that I can use them more effectively in workflows, forms, dialog boxes, etc.
Examples: main role, secondary role, service, department, position, etc.
and in the best of all possible worlds, that this information is available in internal lists "role" by making this list a multi-column list.

Ability to create storage box only available trough forms even if it is affected to Default Organization role
When we create a storage box for a form we do not want it to be used from a basket even if the role is Default Organization role. This storage dialog box is only designed for a form submission

Overview panel anchored to view all document pages
Anchor Overview panel: The idea is that the anchor view will appear when clicking on the document, maximized, so the user can view all the pages of the document.
