"Recently deleted" needs filtering
I greatly appreciate the new "recently deleted" feature, however, it would be nice to be able to choose what goes there or maybe to filter out things. Tracking down a deleted document in a sea of scan mistakes is cumbersome.

Prevent confirmation of a task until the linked form has been saved ("send")
When using tasks, it is currently impossible to set a condition on the "Confirm" button for the task (yellow and accessible by default).
This can be very inconvenient, especially if you need the user to fill in a form (link in the task dialogue box) before confirming the task.- Context: task, created with the Workflow manager, containing a link in the dialog box to a form to be filled in.
- Procedure: the task is assigned to a specific role. the user attached to this role must complete and save the form before validating the task.

Allow to change printer display name from "DocuWare Printer PS" on Printer List.
Background :
The customer's PC uses DocuWare Printer PS, but they also have a printer with a similar display name, such as "DocuWorks Printer".
They want to specifically rename DocuWare Printer PS to avoid confusion.At the moment, According to DocuWare R&D team, and they have confirmed that changing the name of Printer PS is not supported.

Docuware cloud - add ablility to sort licenses by name
In Product Overview it would be nice to have the ability to sort the licenses by name or reorder the licenses so they are in alphabetical order. Currently it is hard to find licenses if you have more that 20.

dwdocsize in system variables
As a user I would like to have access to the system variable dwdocsize. This way I would not have to create this field as an index field first and have it filled via Autoindex.

Automatically confirm a Task once the linked form has been saved (click on "Send")
Add the option in the Task settings (e.g. in the WF) for a form generated from a task, to automatically confirm the linked task as soon as the form is filled in and "sent".
For the moment, when I save my form, I have to go back to the task to click on the "Confirm" button for it to disappear from my list.

Allow workflows to be viewed between DocuWare versions
As a DocuWare engineer I often go back and forth between different customer exploring workflow issues.
As such I have to re-install DocuWare workflow designer several times a day to avoid the 'mismatch versions' error.I don't want to change the workflow, just view it; couldn't we make that backwards compatible?

Autofill form fields with Workflow variables
It would be helpful if we could autofill Form fields with data from Workflow. Example: If I generate a link/URL in Workflow to open a Form, the URL could contain Workflow variables with corresponding Fields which are then auto filled in the Form.

Calculated text in forms
It would be nice if we could have calculated text elements in forms. These elements would appear the same as a fixed text field but instead could be the result of a calculation much like we can with single line text elements.
The benefit would be a more clean and elegant look. Placing data into read only single line text fields are ok but looks a little bit like an afterthought.

FedRamp - Second Submission, Due to Timeout Issue
FedRamp is a significant requirement for many Fed and now many State customers in the US. DocuWare will need this to compete in the cloud with these markets, which are very large.

Change Magnifying Glass Icon
I suggest in the main UI changing the magnifying glass icon to either the file cabinet icon, or the file cabinet icon with a small magnifying glass in the upper corner. This could help people better understand how the trays and cabinets are different, since searching a tray happens by clicking the tray icon to the left. It could still say "Search" when you hover over the icon.

Select other Date field below viewer: now: last edit date
In the viewer you see the last edit date below the previes. Next to the document name. Can we select other date indexfield? For example an expiration date.

Drop the 'title' (e.g. Mr. Mrs. Ms.) from user configuration.
Titles like that impose binary gender roles on all people, and that might not always be appropriate and is never necessary.

staple after multiple documents are stored
I would like to be able to staple two stored documents together. I didn't know that I wanted these together until after I had indexed and stored them.
