Add the ability (as an admin) to assume the identity of any user to test permissions & functionality without having to sign in as that user.
While configuring new features, or troubleshooting existing ones, it would be helpful to assume the identity of a user to test and debug different features, such as routes through a workflow, etc. For obvious security and auditing purposes, rather than tasks being logged as that user, it could read something like "Admin as UserName" in the logs.

Search in Database Fields
I would like to see the Search available in database fields as well, like in the other menus. This would make it easier to search for a field, especially if there are many database fields.

Allow exporting users information to CSV / XLSX, including groups where they belong and last time they logged in.

Add nested option to rules for data export.
Would like to have the option for nested rules when exporting data. ie "and" conditions combined with "or" conditions.

Implement logging for webhooks.

Search on Forms Tab
Please give us a spot to search for the form name on the Forms Tab. Being able to sort by name and save would also be helpful. For those of us with many forms, it can be really difficult to find the needed form on this tab.

Change data export preview to limit number of rows displayed
Please limit the number of rows displayed when previewing an export data configuration. It often times out forcing you to run the report to see the actual output, which can be time consuming on larger data sets.

Select a table as required in a workflow task
Currently you can mark fields of a table as required but it allows you to confirm the task without writing any fields, to avoid this you have to validate that the counter of a field in the table is greater than 0. It would be interesting if the tables in the workflow have an option as that table is required and the user has to fill data, thus avoiding having to configure additional validation.

unmatched OCR autoidentification
Can you create a notification when OCR auto identification fails, for "no matching configuration for certain documents" would there be a way to notify end users?
Is there a way to send it to another tray?

Allow the ability to set column size on Table fields
Many times you have columns that always have a set number of characters, but he column is always wider and needs to be resized by each user. Many of my clients would prefer the column size be set to the size needed when the data is a set number of characters.

Ability to create data records only (no document) from docuware Forms
When docuware forms are used, there is no possibility of archiving only a document (for example inserting it as an attachment), but a summary document is always created with the inserted data.

improve username options for creating/linking accounts with SSO
Currently, Azure sync only allows for email or upn prefix to be synced as a user name. This is the same for linking current users during SSO sign in.
With many large organizations, a prefix may not be unique across an entire forest, only full email or full upn is unique (prefix@domain.com). It is necessary to provide more options for linking or creating of DW users during these SSO processes

Not Enough Text space on form for our Large quotes
There is not enough space in the text for our customers large quotes and Tenders, Their Clients do not like the scroll down bar. When printing it cuts off. There should be an option to add extra pages, or be notified there is not enough room in the text page and text will be lost when printing.

Allow installation of DocuWare Desktop in offline mode

In the past, we had the possibility of installing the DocuWare Desktop in offline mode, i.e. by deploying centralized .msi files accessible by all of the client's employees in order to launch a set of commands allowing the installation of the various desired modules, and this in silent mode.Recently, we have been forced by DocuWare to proceed with the installation by a command that calls an .exe file.
This poses a real problem because customer security restrictions prevent us from deploying in silent mode.

Option to auto rename a document's filename to select index criteria, when downloading or emailing from system
When downloading or emailing a document the ability to name the file as the index criteria or elements of it would be nice.
PDFs export out as the filename which is normally a unique number or MFD number. These have to then be renamed outside of the system.

Number the lines in Workflow Designer.
Please number the data assignments etc by number of lines. When the validation checks if there are any errors it just states line number 103 for instance then I have to count all the way down to that before I find the line. It would be much quicker if numbered.
