Numeric Data Type in Table Fields
Either allow casting of cabinet numeric fields to decima in workflow tables or allow numeric data types in table fields. This discrepancy between allowable data types limits the filtering of data in tables.

Stop workflow from Workflow Designer "Active Instance" tab
Please add the option to stop the workflow in this tab, We only have Continue option; this may lead to an infinite loop

Stop workflow from workflow designer Waiting Instances tab
In Workflow designer, there is an option to stop a workflow from "Active Instances" tab, why is the same is not available in the "Waiting Instances" tab. We only have Continue Action. this may lead to infinite loop sometimes as you continue, condition is not fulfilled in the workflow and come back to Waiting Instance.

Enable to use the default select list values when using a Japanese Keyboard.
*Entering numbers for example “１２３４” as the whole width version(全角) into numeric or decimal fields and hitting the spacebar would enter into the field as “12341234...”. Try entering a number by letting that number selection menu open, and press space bar and arrow keys. Using numpad, numpad area on the regular keyboard or numbers on the top of the keyboard all same behavior.
Using numbers on the top row on the keyboard:
1 Enter １２３４ as the whole width version(全角)
2 hit space bar: empty

Invoice Date - Option to restrict dates
It would be useful to have the option to restrict the invoice date when storing, to a particular range of date. ie the financial year.

Add possibility to change timeserver for signatures in Stamps
In Switzerland, there is a legal requirement, when timestamping a signature on a stamp, that a Swiss certificed server should be used. We would like to be able to specify this timeserver in the stamp with signature configuration, and be able to count how many stamps with signature have been made over a period

Allow the use of Multi-Column Select Lists in Folder Dialog advanced settings
When creating a nested folder structure, it would be more convenient to allow for multi-column select lists such that we can specify what named folders in layer 2, for instance, exist in a given folder in layer 1:
For a structure:
F1 | F2
a1 | b1
a1 | b2
a2 | b3In folder a1, there are folders b1 and b2, and in folder a2, there is a folder b3.

Implement unstapple & stapple, removal functionalities after the document is stored in order to manage pages if needed.
To enhance customer experience and document management, there should be an adaptation of the already existent functionalities when the document is already stored. By so, the users could unstapple & stapple, remove pages if needed.
On customer side, this could be easily controlled with Version control within the file cabinet, so the integrity of the tool is not questionable.1 vote -
concatenate form fields in indexes and merge fields
There is another post for date calculations in forms that is also important but my problem is that I am trying to idiot proof my forms because people can't seem to enter the date correctly. I realize that this is a PEBCAK (problem exists between chair and keyboard) problem but my fix to it is that I index the day of birth with a select list of 31, the month of birth with a select list of 12 and a year of birth. Then in a workflow I put them all together as a date. It is a bit obnoxious.…

Implement some fonts for annotations which is made specifically for CJK languages.
There are differences of the stamps specially Japanese words between DW Viewer and downloaded pdf.

Connect a resultdialog to a Document Tray
If you store a document via de Connect 2 outlook for instance (or copy form a file cabinet) and you have indexes entered (manually or intelligent indexing) you want to see the indexes in the listview. Is it possible to assign a result dialog to a Document Tray? This will give a confguration option that will help de users to process the documents faster.

Connect to Outlook - from Outlook mobile application (watched folder)
Guten Morgen suzammen,
We have received a number of customer feedbacks expressing the need to be able to benefit from the "Connect to Outlook" functionalities from their "Outlook" mobile application (if only to use the watched folder).
Without an add-on on the Outlook mobile application, users who wish to send invoices received by email to storage from their mobile device (Outlook app.) must have their computer with Outlook and Desktop Apps running so that the documents can be imported.
Do you have a development planned along these application in your roadmap ? If not, could you add it ?

Calculate with date fields.
Hello, is it possible with DocuWare to perform a calculation on date fields to determine the number of days taken, for example, for a form with a start date and an end date? To determine the number of days via a calculation on the form.

Add more advanced calulations with If Statements

We should be able to have if statments in Arithmetic Calculations. Ex: I have a Home Miles box that should be subtracted from Total Miles when the person went from Home to a location or went to Home from a location.
I know this can probably be done in Workflow but we really would like to calculate from the form itself.

Reprint output PDF after index modification
It would be good to have the form reprinted in PDF after a modification from 'Modiiay index' dialog in search results.

Add SFTP for file uploads
Please add SFTP to the options to receive files. This will enable securely sending files to the cloud. I'm not sure why this is not an option now...

Anhänge in PDFs automatisch archivieren und/oder extrahieren
Durch E-Rechnungen kommt es immer öfter vor, dass Kunden Tätigkeitsberichte bei ZUGFeRD-Rechnungen im PDF angehangen bekommen. Diese können stand jetzt nicht von DocuWare aus dem PDF extrahiert werden. Die müsste bitte dringend umgesetzt werden.
Wir greifen die Rechungen nämlich automatisiert ab und der Kunde muss die ZUGFeRD-Rechung nochmal herunterladen und die angehangenen Dokumente nochmal aus dem PDF herunterladen und manuell einspielen. Das nimmt sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch. Insgesamt machen das weit über 30 Lieferanten unserer Kunden.3 votes -
Add option to disable scrolling to the next page
Add an option to disable the change made to scrolling in 7.10 that automatically changes the viewed page of the document when the user scrolls to either the very top, or bottom of the page.
