  1. Date calculation in Form

    Request to include Date calculation in field calculations in form designer. Example of Leave Application. When Employee applies for Leave and fills in Start Date and End Date Total Leave Days to be calculated based on End Date - Start Date. Another example could be Travel Request form when Employee fills Start Date and End Date.

  2. Further restrict access to Restore documents in Trash Bin

    Please add the ability to restrict access to the Restore button in the Trash Bin. The attached is where I would expect to find this control.

    The following provides guidance when there is access to the Restore button, and to which documents the user may restore. I've summed it up like this, based upon File Cabinet permissions.

    Those who are set as file cabinet Owner may see and Restore all deleted files.
    A file cabinet User (who has delete permissions) may Restore only those documents they have deleted, this means that the Restore button exists.

  3. DocuWare mobile app - Add the ‘Folders’ menu to the mobile application

    In the mobile application we don't have access to the Folders menu when it's set up.

    It would be useful to be able to access it through the mobile application in the same way as the Windows Explorer add-on for example.

    Is multi-tenant SSO included in the road map ?
    It is essential for multi-company and multi-AD customers where they have to synchronise more than one AD due to the number of managed companies.

  5. Unclip using DocuWare Platform API Webservice

    The webservice currently allows you to "Clip" documents. We would like the ability to "Unclip" and restore individual documents.

    Currently, we are clipping several documents in workflow designer with the DW Platform API (Cloud system), Sending the clipped document to DocuSign for multiple signatures. We would like to unclip after DocuSign returns the packet, index each document accordingly and store as individual documents again.

  9. Currently charged for double space for attachments stored within email chain

    How can DW store an email using Connect to Outlook and only have the attachments count as one for storage purposes. Currently, it's storing the email with the attachment, then it saves a second copy of the attachment using up double the storage space. This is leading our storage space to be taken up much more quickly. It seems unfair that our files within emails are counted up twice.

  10. More detailed error message when entering a table field

    When entering multiple rows of a table field each row can be linked to an index list.
    If a single line is in error the error message does not tell us which line specifically poses a problem.
    With intelligent indexing when completing tables of reconciliation to the row for example there may be an error on a table of 30 rows and it is necessary to browse the table manually to find the error.

  11. Expand Field Behaviors to Allow for Requiring a Minimum/Maximum Number of Entries for Checkboxes

    Currently, In DocuWare, there is no easy way to require users to select a minimum or maximum number of boxes in a checkbox field.

    This would also be useful for the Table type.

  12. Provide a way to store table values from eforms and/or workflow on to merge forms

    Enable a method to store table data from eforms or from within a table field in workflow onto merge forms. Does not seem like its currently possible even in workflow according to communication I had with support. Sounds like keyword fields could be used but duplicate values are not supported and tracking the colums/relationships might be difficult.

  13. Form table option to add different custom predefined entries and make them read only.

    I have a travel expense form with 14 items that can be submitted for reimbursement listed in rows with dates/day of the week as column headers. I currently cannot build a table with this layout. The table is limited to 10 columns. I can add rows with a drop down of available options but that is not as user friendly. Please see example.

  14. Allow extended storage areas for files such as Quickbooks Company Files that do not get renamed to a GUID internally.

    Quickbooks files spawn multiple files when opened and they cannot be renamed like for example to a GUID on the raw storage disk. Other companies have an 'extended' storage area where these types of files can be stored with the benefit of being searched but not managed otherwise. This would be beneficial for a Document Storage Management system.

  15. Add user-specific option to delete raw files after adding to Docuware.

    Too reduce clutter, a nice feature that other software apps have is the ability to delete the original source file after adding to Docuware.

  16. Save User's Viewer Settings after Browser Close

    In current versions of DocuWare, any settings a user set in the previous session are often reset when the user closes and opens a browser before logging into DocuWare. It would be helpful if there were a way for users to save their zoom level, font settings, etc.

  17. docusign webservice option for let the user where to put the signature

    There is not possibilities let the user decide where to place the signature when using Docusign method call AddNewDocumentMultiSigners (when we need more than one signature).
    With this method the only options we have are to send each X,Y positions otherwise an anchor system is possible.
    But when we have multi signer like 5,6 or even 10 person to sign this is difficult to find the right place with those options.
    And i know that is something exist on Docusign.

  18. Document viewer in 7.10 - arrows for navigating between attachments move left and right when switching between documents.

    With version 7.10, the arrows for navigating through attachments move left and right depending on whether the document has one or multiple pages. When there are multiple pages, a field for entering the page number appears, shifting the entire row to the right.
    This is annoying because it requires the user to chase the correct arrow with the mouse cursor for every click when navigating between attachments.

  19. Add an option to specify store location when automatic import fails

    This is a critical feature that I'm amazed DocuWare does not have. I have hundreds of failed document imports sitting in the dwadmin tray because we have centralized our import processes - we import thousands of documents per minute. The dwadmin tray is unmonitored and even if it were, the people with permission to view that tray would have no idea how to store those documents as admins are separate from the accounting, credit, and other departments whose documents are being imported.

    It would be one thing if this were a massive feature that needed to be added, but DocuWare…
