Share by Email to the New Microsoft Outlook
Currently if you select "Share by Email" for a document in a result list it will only open the old Classic Outlook email client even if the new Outlook is selected as the default email app on the workstation.

Export - Removal of spaces
Hello, would it be possible to update the data export with an option that preserves spaces, in order to configure a PNM file (SAGE type)? As far as I know, this is the only missing feature to make it work.

Allow user to link a common field in a form to a select list
I have several multi-select lists that have a common field - Facility. But the only way to use them would be to combine them into a larger multi-select list. For instance I have a list of Pay type codes and a list of Supervisors. At the top of the form the facility is chosen and I am using that to pull the pay types. I'd like to also limit the Supervisor list to the facility as well. Maybe a way to associate a Form Field to a field in the select list when you click Filter. Then a choice to…

Discussion feed associated with documents
It would be helpful if there were a discussion feed associated with a document, perhaps something in a side panel of the document viewer. Something like a chat feed, where users who have access to the document can add conversation entries. This would be great in workflows where documents may get passed back and forth. The chat feed would exist outside of the document, rather than text annotations on top of the document. This would also be easier than trying to pass messages back and forth in workflow using index values.

Sum in result lists
It would be nice to be able to have a sum of some index at the bottom of a result list : use case is, thare are invoices in validation, a reulst list gives the list of all invoices in the flow, the footer of the list displays the overall amount of amount to be paid in the list

Table index in Result Lists for export to Power BI

Enable indexing and searching of data from Form Tables
It would be very useful if data entered into tables within DocuWare Forms could be indexed into searchable fields in the file cabinet (or used in merged forms).
Currently, table data can only be stored in a table field and cannot be indexed or searched. Allowing table data to be mapped to normal index fields (e.g. text or keyword) would make it possible to search for and filter documents based on the information entered in the form table.

Keep the opened page when reloading document after update
When a document preview is open, and the document gets updated, the view resets and goes back to the first page. It would be very useful that the open document would automatically go back to the page/clipped document where the preview was left off before the document update.

Display the subtotal of the "amount" columns in the lists and results

Displaying the subtotal of the amount columns (decimal or integer) would be very useful for customers.
Indeed, they are using "DcW lists" (and result dialogs) to prepare there payment schedule.
They are displaying several useful columns included "amount" columns, so they know wich amount represent each line (each invoice). But to decide weither they will pay or not an invoice, they also need to see the total amount of all the selected invoices.So having the possibility (same as in table fields for ex.) to display a total of a decimal or integer column will be very helpful for…

Searching for a negated value, meaning that in DocuWare we want to find documents whose metadata does NOT contain a specific value.

Request for Automatic Completion of Assigned Workflow Tasks upon Index Changes
We would like to request a feature that automatically completes workflow tasks already assigned to users when an index change or similar action occurs. This would help streamline operations and reduce manual intervention in cases where the task becomes irrelevant due to updated document data.

Request to Enable Keywords and Table Fields in Autoindex Conditions
Please make it possible to use keywords and table fields in the Autoindex feature. Currently, Autoindex does not allow the use of keywords or table fields for data comparison. If these could be utilized, the system’s usability would be greatly enhanced.

Add functionality to display formatting from the "Review Changes: Markup All" feature in Microsoft Word
As of DocuWare 7.11, DocuWare is only able to display "Simple Markups" from Microsoft Word, even if Markup All is selected.

Original e-invoices are turned into regular PDFs by adding a letterhead
Currently, it is already possible to add a letterhead to e-invoices (XML or PDF with embedded XML). However, this turns the original invoice into a PDF without the e-invoice component (XML).
The desired behavior should be that when downloading an original, the original is returned.1 vote -
add support for .VSDX files
Since Process Planner is being discontinued...visio files should be back on the list of supported file types.
Even if you only show a snapshot of the file in the viewer, the important feature would be the ability to 'Edit in Microsoft 365 for the web'.

webhook creation of link to collect a feedback from a webservice and trigger index and workflows
We need to be able to create a link to give it to a webservice which will call that link to sent information like a status for paiement or an electronic signature.
When this link is called by external services we need to exploit the content to trigger a workflow or update an index the same way it is already possible for a webservice synchronous response1 vote -
Allow the admin to reset passwords for users in User Management
Prior to 7.11 the administrator was able to rese the users' passwords themselves in the User Management tab. This has been changed to only allowing the admin to send password reset emails. Alliowing the admin to change the password is incredibly helpful.

Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

Ability to Add File Cabinet Index Data to an Email Notification's Subject Line
Currently this can be done in a Notification Task within a Workflow. But for standard non-workflow email notifications, index data can only be added to the body of the email and not the subject line. Due to this it's impossible to accomplish unless the customer has the Workflow module. Would be nice to have this feature available in a standard, non-workflow, email notification configuration.

Export a list of user with their roles, groups and more
It is possible to export a list of users from the configuration menu, but it is not possible to have their roles or groups.
It would be nice to have such an option and maybe even more informations related to a user.
