Have an option to set the "original file name" either in the UI or in Workflow
The file name, as depicted in the bottom left corner of the viewer panel, is typically the file name used when exporting a document via Workflow (namely to a Web Service).
This can be problematic, when, for instance, a web form produces a document that goes into a workflow. In this case, the web form produces a file with the file name "form-name.pdf" where the name of the form is "Form Name". This can cause issues if the service in question expects different documents to have different names, or if the user has set the document name within DocuWare with…

allow workflow to loop through merge form fields
In my work around to fill in a table on a merge form with a table field data entry it would be really nice to be able to loop through all of the merge form fields. As it is, I need a data entry for each row of the table because if the row doesn't exist it will error and won't fill any of the previous rows. If I could loop, then all of the indexing would be managed simply with a formula and I would only need to do 1 data entry and end the loop when it errored…

Allow selection of attachments stored with emails with Connect to Outlook
When an email is being stored via Connect to Outlook, not all attachments are needed. It would be great if people can just select only those attachments within an email they want to store. For example, if there are 5 attachments and they want to store three of the attachments, they should be able to check off which ones they want to store.
This saves space because currently, we are paying for both the attachments within an email and then the additional copies DocuWare is extracting of each attachment to show in the preview pane.

Behaviors on Tables in forms
Please add behaviors to tables on forms. Just like we're able to add behaviors to any fields to conditionally display, we have a case where we would like to show the table with the appropriate column name depending on a user selection.

API - Transfer without annotations
Since 7.9 we can access Platform API directly in the workflow.
The transfer call allows us to copy a document from one storage location (File cabinet or tray) to another.
However, I can't transfer the document without the annotations. It could be a good thing to be able to have the choice to copy with or without annotations (parameter in the call ?).The goal is to have the ability to place specific stamps that, once merged, can be used as anchor text for signature purposes. We cannot have other stamps or annotations on the signed document.

Title bar icons in the viewer be able to be hidden.
Regarding the title bar icons in the viewer, especially the “Workflow Decision History” added in v7.11, I would like to be able to choose to hide them, as they are annoying when they are displayed even when the workflow is not in use.

Allow the Use of the Sync Configuration with Version Management Enabled
Currently, there is no way to perform a file cabinet synchronization job if Version Management is enabled. While there is a workaround by using the Transfer config for moving files out of the cabinet, this is an inconvenience to the customer if version management was enabled years ago and the file cabinet is filled with thousands of files.

In the auotindex configurations page, list the database or file connection the configuration is using.

introduce the "Store all with the current index entries" in Outlook
This is a feature which is available in DocuWare when selecting multiple documents from a document tray and then selecting the Store button. Ideally when a user is filing multiple emails from outlook using the store feature, the user will be able to enter the index field values once for several documents at once (as can be done from the document tray)

Amend the overview pane to indicate if the document is multipage (or remove the + symbol if it's a single page)
Hi All,
Just had Glass Systems (Press Glass), asking the question about the overview pane when viewing clipped documents.
With the way they are processing orders internally the users have found a bit of confusion created by the view of the + symbol, staff had stopped looking for multiple pages in the documents because a lot are single page however the + symbol is visible whether it's a single or multiple pages.
They have asked if it's possible to change this to be a bit more intuitive so the users can tell if it's actually a multipage document that can…

Delete user accounts automatically on synchronization with AD when a user has been deleted from it
It would be useful if users deleted from the AD could be automatically deleted from Docuware users, to avoid having to create a new Docuware user with the same username and having to do all the deletions manually.

Convert form attachments to PDF
We have a form that employees use to submit credit card receipts. The form itself does come into DocuWare as a PDF. The attachments are in whatever format the employee attached, and this can’t change as they could be many various formats. We are looking for the ability in DocuWare to convert the form attachments to PDF during the form submission process.

Allow annotations other than stamps on the Mobile App
It would be good to have the ability to have something like the free annotation on the mobile app to write on the documents

Generate report of licensed users
If a customer wants a list of licensed users, we need to manually write them down from the list of sometimes hundreds of licensed users in Configurations. We can't copy paste the users, and we can't generate a spreadsheet of them either.

allow landscape webforms
Currently, when web forms are created the output has 2 options A4 and Letter. When we submit PO requests we use a table field that would be a lot easier to read if we could at least print in landscape. It would also help if we could change the width of the columns in table fields but with table fields, landscape would be a nice option.

adjust required coverage on signatures
When a signature field is marked as required, all it takes is a single dot in the signature area to satisfy the requirement. It would be great to have a 'coverage area' slider or parameter in the configuration section to allow for adjustment in either pixels or percent coverage. For example 10 pixels is not enough for a valid signature but 200 could be.

Allow receiving an error when submitting a form that says the invoice number/a field is a duplicate
It would be nice to have an error pop up when submitting or filling out a form that tells you an invoice number is a duplicate and is already entered in the system
