URL Integration to open DocuWare Viewer with index dialog
The client needs a URL integration that opens the document in the DocuWare Viewer and also displays its metadata (Index dialog) in a new window. This functionality exists today, but it is configured per user in their preferences rather than as a setting within the viewer itself.

stop importing when cloud storage is full
Can we have the DocuWare Desktop Apps import/scanner feature Stop importing when the storage is full. Customer was trying to add documents with the import tool, and all the documents were deleted, and nothing made it to the cloud because the storage was full. Now they have to re-scan all the documents. This should not happen, the document may be unique and if it is deleted after the import processes, and nothing is in the cloud, then the document is lost forever. This should a priority in the next release.

Use single IndexFile to update multiple documents in StorageRobot
When using StorageRobot, it would be great to be able to use a single Index file to update multiple documents instead of needing a index file for each document that needs to be updated.

Implement the ability to give dynamic names on document relations
When a user opens several time the same document relation, starting from different documents, all the tabs have the same name.
I would be a great addition to have the ability to display different names. For example, we could choose one of the indexes to identify the document that the user was looking at before clicking the relation.
Like, if I'm on the document "Folder 3" and open the relation "Documents", I would like the new tab name to be "Folder 3 - Documents" instead of just "Documents".It's a quality-of-life evolution, but for some configurations, it would be a…

Add "Read out loud" functionality similar to Adobe Acrobat
This is required to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA requirements which ensure web content is Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR) for users with disabilities. It includes all 2.0 A/AA standards plus 12 new criteria focused on mobile, low vision, and cognitive disabilities, such as Reflow, Text Spacing, and Non-text Contrast. Key requirements cover sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation,, screen reader compatibility, and content adaptability.

Revision History for Forms
Version history for forms similar to the workflows on the Workflow Designer Desktop app. Having a built in revision history would help keep track of changes made to forms.

make it possible to mass delete inactive accounts
When our users are hired our HR department enters all of the users into the accounting system and then they run a script that pulls that information to create active directory and email accounts. Then we sync active directory with Docuware. Then when they leave we delete the account from active directory and the Docuware account doesn't get deleted it gets deactivated. That is fine until they decide to come back and work for us again and the Docuware account doesn't get reactivated. If I reactivate it manually the next time users are synced with AD it deactivates it again.…

See which user(s)/role is/are assigned to workflow tasks even for non-Controllers
It would be great to be able to access task assignments in an index field so that you can use Lists to see where and with whom tasks are currently sitting in a workflow.

allow rows of an excel file to be copied to a table field in a workflow
We use excel timesheets and the top of the timesheet has rows with the accounting code, the time type, employee number, and hours. Those are then imported into our accounting system. I am trying to make a workflow that will have employees do their timesheets in docuware and then when payroll is done simply export everything in one shot with an odbc sql query. It would make payroll a little easier. As it is people do their timesheets and then all of them are downloaded and each one is then imported individually into our accounting system. add files via a button in the viewer
Hello,
it would be very practical to be able to add files to a document very quickly from the viewer without having to go through a tray. a button to add in front or behind which simply opens the file explorer.
for example, for workflow users, who receive a link to a direct task, it is complicated to add a file.

Implement AI-based natural language search functions to browse documents
AI offers the possibility to search among documents in natural language. This would be valuable, because we observe that users tend to request expert-users for help in searching theirs documents, that they struggle to find.

The line breaks from memo-type indexes must be preserved when they are used in the body of an email sent via the workflow engine.

Make the used filters in the dynamic lists to stick after logout/login
Hello,
When using a list, you can filter it on each column, which is great for several users to use the same list with different approaches.
However, when refreshing the page or logging out, the used filters are not saved for the users in the list tab.
It's hard to understand for the users because it's a feature you already implemented on the Tasks tab. Every time you filter your tasks, the filter stays even though you're disconnecting and come back after.

Automatische Wiederherstellung von Datenbankverbindungen in importierten Workflows
Beim Import vorkonfigurierter Lösungen über den LocalData Connector sollten Workflows bestehende Datenbankverbindungen automatisch erkennen, sofern die Datenquellen identische Namen und Strukturen besitzen. Aktuell ist das nicht möglich, da die Workflows im Hintergrund nicht mit den Tabellennamen, sondern mit GUIDs arbeiten. Dadurch werden beim Import keine Verknüpfungen zu den vorhandenen Datenquellen hergestellt, auch wenn diese strukturell identisch sind.
In der Praxis bedeutet das, dass sämtliche Workflow-Zuordnungen manuell neu verbunden werden müssen – ein erheblicher zeitlicher und organisatorischer Aufwand, insbesondere bei umfangreichen Lösungen mit vielen Datenquellen.
Eine Funktion zur automatischen oder halbautomatischen Wiederherstellung der Verbindungen beim Import würde diesen Prozess deutlich vereinfachen.…

Optionally restrict the model space per cabinet and / or document type
When documents are imported into an intelligent indexing tray and the option for restricting the model space per cabinet and / or document type is configured, intelligent indexing should only take already processed documents into account, which are from the same cabinet (as the cabinet defined for the tray) and /or documents, which have the same document type as preset by the import configuration, respecitvely.

Enable indexing and searching of data from Form Tables
It would be very useful if data entered into tables within DocuWare Forms could be indexed into searchable fields in the file cabinet (or used in merged forms).
Currently, table data can only be stored in a table field and cannot be indexed or searched. Allowing table data to be mapped to normal index fields (e.g. text or keyword) would make it possible to search for and filter documents based on the information entered in the form table.

Request to Enable Filtering of Selection Lists Based on Logged-in User in DocuWare Forms
In DocuWare Forms, I would like to use the logged-in username to filter selection lists. Specifically, I want to display information related to the logged-in user in a selection list. However, since it is currently not possible to use the logged-in user's text field as a filter condition for another field, I would like to request that this functionality be made available.

Request to Enable User Selection by Full Name in Workflow Task User Lists
Currently, in the user list displayed on workflow tasks, only the logged-in user can be selected. We would like to request a feature that allows users to be selected based on their full name, combining First Name and Last Name. Request to Enable Keywords and Table Fields in Autoindex Conditions
Please make it possible to use keywords and table fields in the Autoindex feature. Currently, Autoindex does not allow the use of keywords or table fields for data comparison. If these could be utilized, the system’s usability would be greatly enhanced.
