Line Duplication for Inventory Use Cases.
Add the ability for Form users to duplicate line items multiple times using table data—for example, to efficiently handle bulk entries such as multiple computer purchases.

Automatically add next row in table fields in forms
It would be good to allow the next rows to show up in a form table field without having to press the + icon. Additionally, it would be good to allow each row to be able to follow data entered from the preceding row to autofill.

Reduce Gray Space for Workflow Tasks Lists
Currently for lower resolutions the Task Lists occupy a lot of grey space, it would be useful to be able to scale these areas.

Allow user to link a common field in a form to a select list
I have several multi-select lists that have a common field - Facility. But the only way to use them would be to combine them into a larger multi-select list. For instance I have a list of Pay type codes and a list of Supervisors. At the top of the form the facility is chosen and I am using that to pull the pay types. I'd like to also limit the Supervisor list to the facility as well. Maybe a way to associate a Form Field to a field in the select list when you click Filter. Then a choice to…

SSO for Form
Would like to have the ability to build a form for SSO, that can be for Private use, and still track the user who filled out the form based on login name.
An example. make an HR form that gets sent company wide, the employee clicks on the form, and it auto logs them in. They fill out the form, and then click submit. the form has a field that shows who was logged in when the form was filled out. allow a user to complete part of a task
I have a table field that I would like to complete in a task over time. I have to do it by going into the document and entering the data through edit index entries instead. In my case I have an inventory piece to purchase orders. When a purchase order over a certain dollar amount comes in it triggers a workflow to assign and tag the items purchased. For me, I order computers and set them up and deliver them over a few days. I can't stick the tag on a device and enter the information in the table in…

Enable duplicating result index in the index dialog tab
When configurating a list (result or proper list) we have to repeat twice the fields ordering and naming in 2 different tabs :"result" and "index dialog".
This could/very often represents a huge amount of time by reordering and renaming the fields and so on twice.
Would it be possible to make it easier by, for instance, ticking a box that will duplicate the config from "result tab" to "index dialog tab" (at least to initiate it), and then let the customer free to change or adjust it in the "index dialog tab" without impacting the "result" one ?

Value from another file cabinet
Workflow. I want to search value in another file cabinet. For example some approval limit. Now I need to create extra global variable, fill it with text "Approval limit" and use this global variable in SQL query for file cabinet. The following SQL query doesn't work: Limit = 'Approval limit'. I need to create global variable with the mentioned text and use the global variable. Same for my colleagues.

Worfklow task. When I change the field behavior to read only, I need to define again the predefined value. Why? Could the workflow designer keep the predefined value?

Option to add version on an existing document in a cabinet from the result list
An option to check-in a new version of the document directly from the result list or an option to make an uploaded document in DocuWare as a version to another document will be an advantage.
An option like selecting one document from the result list and get a 'Check-In' or 'Update version' function will allow the users to select the new document from the local system and update it as a new version to the selected document. Also if there is an option to select the new version document from local system as well as DocuWare cabinet or tray, this…

Add validation to dates on DocuWare forms.
Add calculations and validation for date fields.
I.E - conditional options for when a date has been selected which is more than 2 weeks away.
I know this is available in workflow, but this would be very useful in forms.

dropdowns
Customers are confused by the new 7.12 forms and how they handle dropdowns. Before, they could just type text into the field as soon as they tab into it, and it would start filtering. Now, the field doesn't respond to them typing until they press Enter. This isn't a massive adjustment, but they have many, many users on the form, so re-training users is causing them headaches.

DocuWare Configurations - License List
Previously in DocuWare Configurations under Product Overview, there was a listing of Licenses with the users assigned to each license and then open licenses where we could assign a new user. That section appears to have been removed now. It appears that only place we can see License information now is under User Management by going into each individual user and clicking on the Licenses tab. Is there another location where we can access a list of licensed users? If not, can an additional column be added to the Users list with a checkbox indicating if the user has a…

DocuWare Form Table Fields can control with Behavior
Hope DocuWare can update the features of Table Fields in DocuWare Forms with an option to control the table fields in Behavior. Which makes this table fields in web form more flexible and will only appear if needed.

Export a list of user with their roles, groups and more
It is possible to export a list of users from the configuration menu, but it is not possible to have their roles or groups.
It would be nice to have such an option and maybe even more informations related to a user.

Allow merge form fields to be pushed to the next page.
I have a merge form that was originally a release of records request. Now, I am including another page in front of the existing document. So all of the fields need to be pushed to the next page. Unfortunately I have to recreate them I can't just move them.

Allow single line values in forms to autofill when manually typed
Would like to be able to have single line values autofill based on what is typed into a form field instead of having to utilize a select list with a single line dropdown field. Ex: If I have a first name field repeated multiple times, have all subsequent First Name fields fill in based on what is typed in the first

A customer came to me today and I have been advised to put it on the user voice to see if it gains any traction.
Basically they want to restrict the DocuWare Mobile app so that only certain users will be able to retrieve information from the app. This can be done either via cabinet restrictions or user permissions.1 vote
