Workflow fields only display on stamp if populated
If you are putting a stamp on a document, and it has multiple fields in the decision, you are always forced to put those decisions on the stamp. Make a way where if the field is NULL the line/field doesnt populate on the stamp. This would help avoid clutter

Allow users to approve tasks by replying to the email notification.
Our upper management users tend to have many requests that require their approval in DocuWare. It would be more efficient to allow them to approve the task simply by replying to the email notification with "Approve", "Yes", "Y", or something relating to that so that they do not need to log into DocuWare each time.

Generate report of all users who have logged in within a given time frame
Right now, we can go into Audit Reports, export the last year's worth of user info, and manually generate a report in Excel of who's logged in in the last year. This process is time-consuming. For customers with hundreds of users and a limited stock of licenses, it would help to be able to quickly export a list of licensed users that have accessed DocuWare within a given time-frame.

Create a search w/ full text to identify documents from the Recently Deleted area. It's nearly impossible to find a specific deleted document.

Configure Export Data to allow the export of more than one table.
I have a need to create an export which includes data from two different tables. Right now, I can select only one table to include in my export configuration. It would be nice if I could selected multiple tables to build my export file.

Add how it was stored to the audit trail, not just "store"
Currently when you audit a document it just shows "store" under the event. To help with troubleshooting for customers that have multiple ingest methods could it get changed to Store- Outlook or Store- Doc Processing or Store-Document Tray ect. this would help isolate and narrow down the problem if there is one.

Live table field calculations in workflow task (like forms)
It would be great if we could do live line item calculations like we see in forms. For instance, on an invoice, we enter the quantity and price each for a line and the next column automatically fills with the subtotal.

Have the ability to edit/manipulate PDF documents from the store dialog area of the web client.
This would allow users to split documents, delete pages, reorder pages etc in the store dialog area.

Prevent Forms from Crashing- "This Configuration Locked..."
It is frustrating when creating a complex form if you forget to save every couple of entries, then are unable to save your progress.

Filter by multiple items in 'Tasks' view
Add way to filter by multiple items in 'Tasks' view, or even allowing search parameters. Currently you can only filter in the 'Tasks' view with one filter per column.

Make it possible to add and remove items from table fields in the workflow
Sometimes its needed to create new lineitems from scratch without copying it from another table field in a workflow. And sometimes there are unneeded lines, it should be possible to remove them in a automated workflow process.

Ability to staple different document formats
We need the ability to staple documents that are different document formats. Currently only pdfs can be stapled; different document formats can only be clipped.

Creating Work Environments
In the profile and settings, users can choose drawers, search masks, lists, etc., to display.
It would be useful, especially for users working across multiple business contexts, to have the ability to create work environments by grouping together the necessary masks based on the type of activity.
Each user could then personalize their work environments and select the one suitable for the task they need to perform.
It would also be nice if, upon logging in, DocuWare asks which work environment the user would like to work with and then opens the client with the associated masks.

When viewing the 'Store' document history, display the cabinet & store dialog that was selected.
In order to investigate reported issues it's important to know which store dialog a document has been stored with.
End users don't always have this information.Currently the history entry shows 'store', the user who stored it and the date it was stored. Hovering reveals all index entries stored, but does not show the store dialog that was selected nor the cabinet it was stored to.
Please make this information visible to admins.

The information of the seconds
The column "created on" would be good to see hour, minute and second of the creation of the file, so it would be easier to group different files added at the same time (invoice + cmr) that come in the same email.

Automatically confirm a Task once the linked form has been saved (click on "Send")
Add the option in the Task settings (e.g. in the WF) for a form generated from a task, to automatically confirm the linked task as soon as the form is filled in and "sent".
For the moment, when I save my form, I have to go back to the task to click on the "Confirm" button for it to disappear from my list.

Provide the ability to select a page range, when exporting a document or sharing it via an email.

Multi-Page Forms and Expressions
Multi-Step / page forms will allow to make extensive forms cleaner, but also, ability to use arithmetic expressions, calculations, database look ups, assign data, just like in a flow, to be presented in next page.

Calculated text in forms
It would be nice if we could have calculated text elements in forms. These elements would appear the same as a fixed text field but instead could be the result of a calculation much like we can with single line text elements.
The benefit would be a more clean and elegant look. Placing data into read only single line text fields are ok but looks a little bit like an afterthought.
