1. Vordefinierte Einträge innerhalb der Tabelle sollten erste Zeile auto. anzeigen

   Man kann im Workflow Designer eine Archivabfrage für Tabellen als "Vordefinierter Eintrag" angeben. Es wird dann ein Wert in der entsprechenden Tabellenspalte eingetragen.
   Aktuell wird jedoch nicht auto. die erste Tabellenzeile angezeigt, obwohl diese z. T. mit den vordefinierten Werten befüllt ist. Die Einträge werden erst durch das manuelle Zeilen-Hinzufügen ersichtlich.
   Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn eine Tabelle auto. ausgefüllt wird, auch auto. die Werte angezeigt werden.

3. Introduce a Brief Course on the Business Use Cases of Workflow

   The LMS provides several courses for DSC's on the components of DocuWare Workflow and in fact a pre-requisite for the course is a DSC certification. It would be ideal that a short business course is designed for DSAs to aid them with understanding several business uses of workflow and mention them during their engagements with prospects. The business uses of workflow are indeed embedded in the various case studies listed on the DocuWare website . it would be ideal to so as to say extract such cases and centralize them. Such data would surely be appreciated for competitive advantage and provide work to the team who attended the workflow advanced courses on the LMS ....

4. introduce the "Store all with the current index entries" in Outlook

   This is a feature which is available in DocuWare when selecting multiple documents from a document tray and then selecting the Store button. Ideally when a user is filing multiple emails from outlook using the store feature, the user will be able to enter the index field values once for several documents at once (as can be done from the document tray)

5. Convert form attachments to PDF

   We have a form that employees use to submit credit card receipts. The form itself does come into DocuWare as a PDF. The attachments are in whatever format the employee attached, and this can’t change as they could be many various formats. We are looking for the ability in DocuWare to convert the form attachments to PDF during the form submission process.

6. Stempel Logik implementieren

   Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn, neben den Berechtigungen, eine Logik bei den Stempeln hinterlegt werden könnte.
   Bsp. wäre ein Stempel nur anwendbar/sichtbar, wenn bestimmte Indexfeldwerte hinterlegt sind.

7. In der DocuWare Web-Konfiguration sollten die Module ( Dokumentverarbeitung, E-Mails aus Outlook) als Desktop Apps gekennzeichnet werden

   Für die Module, wo die Desktop Apps benötigt werden, sollte direkt in der Web-Konfiguration erkenntlich sein, dass die Desktop Apps benötigt werden.

   Beispielweise ist das bei E-Mails Allgemein nicht der fall.

   Für die Detailierte Ordner, Printer Konfiguration sind verbundene Desktop Apps notwendig. Das sollte sichtbar gekennzeichnet sein.

8. Vorherige Workflow-Aktivität wieder öffnen wenn Dokumentverknüpfung geschlossen wird

   Wird aktuell aus einer Workflow-Aktivität eine Dokumentverknüpfung aufgerufen (bspw. Projektmappe), öffnet sich ein weiterer Reiter unter "Aufgaben".
   Wird der Reiter mit der Dokumentenverknüpfung geschlossen, öffnet sich immer die Workflow Aufgabenliste des in der Reihe letzten Workflows.

   Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn beim Schließen der Dokumentverknüpfung wieder die letzte Workflow-Aktivität geöffnet wird. So muss bei vielen Workflow-Instanzen nicht erneut gesucht werden.

9. Verknüpfung zur Workflow-Aktivität anbieten

   Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man (ähnlich zu Dokumentverknüpfungen) aus einem geöffneten Dokument in die aktiven Workflow-Aktivitäten springen könnte.
   So könnte man sich die erneute Suche unter den Workflow- "Aufgaben" sparen.

10. API methods to create roles / groups / File Cabinet

    Hi,

    I need to create roles / groups and File Cabinets easily and quickly. To do so it would be nice to have the API method.

    I know it's not recommend to use the method I can found in the web browser (for instance : DocuWare/Settings/SettingsService.svc/jwt/SaveRole).

    I kind of understood that I need to get the token with the grant type "authorization_code" to use such kind of request. I understood that you are not willing to give that method to the community yet.

    In my current project I had the idea to have an Axon Ivy over Docuware to materialize the complex HR processes the client needs. Docuware and Axon Ivy would have work perfectly for our business case.
    However, that's not possible until I have these API methods. Please provide them to the community !

    We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

11. Such-Operatoren für normalen User vereinfachen (abschaffen von OR, AND)

    Wir haben ein spezielles Indexfeld hinzugefügt, in dem Informationen wie Lieferant, Projektnummer, Name, Bestellbetrag, Ort und Postleitzahl zusammengefasst sind. Diese Daten werden automatisch über einen Workflow generiert (join)

    Dank dieses Indexfelds kann man alle relevanten Daten mit einer einzigen Suche finden. Zum Beispiel, wenn man alle Projektakten der 'Musterfirma GmbH' mit der Postleitzahl '12345' und einem Bestellwert von '5000 €' sucht, kann der Nutzer einfach folgendes eingeben:

    Musterfirma AND 12345 AND 5000

    Daraufhin werden alle passenden Projektakten angezeigt. Der Vorteil ist, dass man nicht in mehreren Feldern suchen muss.

    Allerdings finden viele Nutzer die Eingabe von Operatoren wie * oder AND umständlich und machen dabei oft Fehler – auch als Administrator kann das passieren. Andere Programme bieten hier eine benutzerfreundlichere Lösung, bei der keine speziellen Zeichen oder Operatoren eingegeben werden müssen.

    Wir haben daher ein kleines JavaScript entwickelt, das diese Operatoren automatisch einfügt. Die Nutzer müssen nur noch Folgendes eingeben:

    Musterfirma 12345 5000

    Auch hier werden dann alle relevanten Projektakten angezeigt. Dieses Vorgehen ähnelt der Suchfunktion in Apple- und vielen Windows-Programmen und ist deutlich intuitiver, schneller und einfacher.

    Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn die oben beschriebene Funktion aktiviert oder deaktiviert werden könnte.

12. Keep My Tasks in the order the user puts them

    When a document enters a workflow and the tab appears in My Tasks, can these be kept in the order that the user puts them even when the tabs disappear and reappear?

13. Intelligent Indexing - mehr nur markieren Felder

    Ich schlage vor, mehr Felder für Intelligent Indexing bereitzustellen, die nur per Oneclick Indexing lernen ("nur markieren"-Felder). Dadurch können viele Fehler bei der Indexierung und damit schlichtweg falsches Anlernen vermieden werden.
    Laut DW-Support gibt es einige Partner, die diese Erweiterung wünschen und es wurde wohl auch schon mehrfach an die Entwicklung herangetragen.

14. Workflow Aufgaben organisiere

    Workflow Aufgaben sollte man organisieren/ausblenden wie bei Briefkörben/Dialogen/Listen im Profil. Aktuell herrscht hier Chaos wenn man in vielen Worfklow-Gruppen ist. Zudem wenn man verschiedene System Dev/Staging hat ist es unmöglich den Fokus zu behalten.

15. Export App: Limite von 10'000 entfernen

    In der Desktop Anwendung gibt es beim Export eine Limite von 10'000 Zeilen. Diese Limite scheint doch etwas überholt, in der Desktop GUI gehen ja problemlos 100'000. Das würde Mittelgrosse Exports doch wesentlich vereinfachen.

16. Webformular Designer so erweitern, dass Größe von Buttons, Checkboxen und Texte variabel gestaltet werden kann

    Webformular Designer so erweitern, dass finales Webformular besser für kleine Mobilgeräte geeignet ist (responsive Design). Aktuell sind nämlich Schriftgröße, Radiobuttons, Checkboxen etc. so klein dargestellt, dass diese kaum verwendet werden können. Das erschwert die Arbeit auf Smartphones und Tablets erheblich! Auf mobilen Geräte ist es wichtig, dass Buttons, Texte usw. schön groß dargestellt werden.

    Ist mit manchen Mäusen (zB Apple-Mäusen) nicht anwendbar. Die Apple-Maus ist viel zu sensibel und springt sofort von der ersten Seite auf die Hundertste... SEHR störend

    Hope DocuWare can update the features of Table Fields in DocuWare Forms with an option to control the table fields in Behavior. Which makes this table fields in web form more flexible and will only appear if needed.

20. Spaltentyp "Dateianhang" in Formulartabellen hinzufügen

    Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man in Formulartabellen als Spaltentyp "Dateianhang" hinzufügen könnte. Diese sollten dann in Reihenfolge der Tabellenzeilen an das Formular geklammert werden.
    So könnten bei Abrechnungsformularen mit mehreren Tabellenzeilen die jeweiligen Belege/Dokumente bzgl. Positionen schneller gefunden werden. Das Risiko, dass bspw. zwischen mehrseitigen Rechnungen auch Kassenbelege auftauchen, könnte dadurch reduziert werden.
