  1. Create an Add-In for Outlook.live.com (web mail, Office365 etc)

    Working remotely isn't going away. Microsoft continues to push Office365 and has introduced a web-based desktop client. We need a way to store emails and attachments in DW when away from desk-top apps. Please create an Add-In for Outlook.

  2. Perform Workflow Task Items in System Emails

    A fantastic functionality would be for recipients of workflow task emails to be able to select an option for that task directly from the system's email. Many users are able to receive and respond to emails even though it could quite some time before they're able to access a computer. In a large environment having all required users install the mobile app isn't always practical and with table fields being part of many workflows the mobile app is out anyways.

  3. Ability to add custom font to Docuware cloud

    Ability to add custom font to Docuware cloud. We have a lot of Word files stored in Docuware Cloud. Word has out custom company font, which is not recognized in docuware cloud. You can't read from cloud.
    See difference in attached pictures.
    Word is downloaded from Docuware.

  4. Allow disable of Merge Layers in the result dialog.

    Add the Merge Layers as an option to enable/disable in the result dialog result list functions. Other features such as print, edit, etc that change the document are listed here but not merge layers.

  5. Use a filecabinet table as datasource for filling a table field

    In DW 7.8 we are able to use a LDS source to fill a table field. Please make this also possible from other sources, such as a FileCabinet.

  6. Global Workflow-Variables in JSON-Path Queries for Workflow Designer

    Make it possible to use workflow-variables in JsonPath to be able to filter Json-Results from webservices dynamically (like in arithmetic statements). At the moment you can only use index-values.

  7. Fix Index entries in Info Dialog to trigger workflow after manual index change

    If a user changes index information via the result list, they could potentially change any field available there. However, trying to trigger a workflow based on that index change might be difficult if there are many fields.

    It would be great if we could use the "custom entry" and "read only" option in the info dialog to fill a Status field with a fixed value if a user changes index information via the info dialog. That way we can then trigger the workflow based on the status change

  8. Annotation text alignment

    When writing annotations in right-to-left languages, it's important to align the text to the right, currently this is not possible, I suggest to add alignment to text preview dialog accessible form document viewer > Tools > Annotations > Preview.

  9. Make an addition with one click indexing

    When you are filling up a table with amounts using the One Click Indexing, for example.
    Would'nt be great to be able to do additions ?
    For example I have an invoice with 10 rows and I want to use the 3 first rows to create an unique row in my table field. When using the one click indexing with the ctrl+click, i'm able to concatenate each of my click in one unique field.
    When this field would be a floating type, it would be great if the same ctrl+click was additing up each floats instead of concatenate them, so…

  10. If a user is set as Organization Administrator, give them full access.

    If a user is set as Organization Administrator, give them full access. currently must make them owner of file cabinets and other objects.

  12. Extra file cabinet colours

    Add a few extra cabinet colors over the standard Red, Green, Blue & Yellow.

    Maybe Pink, Brown, and Purple, or at least a couple extra. When you have a cabinet by department you quickly start to double up.

  14. SNS OCCAR NO.

    It would be really helpful for the whole community to be able to track in real time the value of the SNS OCCAR number pretended for their division, and to add an alert that informs the user after a week, for example, of any missing SNS OCCAR number.

  16. sort users by active

    Clicking the arrow next to username or email to sort users is great, can we have this for the other columns too? Locked & active?

  17. When searching user management for 'active', return all active users. When searching for 'inactive' return inactive users.

    DocuWare admins need this kind of data returned quickly and reliably to prevent the need for any sort of user deletion policy, functionality which DocuWare does not have.
    Recently I was asked for an export (yes an export) of inactive users, so great was their need for a quick and easy way to search for this info.

  18. Improve the display time of Error Message : Workflow Validation Error message

    The currently displayed error message disappears immediately after it appears.
    Users need time to review error messages. They can't even take screenshots.

    We would like this display time to be a little longer.

    Ability to duplicate a decision and all the configuration. Often only few parameters change.
