  1. Add option to export csv to display table data and document data in same row with only one column header row.

    It would be nice if the report export could display all column headers (table and document record) on the same row and only display once. Having a column header for each row of data makes it difficult to manipulate the data in the csv file. The extra column headers must be deleted.

  2. Extracting Additional values from Documents already stored in the File Cabinet

    In this use case, business has to reconcile a large set of documents using a reference on a document that was not previously indexed, It would be nice to have a feature where we could extract additional information from documents already stored in a file cabinet, without having the manually find/index the documents, or downloading the documents and reindex via processing files (as this may cause issues if the solution is linked to an ERP with automated workflows)

  3. Custom select lists are missing from the dialogs when copying file cabinets.

    When using a xml file to copy a file cabinet, the custom select lists assignments are missing from the dialogs. 'The user can only use entries from the select list to set the field' check box remains checked though. The fields with only the default select list are copied correctly.

    So the admin has to go through each store dialog, and the index dialogs on each result list and task list, to fix this bug. If a dialog is forgotten, then the user is unable to enter anything in those index fields.

  4. provide a test area for forms and workflows

    All the forms are lumped together and so are the workflows.
    it is hard to keep track of in-progress vs test vs training objects

  5. add comments to versions

    Add the ability to add comments to versions with automatic versioning. Currently, the system automatically adds a comment "Automatic Version Management". We often send documents to clients and would like to have the ability to change the comment to "sent to client on *** day" or something similar

  6. Notifications for web basket / Benachrichtigungen für Briefkorb

    New documents for DocuWare arrive in web baskets. Thus web baskets need to be monitored permantly by employees to index and store new documents and to start followup processes in DW without loosing any time.

    Notifications for web baskets would help a lot to increase productivity and to decrease manual effort of employees for permanent monitoring of several web baskets.

    E.g.
    * New document arrived in web basket XY

    Basically same functionallity as for archives.

  8. Different User Interface for View-Only Permission per User

    Hi, hope that we can have a separate user interface for users with view-only permission in DW. When a user has view-only permission, hope that we can hide the "Task", "Form", "Tray & "List" options in their user interface when they log in.

  9. folder searchbox

    Hi,

    We have a lot of searchbox and list in DW.
    Would it be possible to be able to class views (lists and searchboxes) in "folders" (managed by admin) ?
    If it's not possible, if users could set an order in the views so they could find the one they want easier.

  10. Folder structure enhancements

    Ability to assign a different result list for each subfolder.

    for example if I have a File cabinet that has several document types, this would allow that to each document type I have associated its result list and index dialog box.

    It would also be useful to have the ability to filter the results as is already possible for result lists

  11. Allow to get/copy Task URL Link from Web Client manually

    Currently we only get Task URL from workflow activity.
    But if we want to remind the task to the user's local email, we need to get the URL link.

  12. Add a Multi-Decision workflow component

    Presently we have a decision component, basically an If-Then-Else scenario. In order to check for multiple conditions, I end up with two or more cascading decision components until a condition is met, or the workflow falls through to some other state.

    It would be very helpful to have a single decision component that would allow for multiple possible decisions and associated outcomes, and allow routing based on one of those decisions.

  14. Signatures in Forms

    Signing a form with an external signature pad such a Topaz would be very convenient in many customer-facing situations. Topaz provides integration tools. Signing forms with a mouse is too simple, requires that the customer access a computer or tablet and the result generally does not look good. Adding an electronic signature in a workflow is fine for remote signing but not convenient with a customer present. The Validated ID Biometric option is the best bet now, but a simple Topaz signature device would be easier.

  16. Reprocess workflow items after a task change is made

    Provide ability to reprocess workflow tasks when a change to an activity is made so tasks already in flight will see the change. Currently all documents affected by the activity change must be copied to the tray, deleted from the cabinet and then pushed back through the new version of the workflow. This is painful when dealing with a large number of documents and also creates duplication in work if the changed task is towards the end of the workflow.

  17. Document Tray custom columns (with Intelligent indexing)

    When intelligent indexing enabled for particular Document Tray, please let us select custom columns so we can use Filter / Sort.

    If the intelligent indexing knows the value, it should appear in the custom column.
    Example: invoice processing - intelligent indexing automatically indexes "Supplier name". I want to be able to see "Supplier name" column in Document Tray and be able to use filter / sort in this column.

  20. Add workflow version as system index

    It would be very helpful for troubleshooting and reprocessing workflow items if the workflow version a document is currently in could be available as a searchable system index. The workflow version is available in the document history but only at a document level.
