I would like to suggest DocuWare to adopt electronic invoice format, PEPPOL. This is a widely-used invoice format in Asia Pacific. PEPPOL is a standard that enables your company to send electronic invoices to public sector clients throughout the EU.

Add possibility to put "Fixed, Index,.." as parameter of a Webservice (not only global variables)
When we are in the WorkFlow we can call a webservice. Currently, we could only put 'global variable' as parameter of the webservice. It will be very helpfull to be able to put other type like 'Fixed value', arithmetics, indexes,... (like when we are in assignation box for exemple). Somes webservices needs a lot of parameters, most of time it's just a fix parameters like name, ect. When you have many and many parameters to put, it's long to have to declare each parameter as global variable for just put a fixed value, just in order to put it on…

file name in document Tray
When downloading, Docuware shall alert if the same file name is downloaded/imported. This will avoid the duplication of files or will make separating files easier.

fulltext version 7.6 does not work searching on several indices with a space, without using "OR"
add the possibility of searching several indexes in all fields, e.g. 1234 1235 1236 without the need to enter "OR", e.g. 1234 OR 1235 OR 1236

Have the ability to retouch documents scan that is to dark with using a threshold slider, and convert Full Colour/Grayscale scanned PDFs to B&W to reduce size for emailing.

Folder structure enhancements
Ability to assign a different result list for each subfolder.
for example if I have a File cabinet that has several document types, this would allow that to each document type I have associated its result list and index dialog box.
It would also be useful to have the ability to filter the results as is already possible for result lists

Use attached files in form to fill out form fields
When attaching a structured file to a form, it would be great if we could use the data from the file to fill out fields of the form in order to speed up the indexing process. This could work the same as the import features from a folder where you need to include identification rules, anchors and the specific part of the document where the data needs to be extracted.

Fill table from other sources that another tables ..
Currently you can only fill a table from data from another table ..
I would be a great idea if you could get data also from external sources ..
and from sources that are not table fields..Because you can still select which fields you want to use..

Table Fields - Default Box Size Options
It is fairly common for me to have a case where I need to present a user with more than one table field, and sometimes a few of them. In most cases the row count for the table fields is small, resulting in a lot of wasted white space in the table field boxes. This makes for a lot of scrolling to get to what a user needs to see or act on. While this would have value anywhere, it would have special importance in workflow tasks. Result list functions in workflow task lists
DW 7.6 said that the result list functions are available in the task workflow lists, but it seems not all functions are available such export CSV the results. It'd be a great idea if ALL functions are available

Be able to send recurring reminders in a workflow task
Would be nice if we can send recurring reminders in a workflow task until it has been actioned. For example, "send a reminder email every x days".

Flatten PDF with REST/.NET API
We can use DocumentAction to merge annotations on the Document. It would be nice if you could provide a method for Flattening all Form Fields on the Document. Right now we have to use 3rd party libraries to get this done.
For all readers: I am using Syncfusion - they have free commercial license for small companies.

Users should have the ability to save the Annotations that are repeated. For ex: location/name/note that are common for multiple documents and can be added with just 1 click vs every time clicking in text box, ctrl v

deleted archived document outlook connect
delete a single attachment after it has been stored individually from an email in outlook connect.
