  1. Export Document/Workflow History

    For example I have a workflow “Customer Purchase Order” and I want to export all the history for all the documents during a set period.

    I only want the data. Perferably in a CSV file for reporting.

  2. Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List."

    Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List." For example, if you create a "Paid by Credit Card" list, one of the headers will show a "Gross_Amount" and other information about the document. Is it possible to generate a total for such a column at the bottom of that window/tab?

  3. Specify the output storage location and regularly export with the Request function of DocuWare Cloud.

    DocuWare Cloud only works at manual exports by clicking download button.

    It seems that you can specify and schedule storage with on premise, but it is not allowed with DocuWare Cloud.

  4. provide a method of public access to docuware repositories

    We are getting many requests both from existing customers and prospects for the ability to provide access to public record or read/only documents to a pool of users. Many are municipalities. Currently there is no way to share a pool of read only users or a way to accomplish this with Docuware cloud as far as I know of so we have to recommend alterntatives.

  5. Allow DocuWare Printer to be installed for USA with Letter as default

    It make sense to allow or set the default paper size to LETTER for all USA installations. This could be auto-sensed by the installer or a check box on the selection screen.

    Bothe manual and silent install methods should have this feature

  6. Give a choice, check box, when installing Desktop Apps

    Not all user want a Desktop Icon created everytime the desktop apps are installed or updated. This is particularly annoying for cloud installs where the updates are frequent.

    It would be appropriate to able to decline the desktop icon from both the update installer and silent installer methods.

  7. Allow multiple answers in a field

    Allow multiple form fields to populate the cabinet fields based on the answers provide.

    IE
    Product List 1 - Empty
    Product List 2 - Empty
    Product List 3 - Product 1

    Allow them all to be linked to a PRODUCT field but allow some form of arithmetic expression (IF Statements) to populate it.

    Iif(Product 1="Product 1",Product 1,Product 2)

    Something along those lines. Its frustrating having to create fields to import data back and forth.

  8. Arithmetic Expression in Forms

    Allow the use of arithmetic expressions in forms. This would be used to either populate cabinet fields with form fields or work out calculations on the forms.

  9. Zoom while storing documents

    While storing a document when using document processing, or intelligent indexing, have the viewer zoom into the area where the data is being extracted for an easier visual validation of the data on the page compared to what has been extracted. This would be particularly useful when validating long strings of numbers such as automobile VIN numbers.

  10. Group related storage dialogs

    When you click on "store" the user is provided a list of dialogs they have access to. I would like to suggest the ability to group dialogs. For example, maybe there are 5 dialogs for Customer Documents and 8 for Vendor Documents. When you click on "store" you would at the top of the list see "category" Customer, Vendor. When hover over Customer or Vendor, another level opens with just dialogs relevant to the particular category.

  13. Task sort default to multiple columns

    Add secondary and third columns for sorting in a workflow Task. I know you can shift click multiple columns but having it default to the multiple column sort would save time.

  14. DocuWare Clipping - Add ability to delete/remove files from the file cabinet

    Currently there isnt a way to delete one of the clipped documents from the file cabinet unless version management is turned on, and even then you must keep the first file.

  15. Pull user's first and last names from their account.

    With the integration of Azure, usernames become "jdoe" or "john.doe" and it makes it impossible to pull their first or last name out of their account. We would like the ability to do so for the Workflow tool.

  16. forms on ipad

    There should be an option to set forms to display in desktop view on mobile devices such as an iPad as a mobile view is to narrow for the screen size of a tablet.

  17. Roles (List) - Arithmetic expression roles

    Allow the ability to group two role variables into a role list variable.

    Ie.

    Single Role Variables
    Manager - GVMANAGER
    Director - GV
    DIRECTOR

    List Role Variable
    Approval - GVAPPROVAL (GVMANAGER+GV DIRECTOR)

    Then allow the workflow to Assign this new role.

  18. Table Fields - Make Required Field Actually Required

    Hello everyone:
    It would be useful if a Required column in a table field actually be required when a document is stored and probably in other contexts, too.
    Right now I can set a column as required, but unless a row in the table field is popped the field is not actually required and the document can be stored with no table field entries.

    Causes bit of extra work for me and the client as I then have to build an autoindex routine to check for existence of table field data and set a field to indicate whether or not…

  19. Add a Store from desktop/folder integration like the Store from Outlook

    Please add the ability to right click a document on the desktop or in a folder and store it in DocuWare just like the Outlook integration where I can right click on an email, select the store dialog I want to use, and send the item directly to DocuWare with the proper indexing without having to drag it to the tray first. Just like Outlook, I'd like to be able to select if the item will be copied or moved when setting up the store dialog.

  20. Change the workflow configuration so that if you change a data assignment it doesn't clear the previous configuration

    I have a workflow that takes data from a table field and enters it into a document from a merge form. The workflow loops through the rows in the table field and then depending on what is in the first column it determines where to put the rest of the data. The arithmetic expression is the same for everything but it is cleared out when I change the form field to be entered. Then I have to re-enter it for each condition. That is a time consuming pain.
