Assign users dynamically to Substitution list global variable
Currently substitution lists are static which is not usable for dynamic environment. I should be able to assign multiple users to a list and let DocuWare validate if the first (or second..) user is out of office and assign the task to the next available user.

Add a function to disable the automatic application of a stamp for specific task decision.
Add the ability to set the stamp settings per decision selected vs globally. For example, "Approval" may apply a stamp, but "Hold" might just be used to update variables and place the document on hold with no stamp applied. Currently I do not believe there is any way to do this and it causes many stamps which are not needed in this case.

language mapping for index fields when creating
When creating indexfields you create those in one language. But if you need multiple languages they are not supported yet.
A simple solution could be, that after creating the index field you can add the translation to those fields in the desired language.1 vote -
Add text formatting to workflow tasks
My users want to bold and italicize important text for emphasis within workflow tasks. We currently can't do this. I think adding support for HTML <b> and <i> tags in workflow task Text descriptions could be useful.

Ability to look up active / non-active users
I have customers who have lots of users, over a thousand. They have lots of turn around and need a way to pull lists of active users and non-active users in DocuWare.
Need the ability to export the list and filter based on Active or Non-Active.

Reprocess workflow items after a task change is made
Provide ability to reprocess workflow tasks when a change to an activity is made so tasks already in flight will see the change. Currently all documents affected by the activity change must be copied to the tray, deleted from the cabinet and then pushed back through the new version of the workflow. This is painful when dealing with a large number of documents and also creates duplication in work if the changed task is towards the end of the workflow.

Have option to auto set focus on first field
This would assist the filling in of a form as the first field would be ready to receive data rather than having to type a Tab key or click on it.

Create public link of document
A possibility to create a public link of document in the client, so you can easily and quickly share a document with a third party. Maybe also add a possibility for public link expiration date.

Fill keyword variable and/or table with REST response that contains an array
When using REST/POST to retrieve data from an external system the results frequently contain arrays of data. Allow the capture of the array data in to a keyword or table with the option to concatenate multiple properties of the into a single kw row. Currently if the result contains an array each item in the array or even each property of each item has to be manually mapped to a variable.

Reassign with override all other assignments option
Need a option to override all other assignments when performing a reassign task in task list. We need to be able to take a tasks that were assigned to a group and then reassign to an individual. Today only one task can be reassigned. We should be able to say assign to this task or group and replace (override) any other existing assignments on the task.

Edit index data in a tray
Add the ability to edit index data in a tray. We can view it today but not edit. We should have same ability as in the Search Results Dialog.

Allow numeric select lists to index numeric data types in forms
In forms, you can not index a numeric field from a dropdown. This I am sure is for data integrity. The problem with this is that I have an external select list with a local data connector to my accounting database that has a column with an int data type. It recognizes it when I use it for an autoindex. Forms however do not recognize it. For my purposes, a quick solution would be to simply allow a numeric form field to be linked to a multi-column select list. That is what I am trying to do anyway. At DocuWorld…

Filter pop-up window: apply via the <enter> key
In the result view: if you configure a filter on a column. You need to apply with a mous click.
Why not with an <enter> keystroke.

Multi select filter option in resultview
In the resultview you can use the column filter. But you can only select one of the available entries.
Can we select multiple entries. f.e. filter in country-index in the result I want "Netherlands" and "Germany" lines

Add option to choose which result list workflow emails with document links use, instead of default result list only
When you "add link to document" from a workflow email node, that link will only and always use the default result list which is not always ideal.

Case sensitivity in select lists
Select lists allow me control exactly what I want my users to input into fields when storing but there is no case sensitivity unless I add a field mask. If I check the box to force the user to only pull from a select list then the formatting should follow. Right now some one could enter ATL, atl, Atl, atL...ect.

General Email - Import delay on attachments
I have a client who is using the General Email option to import attachments from a mailbox. What we are noticing is that the PDF attachments are intermittently uploading as corrupt files even though in the mailbox, the PDF is perfectly fine to open. I also confirmed this by manually importing that PDF from the mailbox into Docuware which works fine.
I reproduced this behavior on the folder import configuration and found out that it occurs when a large file is scanned into the folder and Docuware imports it without waiting for the file to finish being transferred to the…

Only allow storage box in relation with a file cabinet
For a document in a document tray, the user must be allow to use only storage box define for the file cabinet choosed while the cration of this document tray.
That could be more confortable in use of th tray, non possibilities to store the document in a wrong file cabinet.2 votes
