Allow for the ability to select the result dialog for each docuware workflow.
It would be nice to be able to select a specific result dialog for each workflow instead of always being forced to use the default workflow. This becomes challenging when the workflow are from completely different processes.

Processing Profiles - Split into Multiple Documents - Each with own set of indexing values and read out areas
Transferring from other DMS's - Users normally scanned a pack of documents as a single pdf, it would be useful if we can put this through a processing profile to 'Identify','split',Index each document
In example Employee onboarding pack
(may contain a ID document, Bank Account confirmation letter, Employment contract, etc.)You would create sub profiles (or main profiles, then link to this profile) for each expected document, those not identified will have default indexes using the original input files' indexes, those that are defined is split / indexed and stored as per the sub profile.

Date Field Search Dialog - Predefined Entry using Calculated Value i.e. SQL DATEADD(Month,-1,GETDATE())
We have a large number of documents (some filecabinets > 15m documents) We would like to add variable predefined entry in the search dialog to Prevent users from doing open ended searches on large datasets. currently it only seems to support a static min date and max date.

Highlight Search Poor Performance
The new highlight search is a great new feature. However in its current implementation the performance is poor compared to a search dialog search on an exact string match.
For example.
A string search on our database for a customer reference in a regular search dialog takes around 0.3 seconds. A search using the new highlight search took 20 seconds!
I believe the issue is that the search type used in the new highlight search feature is using a LIKE query which in turn is also passed to the SQL database as a LIKE query also, making the database search…

Show if a group was created from AD or is a DocuWare group under group configuration
It would be helpful if we could see how a group was created from the group configuration screen - AD or manually in DocuWare.

Allow search on multiple file cabinets via Web Client to show the correct amount of entries. Or allow users to change the maximum result in the cloud

Allow document history and workflow history to transfer when copying a document to another cabinet
If you have a stored document and want to move it to another file cabinet either via 'Copy to', 'Quick copy to' or even a Document 'Transfer Job', the document history does not go with it.

Transfer Funktion Ereignis basiert
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man einen Transfer, ähnlich wie ein Auto-Index, ereignisbasiert starten könnte. Aktuell kann man nur minimal alle 10 Minuten Dokumente von einem Archiv in ein anderes transportieren, die gewisse Indexeinträge vorweisen können.
Besser wäre es diese Dokumente direkt zu transferieren, sobald ein bestimmter Index gesetzt wurde.
Hintergrund ist, dass wir gerne Dokumente aus Vorlagen automatisch bei bestimmten Ereignissen im Archiv erstellen (transferieren) lassen möchten.Vielen Dank.

Customize Fulltext Searches
When using a fulltext search, the text is highlighted in red and yellow. I wish to be able to customize these colors.

Changeable label names have to display as column name in CSV files exported from DocuWare List.
When manually CSV exporting from DocuWare List, the column name of the exported CSV file is not the label name defined in DocuWare List of configuration. The database field names are displayed in exported CSV file.
The DocuWare CSV Export Tool can solve this problem, but customers who cannot install desktop apps will not be able to use this tool. It is necessary to get CSV file from the list of Web Client.
Expected result :
The label name displayed in the List is displayed in the CSV file instead of the field name in the database.2 votes -
In Workflow Task Escalations add reroute in Out of office settings
Using substitution rules is a hassle. Please just add a reroute option if the assigned user to a task is set to "out of office". This way a task can be reassigned easily directly in the Work Flow Designer.

Se requiere poder cargar una archivo csv desde la interfaz web client de Docuware. El objetivo es poder indexar o actualizar los valores de los file cabinets.

Docuware Export Tool
Have the ability to Save "Output Location" directory Path in the Docuware Export Tool without having to click on "Perform Export Now".
This would be handy to have because there a re times you need to set a directory but want to export any files yet.2 votes -
Move document trays configuration to User Management
Add a tab for Document Trays in User management so it is consolidated in one place. This would make managing document tray permissions much easier.

Workflow engine performance reporting tool
It would be nice if there were a cloud reporting tool that could analyze workflows for performance issues, long running queries, etc. and provide data on how long tasks are taking to complete behind the scenes. This would provide a good snapshot of what is going on under the hood. Currently any performance data or recommendations must come from support.

Ability to copy or duplicate a table field in a cabinet
I have a client that needs the ability to store 7000 lines for some invoices and each line needs to be described in 3 different tables(12 columns for each table). Because of the limits imposed by table fields (1000 rows max per table), I need to create 21 identical tables by hand, which is... heavy...
This problem led me to this post, where I am sharing my frustration and I hope that the community will vote for this topic :) .

Support for password protected files
I suggest you add support for password protected PDF and office files. Sometimes we receive files that are password protected which cannot be opened in the viewer. It creates work for the end user to download the file, unlock it and then reupload it.

automatically advance to the another field when a barcode is scanned in forms.
I have a form for inventory disposal. It has fields for asset control numbers. The asset control tags have barcodes but when I scan them the curser remains in the fields where I scanned the code. It would be nice if I could scan the barcode and have it advance to the next field.
