Document Processing - Auto Selection Groups
Right now if we set a Document Processing instance to be automatically selected then processes that use this function have to be evaluated against the full set of templates set for automatic recognition. It would be very useful to be able to create groups of automatic processing templates. Let's say that you have three templates that perhaps a PO might use. Then you might have four that a Sales Order might use. Allow Document Processing by Index Value Change
There are many times that it would be very useful to be able to send a document in a file cabinet out for run in a Document Processing instance. Let's say we have some data presented on a document in both barcode and plain text. First we try to capture by the barcode, and sometimes that doesn't work. We could then set a field value and send the document off for a shot at a Document Processing instance that tries for the text instead. Make the search field of the support portal automatically do wildcard searches
In the web client, you can set a field to automatically do wildcard searches. But when entering a support ticket, I always have to add an '*' as a prefix and as a suffix to try to find the correct type.

Allow access to cookies when making a REST request
When making a connection to a REST service, allow access to the cookies both when making the request and from the response. There are web services (ie Docuware) that use auth cookies that are sent to the client that need to be included when making further requests.

Dynamic Select List in Workflow Task
Add a select list type field to Workflow Tasks that can be filled with values in the workflow. This is in contrast to the normal select lists that are fixed values. Something like a keyword variable could be filled with workflow then displayed to the user as a select list.

Enhance the Overview Pane
In the Overview pane, when the items are showing in the overview, as you move past them, they will say “Page1.1” and so on but people easily get distracted or are interrupted and lose their place. (Me, I’m people. Lol)
I would like the item I am physically on to light up indicating where I am/left off. Perhaps outline in a thick color to stand out or highlight that exact page.
Also, say if I am in Overview, 3rd item down being Page 3.1, instead of having to scroll up to the tools I would like to right click what…

full text search needs boolean logic DW hot fix for cloud clients
The DW hot fix for full text boolean searches is not available for cloud clients. Without the fix, full text searches with dashes or other boolean symbols does not work properly. The need is universal - dashes are used in accounts, part numbers, standard text, dates, etc. and full text search to find strings with special characters is fundamental to finding required documents. The hot fix needs to be applied to the cloud implementations. Searching for literal strings with these characters, or searching using boolean logic (e.g. "?" for a single character wildcard) would be a huge win for all…

DocuWare Cloud - Export User Lists with License Type
It is common for clients to want a list of their users by license type for cloud systems. There is no good way to provide this list to clients. The Product Overview page does not print in a way that delivers all of the page's content and in most cases clients would prefer a CSV export anyways. In the API there isn't a flag that I've found to indicate Named or Workflow seats, either, so not able to develop my own process to do this job. DW Platform login with JWT token
Since we have the option to use REST services, it would be nice to be able to use DocuWare platform with REST requests in Workflow Designer. This is not possible at the moment. If we could create API users or just be able to retrieve token > store in GV and use it for next request. This would extend the possibilities in workflow designer and in some cases it would not be necessary to program and host own Web service.

Contar con la posibilidad que los formularios de fusión puedan ser bloqueados por medio de WF, para evitar su modificación, esto ayudara mucho para el envio automatico de información a clientes, sin la posibilidad de que puedan modificar el PDF enviado, y a la misma vez que algún usuario modifique el documento dentro del repositorio.

When a user makes a check-out on a document, he may make a mistake : for example erasing all the indexes by replacing the first page of the document.
Is it possible to have a warning message when the user is about to erase all the indexes ?
