Enable indexing and searching of data from Form Tables
It would be very useful if data entered into tables within DocuWare Forms could be indexed into searchable fields in the file cabinet (or used in merged forms).
Currently, table data can only be stored in a table field and cannot be indexed or searched. Allowing table data to be mapped to normal index fields (e.g. text or keyword) would make it possible to search for and filter documents based on the information entered in the form table.

Keep the opened page when reloading document after update
When a document preview is open, and the document gets updated, the view resets and goes back to the first page. It would be very useful that the open document would automatically go back to the page/clipped document where the preview was left off before the document update.

Restriction on FTP via Central Gateway Settings
With the Central Gateway Settings in Docuware.
We can declare IP address which can access to the platform.
It works for Docuware webapplication, but not for FTP. Even if i declare authorize IP.
Anyone can still access to the FTP.

Searching for a negated value, meaning that in DocuWare we want to find documents whose metadata does NOT contain a specific value.

Request to Enable Filtering of Selection Lists Based on Logged-in User in DocuWare Forms
In DocuWare Forms, I would like to use the logged-in username to filter selection lists. Specifically, I want to display information related to the logged-in user in a selection list. However, since it is currently not possible to use the logged-in user's text field as a filter condition for another field, I would like to request that this functionality be made available.

Request to Enable User Selection by Full Name in Workflow Task User Lists
Currently, in the user list displayed on workflow tasks, only the logged-in user can be selected. We would like to request a feature that allows users to be selected based on their full name, combining First Name and Last Name. This would improve usability and clarity when assigning tasks within workflows.

Request to Enable Keywords and Table Fields in Autoindex Conditions
Please make it possible to use keywords and table fields in the Autoindex feature. Currently, Autoindex does not allow the use of keywords or table fields for data comparison. If these could be utilized, the system’s usability would be greatly enhanced.

Original e-invoices are turned into regular PDFs by adding a letterhead
Currently, it is already possible to add a letterhead to e-invoices (XML or PDF with embedded XML). However, this turns the original invoice into a PDF without the e-invoice component (XML).

Since Process Planner is being discontinued...visio files should be back on the list of supported file types.
Even if you only show a snapshot of the file in the viewer, the important feature would be the ability to 'Edit in Microsoft 365 for the web'.

webhook creation of link to collect a feedback from a webservice and trigger index and workflows
We need to be able to create a link to give it to a webservice which will call that link to sent information like a status for paiement or an electronic signature.
When this link is called by external services we need to exploit the content to trigger a workflow or update an index the same way it is already possible for a webservice synchronous response1 vote -
User Attributes for Improved Rights and Index Profiles Management
I would like to suggest the addition of configurable user attributes in DocuWare. These attributes could either be fixed (system-defined) or custom (administrator-defined) and assigned directly to users.
For example:
A Manager attribute that stores the login of the user’s manager, referencing another DocuWare account.
A Department/Service attribute where administrators can set a fixed value.
These attributes could then be used in index profiles and rights management. For instance, if the index field SERVICE contains the value defined in the user’s SERVICE attribute, the user would automatically have access according to that rule.

Make the used filters in the dynamic lists to stick after logout/login
Hello,
When using a list, you can filter it on each column, which is great for several users to use the same list with different approaches.
However, when refreshing the page or logging out, the used filters are not saved for the users in the list tab.
It's hard to understand for the users because it's a feature you already implemented on the Tasks tab. Every time you filter your tasks, the filter stays even though you're disconnecting and come back after.

Implement the ability to give dynamic names on document relations
When a user opens several time the same document relation, starting from different documents, all the tabs have the same name.
I would be a great addition to have the ability to display different names. For example, we could choose one of the indexes to identify the document that the user was looking at before clicking the relation.

Ensure Numeric Index Fields Always Accept Single-Byte Input Regardless of IME Mode
In the Japanese market, both full-width (2-byte) and half-width (1-byte) characters exist.
Currently, in DocuWare, when entering numbers into numeric index fields (such as in the store dialog), if the IME is in full-width mode, the input is not handled correctly.Although IME has a setting to force numeric input into half-width (1-byte), the IME input mode itself often remains in full-width (2-byte). Because of this dependency, correct numeric input cannot always be ensured.
Our request: For numeric fields, please implement a specification where numeric input is always treated as single-byte (1-byte), regardless of the IME mode or keyboard settings.

Automatically add next row in table fields in forms
It would be good to allow the next rows to show up in a form table field without having to press the + icon. Additionally, it would be good to allow each row to be able to follow data entered from the preceding row to autofill.

Allow user to link a common field in a form to a select list
I have several multi-select lists that have a common field - Facility. But the only way to use them would be to combine them into a larger multi-select list. For instance I have a list of Pay type codes and a list of Supervisors. At the top of the form the facility is chosen and I am using that to pull the pay types. I'd like to also limit the Supervisor list to the facility as well. Maybe a way to associate a Form Field to a field in the select list when you click Filter. Then a choice to…
