Table autofill with only one selection from store dialog
It would be great to have Table fields using selective select list logic filtering have the autofill function from the store dialog as there is with DW Forms end of DocuWare

Recently Deleted - Ability to disable retention for Document trays and specific File Cabinets
Have the ability to disable retention for specific Document trays and specific file cabinets.
We delete on average 3 million documents per month (historic documents and duplicate documents). When deleting this large amount of documents, you have to keep the gui open for days on end and would likely time out. Also, it is unclear when a filter is applied, does permanently delete all only target the filtered list or all documents in the recently deleted folder?
Also add the capability for a deletion workflow to clear these out for specific doctrays/fc's. perhaps also enable quotas specifically for recently deleted…

Autoindex und Löschregel jährlich ausführen
Es ist nur möglich monatlich bei der Ausführung auszuwählen, während alle 6 Monate den größten Abstand darstellt. Gerne würde ich bestimmte Jobs nur einmal pro Jahr ausführen. Dafür müsste die Auswahl bitte auf alle 12 Monate erweitert werden.

Add the ability to restore deleted Workflow Tasks
Without knowing we stopped workflows for employees that are no longer here. Tired of getting emails that wont deliver. We didnt realize this would stop the flow for all users. It would be nice if when a workflow is stopped that it is moved to the recycle bin where we can restore

Provide a Connector for Dell Boomi
We would like to have a supported connector for Dell Boomi instead of having to create an RPA process and intermediary process to handle integrations via flat file imports and indexing jobs.

Admin - Reporting
For a scalable product, it is time to provide more details on usage in the form of a report or KPI on a dashboard. We need a breakdown of how each cabinet is being used, not just the overall account. We cannot perform chargebacks to departments who use different cabinets proportionally to our overall account storage consumption.

More functions in folder result view
It would be a great idea if the folder result in web client show the records paginated because if the result list have a lot of documents in a folder, the result take too many time to show it.
Another great funcion is the possibily to filter the results in the colums as in a traditional result view, so you can have the document wanted easiest.

DocuWare Configurations - License List
Previously in DocuWare Configurations under Product Overview, there was a listing of Licenses with the users assigned to each license and then open licenses where we could assign a new user. That section appears to have been removed now. It appears that only place we can see License information now is under User Management by going into each individual user and clicking on the Licenses tab. Is there another location where we can access a list of licensed users? If not, can an additional column be added to the Users list with a checkbox indicating if the user has a…

System should inform the administrator that user ID already exists
If I have two users with a long name, e.g. "Katarzyna Nowak" and "Katarzyna Kowalska", the system prompts the user ID "KATARZYN"
While this is ok when creating the first user, with the second one this name cannot be used and the system does not inform about it, but changes the user ID to a random string of characters. System should in such a case prevent the creation of such a user and inform the administrator that such a user ID already exists.2 votes -
Formulare in Briefkorb ablegen!
Es wäre ein wichtiger Schritt, die Möglichkeit anzubieten, die Formulare in Briefkörbe übermitteln zu können. Die Formulare kann man aktuell zu einem Ablage Dialog zuordnen (was ein Workflow auslöst). Es wird vielles vereinfachen, wenn die Formulare auch in einem Briefkorb gehen können und dann erst durch Mitarbeiter in einem Ablage Dialog indexiert werden kann.

Form table option to add different custom predefined entries and make them read only.
I have a travel expense form with 14 items that can be submitted for reimbursement listed in rows with dates/day of the week as column headers. I currently cannot build a table with this layout. The table is limited to 10 columns. I can add rows with a drop down of available options but that is not as user friendly. Please see example.

Make it so that when creating a workflow for a document created with a merge form you can use it for multiple forms.
I have several merge forms that create the same document. For example employee benefits. When a new employee is hired they fill out a form and choose what benefit packages they want, 401(k) investment options and everything. But then I have a merge form for each option individually like just health insurance because an employee might want to make a change to just one of those benefits like the birth of a child. There wouldn't be any reason to fill out the 401(k) part for that. The problem I have is that I need to create multiple workflows that are…

Vary timeout for Concurrent Licenses vs Named
We have a mixed license environment where we have traded some Concurrent Licences to Named Licenses. The Time-Out setting affects all licenses. We want the Named Licenses to never time-out.

Allow the workflow designer to change retry attempts for individual workflows.
KBA-36354 explains
How to change the count of retry attempts of failed tasks. There are 2 problems with this. First, it isn't an option in the cloud and second, it is system-wide. I have been creating workflows as a workaround to fill in table fields in merge forms. I could do all of the error checking to see if a row is in a table before filling in the document but it is time-consuming tedious work that is unnecessary because the workflow manager has error checking. Change the workflow designer to allow changing a data assignment without changing the entry type and destination.
I am using data assignments in a workflow to fill in a table on a merge form from a table field. It is a work around that works but the annoying piece is that I set up a data assignment that fills in a row and then I should just need to copy to data assignment for each row but change the field name and the index number of the data entry. Unfortunately when I change the field/variable it wipes out the entry type and entry. So I have to copy the entry to the clip board and then put…

Convert Adobe Portfolio Documents and store as Clipped PDF
Adobe Portfolio documents are a group of PDF's Clipped together in a PDF. I believe that this format has been a standard since Adobe 9 around 2008. A portfolio document looks like a stardard PDF and clients do not understand why DocuWare is not Compliant with the Portfolio Standard for PDF. I would suggest that because this is VERY simular to DocuWares Clipping that DocuWare EXPORT all of the files in a portfolio document and clip them together as one Document making it easier for the client to work with
