Filter by multiple items in 'Tasks' view
Add way to filter by multiple items in 'Tasks' view, or even allowing search parameters. Currently you can only filter in the 'Tasks' view with one filter per column.

The Login Name to be displayed in the field name in the trash list.
Currently, the fields displayed in the recycle bin list are fixed, and the DB user name (which cannot be changed) is displayed as the user name. This makes it difficult to identify users from a user perspective. I would like it to be displayed as the login username instead of the DB username.
Or, we would like to be able to customize the display fields.2 votes -
Reassign Option on Tools
The reassign option should be available under tools when a user click on the task link for the notification email

Workflow
We would like to have the possibility for the users to see the "Assigned to" system variable in their workflow dashboard in the web client. There is a possibility to write the system variable to the index field and then to display this index field in the dashboard, but the index field can only get updated once we have moved to the next task or block in the workflow. But our use case relies on using the "Reassign" option while remaining in the same task. This is why we would need the option of showing the system variable to the…

Allow users to search a range of addresses
It would be nice to have the ability to search for a range of numbers, say we have data for 1 Main St through 10 Main St, and have the information for just the data in this range.

Recycle Bin
Items we delete from DocuWare are archived, for this reason we do not need to keep items in the recycle bin for 30 days. We suggest to be able to amend the time period to keep or to activate or deactivate the functionality as it does take extra storage which we now have to manually sit an delete. A search option on the deleted items will also be handy to make it easy to restore a specific item.

Mehrfachauswahl Filter
Uns fehlt die Funktion nach mehreren Indexfeldern in den Spalten zu filtern, z.B: in der Spalte "Bearbeiter" (z.B. von Worklfow Aufgaben) möchten wir nach Mitarbeiter A und Mitarbeiter B filtern.

"Recently deleted" needs filtering
I greatly appreciate the new "recently deleted" feature, however, it would be nice to be able to choose what goes there or maybe to filter out things. Tracking down a deleted document in a sea of scan mistakes is cumbersome.

Handwriting OCR improvement
OCR has come great lengths in handwriting OCR but docuware is still 7+ years back, improvement would be greatly appreciated

Make it possible to add and remove items from table fields in the workflow
Sometimes its needed to create new lineitems from scratch without copying it from another table field in a workflow. And sometimes there are unneeded lines, it should be possible to remove them in a automated workflow process.

dwdocsize in system variables
As a user I would like to have access to the system variable dwdocsize. This way I would not have to create this field as an index field first and have it filled via Autoindex.

export workflow
Currently only the Organization Admin is able to Export Workflows. When we have a team working with different file cabinets and different stages of development, it would be helpful to be able to assign the user to be able to export workflows and share their work.

OCR mode / switch for selected document from webbasket
Sometimes on the PDF file is an OCR layer (not only image).
If OCR/text layer exist on PDF document, then Docuware uses this layer instead of direct OCR from an image.It would be useful for the end user to be able to change option that for some particular document Docuware will force use OCR from image instead of OCR/text layer from PDF.

Make dropdowns depending of each other (cascading) in Forms
In DW7.9, it's possible to configure a table field in Forms. Please make it possible to configure dependent dropdowns (cascading) as in the webclient

Ability to staple different document formats
We need the ability to staple documents that are different document formats. Currently only pdfs can be stapled; different document formats can only be clipped.

Set indexes or variables to NULL in a workflow
Today, in a workflow, we can't set index values or variables to NULL.
We can "empty" this information but this is not optimal, it's not the same thing as passing them to NULL.The option is already present in the auto indexes

Change Magnifying Glass Icon
I suggest in the main UI changing the magnifying glass icon to either the file cabinet icon, or the file cabinet icon with a small magnifying glass in the upper corner. This could help people better understand how the trays and cabinets are different, since searching a tray happens by clicking the tray icon to the left. It could still say "Search" when you hover over the icon.

Date calculation in Form
Request to include Date calculation in field calculations in form designer. Example of Leave Application. When Employee applies for Leave and fills in Start Date and End Date Total Leave Days to be calculated based on End Date - Start Date. Another example could be Travel Request form when Employee fills Start Date and End Date.
