Ability to store a memo in a variable
Ability to store a memo in a variable so you could set a termplate of email in html in a memo and call it from a workflow to a variable to use it.

Dialog template
In some systems, there are a lot of dialogs. Ordering the fields could be difficult and the technician could make a lot of mistakes. It could be nice to create dialog template, so the new dialogs could be automatically order with that template.

Calculate field in table field
Having a table field with tax base and tax rate, I would like to automatically calculate the total amount.

Workflow tasks migration
When a change is made on a workflow, a new version is created. A lot of documents are in an older version. It could be nice to migrate those tasks into the new workflow version.

DW Dsesktop Dependencies need to be upgraded.
For DW Desktop to work properly, MS visual c++ redist 2010 needs to be installed.
This product is EoL and EoS from Microsoft years ago. This poses an security risk.
And larger companies escpesially, do not want to have old outdated components installed.9 votes -
Add more options to table-type field in forms
In forms: enable validation and make a table-type field (or the columns that make it up) mandatory or not.
Dans les formulaires : rendre possible le validation et rendre obligatoire ou non un champ de type tableau (ou sur les colonnes qui le composent).

Assigning categories to roles
It would be very useful to be able to assign a personalised category to a role in the role config. screen, so that I can use them more effectively in workflows, forms, dialog boxes, etc.
Examples: main role, secondary role, service, department, position, etc.
and in the best of all possible worlds, that this information is available in internal lists "role" by making this list a multi-column list.

Set internal lists as Multi-column lists
Make the "internal lists" of the "indexing assistance" multi-column
in order to be able to store additional information relating to users, roles and groups, and cross-reference this data.This would be a practical and useful function in forms, workflows, etc.

Give the ability/option to import nested attachments on email for General Email
Give the ability for an option in the General Email to handle/separate nested attachments. When an email is attached to an email with the invoice attached, it will only import the email and not the invoice. The imported email will be blank.

Configure Export Data to allow the export of more than one table.
I have a need to create an export which includes data from two different tables. Right now, I can select only one table to include in my export configuration. It would be nice if I could selected multiple tables to build my export file.

Ability to create storage box only available trough forms even if it is affected to Default Organization role
When we create a storage box for a form we do not want it to be used from a basket even if the role is Default Organization role. This storage dialog box is only designed for a form submission

kill a workflow instance from workflow designer
If for some reason, a document in a middle of a workflow needs to be archive. there is no way to automatically kill the workflow instance of this document.
For exemple it could be usefull in the following case:
A contract document processing into multiple worklow at the same time for validation need to be cancelled.
The user put a cancel stamp on the Document.
Then, all those workflow instances need to be killed.
Today, an admin need to select all workflow instance to kill them one by one which is not really pratical (this is manual).

Autofill table is appearing when not filling in table
As you can see in the screenshot this autofill option is appearing constantly and is annoying for some users, due to this i would like a way to be able to turn this off if possible

docusign webservice option for let the user where to put the signature
There is not possibilities let the user decide where to place the signature when using Docusign method call AddNewDocumentMultiSigners (when we need more than one signature).
With this method the only options we have are to send each X,Y positions otherwise an anchor system is possible.
But when we have multi signer like 5,6 or even 10 person to sign this is difficult to find the right place with those options.

List of value with users and filters group
Allow a list to be used in store / search dialog box with some filters like :
- A list who shows users froma group for example
- a list of users with a specific rightThis list should be the users list plus a filter on group for example.
