Applying digital certificates to imported documents is possible (also when scanning). If a certificate is expired there is a warning but the documents are imported to a tray anyway. Create the ability for an Admin to post a login message for users to alert them to updates, new information, or whatever an Admin wants their users to know. Just a pop-up that can be closed by the user after reading it.
