Add an option to specify store location when automatic import fails
This is a critical feature that I'm amazed DocuWare does not have. I have hundreds of failed document imports sitting in the dwadmin tray because we have centralized our import processes - we import thousands of documents per minute. The dwadmin tray is unmonitored and even if it were, the people with permission to view that tray would have no idea how to store those documents as admins are separate from the accounting, credit, and other departments whose documents are being imported.
It would be one thing if this were a massive feature that needed to be added, but DocuWare…

Connect to Outlook Send and Store should be automatic when sending a reply.
We have been asked if the Connect to Outlook Send and Store would work the same as MailConnect. I.E. When the users click the send button the store to DocuWare dialog box prompt would appear automatically. The user's are forgetting they have to use the Send and Store option on the toolbar

Please create a DocXporter version for users not code programmers
With DocuWare API we have developed code that will display a list of file cabinets, and allow the user to select one from the list. Then browse to the desired target storage location. Finally select a cvs file with the fields desired.
Can't figure out how to open a DW search dialog to enter parameters.
Tried the DocXporter trial and was greatly disappointed! Hopefully DocuWare didn't pay too much for this technology. DocuWare has always prided themselves on code-free or low-code applications, but this is not an application, just some clunky code!

Allow Printer Preferences
The default Printer preferences are not able to be accessed and changed in the DocuWare Printer. Can we get that access included.

Ability to change the field order/visibility of the fields in the pop-up preview window of a table field in a Results List or List.
Ability to change the field order/visibility of the fields in the pop-up preview window of a table field in a Results List or List.
Currently, when you hover over a table field in a results list, it shows the first 4 columns of the table (in the order they were created).
Users would like the ability to choose which columns appear in this view and change the order.
This would be an incredible time saver so they don't need to open the info dialog or right click and edit index entries to see a preview of the table.

Add option when setting out of office for the user to choose who their back up should be
Using substitution rules is a challenge to manage and eliminates the ability to use variable assignments. It would be nice if an end user could choose who their back up should be and then have the workflow route accordingly.

Send Request - use users first and last name
My client uses a numeric code to identify its users. This involves more than 1,000 employees able to work on DocuWare in the medium term. So the possibility of using the recipients' first and last names instead of their identifier is more than necessary for them.

Expand Field Behaviors to Allow for Requiring a Minimum/Maximum Number of Entries for Checkboxes
Currently, In DocuWare, there is no easy way to require users to select a minimum or maximum number of boxes in a checkbox field.
This would also be useful for the Table type.

Rules/Conditions for deleting a document
Today, a user who has the right to delete a document can delete it whatever the state of the document (its status, its progress in a workflow).
In addition to custom profiles and restrictions in the Result list functions, it would be very useful to be able to set conditions for deleting a document.
For example, a document cannot be deleted if its status is "sent to accounting". Or the other way around : a document can only be deleted if it has a status included in "new document" or "to be validated", etc.

Save User's Viewer Settings after Browser Close
In current versions of DocuWare, any settings a user set in the previous session are often reset when the user closes and opens a browser before logging into DocuWare. It would be helpful if there were a way for users to save their zoom level, font settings, etc.

Behaviors on Tables in forms
Please add behaviors to tables on forms. Just like we're able to add behaviors to any fields to conditionally display, we have a case where we would like to show the table with the appropriate column name depending on a user selection.

Cloud version update URL - Allow administrator to not be assigned a client license
It should be allowed for an administrator user that is active but not assigned a user license, that can administer the /settings site, to be able to login and check when the their Cloud account will be updated using the https://update.docuware.cloud/ site.

Table autofill with only one selection from store dialog

Recently Deleted - Ability to disable retention for Document trays and specific File Cabinets
Have the ability to disable retention for specific Document trays and specific file cabinets.
We delete on average 3 million documents per month (historic documents and duplicate documents). When deleting this large amount of documents, you have to keep the gui open for days on end and would likely time out. Also, it is unclear when a filter is applied, does permanently delete all only target the filtered list or all documents in the recently deleted folder?
Also add the capability for a deletion workflow to clear these out for specific doctrays/fc's. perhaps also enable quotas specifically for recently deleted…

Autoindex und Löschregel jährlich ausführen
Es ist nur möglich monatlich bei der Ausführung auszuwählen, während alle 6 Monate den größten Abstand darstellt. Gerne würde ich bestimmte Jobs nur einmal pro Jahr ausführen. Dafür müsste die Auswahl bitte auf alle 12 Monate erweitert werden.

Add the ability to restore deleted Workflow Tasks
Without knowing we stopped workflows for employees that are no longer here. Tired of getting emails that wont deliver. We didnt realize this would stop the flow for all users. It would be nice if when a workflow is stopped that it is moved to the recycle bin where we can restore

Provide a Connector for Dell Boomi
We would like to have a supported connector for Dell Boomi instead of having to create an RPA process and intermediary process to handle integrations via flat file imports and indexing jobs.
