Add selectlist sorting
Add selectlist sorting (in store/edit dialogs} so we are able to sort items in a select list from A-Z or Z-A or from old to new.

Recycle Bin
Items we delete from DocuWare are archived, for this reason we do not need to keep items in the recycle bin for 30 days. We suggest to be able to amend the time period to keep or to activate or deactivate the functionality as it does take extra storage which we now have to manually sit an delete. A search option on the deleted items will also be handy to make it easy to restore a specific item.

Within Specify Text, be able to Split AND Retain the Charactor
Within Document Processing, where text may be captured, there is a control called SPECIFY TEXT, which includes "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTER(S)". We need to keep those known charactors. Can you add "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTERS AND RETAIN THEM". For example we need to split the following at the T and keep the T too. <VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH> will result in "T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>"

Allow clipping and copying from the WF_TASKLIST_LINK tasklist view
When opening DocuWare full webpage view, there is a possibility of clipping (or copying to a different location) files to the tasks. See first screenshot.
When opening DocuWare "truncated view" (the one which we can generate through
[WF_TASKLIST_LINK]
in a workflow task cube's notifications tab or through DocuWare URL Creator) there is no such possibility. See second screenshot.This makes for some very awkward conversations with clients, since DocuWare's feature list changes because of the mode of accessing the task list.
It is especially jarring for users who are not using DocuWare constantly, but only sporadically (i.e. they are not…

email with all open tasks
Kind of more of a luxury item but it still would be nice - The ability to set up a "daily digest" email. Users with open tasks get an email with their open tasks every morning. For users that don't log into DocuWare everyday.

Support for password protected files
I suggest you add support for password protected PDF and office files. Sometimes we receive files that are password protected which cannot be opened in the viewer. It creates work for the end user to download the file, unlock it and then reupload it.

Export/Extract Users and Select Lists from Configurations
Many are times that we are needed to extract some of the key administration data from the system, e.g users, select lists etc sometimes for security, audit or documentation purposes or general organization reporting. This function is however missing on cloud version 7.5. Kindly consider including this function which will go a long way in addressing system needs and expectations.

Cloud Upgrades
Major releases do not offer any possibility for the customer to test with customer software before it is updated. This software is not using industry standards or best practices. There must be a method for the customer to test a major release on a smaller subset of client machines before the major release is put into effect.

intelligent indexing field filter - add option to use Local Data Connector for dynamic lists
Currently you need to use a text file to update the Vendor field filter. Every time a new Vendor is added a new file needs to be uploaded. If you add the ability to use Local Data Connector this will update automatically.

Looping form merge
Fil the same forms more than once per single submission. Example Parent is registering multiple children for school. They choose "3" children. We can use behaviors to open up the questions for each child, name, grade, etc. It would be nice if I could fill the same forms three times, one per child because all the parent information etc is the same. Please just add some workflow logic to how many times to fill the form.

Conditional forms merge based on values entered by user
Choose to fill a form or not based on values entered by user. Example: onboarding for a multi state HR department. If the user works in Illinois only the Illinois state tax form is filled and stored, the other states are not filled nor stored.

Adjust parallel activity in workflow so it allows workflow to split into two separate and distinct paths
It would be helpful to have a workflow activity that splits the workflow into two branches. For example branch A could have its own activities, user assignments, notifications, etc. and then branch B could have its own activities. Once all activities in both branches were complete the paths would merge and the workflow would resume in a serial manner.

Option to replace a stored PDF
stored a PDF in DocuWare.
Customer send a new version. Can we get a replace option. Right mouse click: load new version...
Or drag n drop on a stored document.

Make Table fields open to work with Auto Index
We have a customer who would like to import their table data from their Database into the new table field. We let them know that this is still not possible.

Search for search dialogs..
I have 160 file cabinets and most of them have multiple dialogs. It would be really helpful to group the dialogs by cabinet or to be able search for dialogs when you click on "Searches"

ADD AUTOINDEX JOBS TO DOCUMENT HISTORY
PLEASE ADD THE AUTOINDEX JOB HISTORY TO THE DOCUMENT HISTORY INFORMATION. ATTACHED THE SIMPLE IDEA.
THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOW IF/WHAT/WHEN AUTOINDEX HAS RAN, AND WHAT IT HAS DONE.

Index changes from Autoindex just show up in the standard document history as index change. -
Outlook Email Modern Component
Please buid a Outlook Email component for Office365, so it works accross all devices. Outlook for windows, mac, ios, android web!
Also, most IMPORTANT: ability to choose the attachments to store and in what order.

In a workflow table field create a row for each item in a keyword field
I have a form with checkboxes that index in a keyword field. I would like to create a row in a table field for each of those keywords in a workflow. If I set up the default value to be the keyword field it puts all of them in one row. That isn't very helpful.

HEIF/HEIC Image Support
It would be nice to have the new standard image format HEIF/HEIC supported by the WebClient Viewer (and the configuration pages like Printer), as this format is slowly becoming the new standard, replacing .JPEG.
It is already integrated in all mayor OS and the standard format for pictures taken with iOS.See this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Efficiency_Image_File_Format

Create new document in Workflow
I would like the ability to create a new document within an existing workflow.
For example, I have a document going through the workflow to highlight user error.
We then decide halfway through the workflow that another document 'credit note' needs to be raised to credit the customer back.
I would like the error document to continue as normal and the credit note to be raised using the data within the workflow. This could be defined with Assign Data.
The document "Credit Note.pdf" would be added to the merge forms section in forms.
