Purge WF history instances
It would be nice to select WF history instances and purge them, leaving only the most recent.
Useful to clean up WF history list instances for WF's that run multiple times on a document.1 vote -

Creating alert when database get close to 100%
Today there is no alert when the database becomes full. You just get the message when you cannot register anymore and you have to wait next day in order to be able clean the database deleting some files.
So this is double penalty..no previous alert and extra delay to put the Docuware working again!!!!

Fix the web form bug, everying appears in one line upon conversion to PDF, prior to the upgrade all was great.
DocuWare Web Forms should be reverted back to how it was prior to the recent upgrade. All contents from a multiple line field appear in one long string of text upon conversion to PDF, prior to the upgrade all was great so please bring the ability to retain form design upon conversion to PDF back.

Trays icons on the desktop showing nb of documents in it (like trashbin empty/full)
As explained in the title, and as shown on the screenshots ; easy to see if you have documents and how many in each of the document trays you have access to. Really cool feature for an improved user experience. (no need to go in DW or to receive a notification)

Make the zoom level of the Document Overview persistent.
Is there a way to make the zoom level of the Document Overview persist whenever it is summoned anew? If not, can we get that feature added? I don't know why anyone would ever NOT want the Document Overview to remember the size of the thumbnails that has been previously selected...

Intellignet index recognize negative numbers with parenthesis
I would like to suggest that Intelligent Indexing and point and click indexing recognize number with in parenthesis as negative numbers.

Ability to download a document in Excel format
We have reports that are getting imported into DocuWare as a DOCX file. A nice feature to the download section would be to convert the report to an Excel (xlsx) format. The accounting side of the business could then filter and work with the information better.

Modify the Query Definition screen
Modify the Query Definition screen so the user can create a working query using the Graphical Editor mode, then switch to the SQL Statement mode and see how DocuWare queries are properly structured. This would allow for a much better understanding of how to write the queries in DocuWare using the SQL Statement editor.

Ability to color code lines in the Invoice Search Dialog Box
To provide the user(s) the ability to color code specific line items. there are line items that are not being worked due to various reasons however one has to continuously go back into the invoice to see notes as opposed to being able to highlight a line to know it can not be worked at this time, etc.

In versions 5 when it was digitized with electronic certificate a symbol was shown in the display.

documents a lock state of a document that won't allow two users to modify.
I have several customers that would like for the user experience to include a lock state of a document that won't allow two users to modify the same document. A user may make a change to an index field and another user has the same document open and can change the same field and nullify the changes of the user...

Allow users to create their own Custom Searches.
Users should be able to create their own search lookup. That way they can customize their lookup and not have to manually enter search criteria or have the Admin create their own custom lookup. It would also be nice if the user had the ability to pin and rename favorite searches. I know there is similar option called Recent searches but it is not ideal and you can't rename them.

Extension Administrator for 6.10
Prior to 6.10 there was a Power Tool called the Extension Administrator. This has been removed (probably because of GAPI). It would be nice to have a similar power tool for 6.10+.
