  1. Document tray page limit

    Increasing the allowed limit per page for a document tray which is 100 Have client that needs to be able to select documents over 100 which she is not allowed to do right now because of the page limit in a document tray

  2. show the number of documents in a tray in the tab of the tray next to the name

    In the tab that contains the name of tray it would be an improvement if it also contained the number of documents in that tray.

  3. Intelligent Indexing & Select Lists

    Intelligent Indexing and Select Lists needs to be linked in some way.

    Currently when using intelligent indexing with something like Supplier Name as a select List only field it will pick up the customer name from the invoice but not match this name to the name in the select list. This then stops us from being able to store the document automatically.

    If the field is a select list only field, some way on linking the customer names to what Intel Index finds would be great.

  4. Selecting Index Entries

    When entering index entries - if the drop down items could be selected with the TAB key in addition to Selecting with your cursor or Entering it would speed up the selection process.

  7. Add the ability to run workflows on web baskets

    Since web baskets are technically cabinets in the background, I'd like the ability to run workflows on them. For example, I'd like to run a deletion workflow at the end of each week on some of the baskets to purge the remaining documents that users didn't delete when they were finished.

  8. Enable to use the default select list values when using a Japanese Keyboard.

    *Entering numbers for example “１２３４” as the whole width version(全角) into numeric or decimal fields and hitting the spacebar would enter into the field as “12341234...”. Try entering a number by letting that number selection menu open, and press space bar and arrow keys. Using numpad, numpad area on the regular keyboard or numbers on the top of the keyboard all same behavior.

    Using numbers on the top row on the keyboard:
    1 Enter １２３４ as the whole width version(全角)
    2 hit space bar: empty
    3 hit space bar again then duplicate 1234. like 12341234 *it seems whenever spacebar hit…

  9. DW Dsesktop Dependencies need to be upgraded.

    For DW Desktop to work properly, MS visual c++ redist 2010 needs to be installed.
    This product is EoL and EoS from Microsoft years ago. This poses an security risk.
    And larger companies escpesially, do not want to have old outdated components installed.

  10. Further restrict access to Restore documents in Trash Bin

    Please add the ability to restrict access to the Restore button in the Trash Bin. The attached is where I would expect to find this control.

    The following provides guidance when there is access to the Restore button, and to which documents the user may restore. I've summed it up like this, based upon File Cabinet permissions.

    Those who are set as file cabinet Owner may see and Restore all deleted files.
    A file cabinet User (who has delete permissions) may Restore only those documents they have deleted, this means that the Restore button exists.

  11. Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form

    Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form. Example. I have a vendor application, and they attach multiple documents, have each attachment stored as it's own document with the data from the Form as index values.

  12. Docuware cloud - add ablility to sort licenses by name

    In Product Overview it would be nice to have the ability to sort the licenses by name or reorder the licenses so they are in alphabetical order. Currently it is hard to find licenses if you have more that 20.

  13. In Merge Form Designer include "Wrap Text" and "Vertical Alignment" to text fields

    There is no option to wrap text or align text vertically in Merge Form Designer, it would be very useful to include this feature.

  14. Folder structure enhancements

    Ability to assign a different result list for each subfolder.

    for example if I have a File cabinet that has several document types, this would allow that to each document type I have associated its result list and index dialog box.

    It would also be useful to have the ability to filter the results as is already possible for result lists

  15. Table fields - Webhooks/Loops/API requests

    DocuWare enabled table fields a few years back but never included a better work with table fields. For example there is no way to export table fields to external database without creating a data record from internal DW database. There also is not any solution to send the table field data through API request in workflow or webhooks.

    Generally it would be nice to have the same possibility with table fields as with regular type fields.

  16. Allow clipping and copying from the WF_TASKLIST_LINK tasklist view

    When opening DocuWare full webpage view, there is a possibility of clipping (or copying to a different location) files to the tasks. See first screenshot.

    When opening DocuWare "truncated view" (the one which we can generate through [WF_TASKLIST_LINK] in a workflow task cube's notifications tab or through DocuWare URL Creator) there is no such possibility. See second screenshot.

    This makes for some very awkward conversations with clients, since DocuWare's feature list changes because of the mode of accessing the task list.

  17. Edit web form during multiple steps of a workflow before submitting to a merge form

    For example on an Employee Injury Report form it would be nice for the employee to fill the top half of the form and then submit it to step 2 where a manager finishes filling out the form by utilizing the form itself and not a task dialog (no signature box is available in a task dialog). Then the form is submitted to a merge form which formats all the data into a pdf.

    Currently you cant sign a form in multiple steps like this without using a stamp. This makes the workflow look very rudimentary.

  18. Integration with SharePoint Online

    Many clients use Microsoft 365, formerly Office 365, including SharePoint Online. We have the requirement that documents processed in DocuWare workflows eventually be stored in SharePoint Online, to be accessed by non-DocuWare users. Storing to OneDrive may be an intermediate option.

  19. allow html email notifications

    The email notifications generated from workflows allow for quite a bit of customization with verbage and data fields, but they're plaintext. Nowadays people are accustomed to getting quite attractive email notifications from their various services so it would be great if you could add the ability to use html formatting and images in the emails - it would add to the professional look and feel of DocuWare.

  20. In a workflow table field create a row for each item in a keyword field

    I have a form with checkboxes that index in a keyword field. I would like to create a row in a table field for each of those keywords in a workflow. If I set up the default value to be the keyword field it puts all of them in one row. That isn't very helpful.
