Add ability to save your desktop setup as Workspace's
Concerning the general layout of the two possible desktop areas (where you choose two panes or one) of DW.
We all use trays, searches, lists and task in certain layouts but it tends to get busy especially as a system admin or someone with access to multiple Filing Cabinets.
It would be nice to save a layout and name it. I like to have both areas set up on different Trays so I can drag and drop items back and forth to hit certain Intelligent Indexing/Storage configs. Then I have another view that shows a list of recently stored documents…

Add additional page for stamps
Reviewing the invoices can be difficult as there is not enough room for the stamps, so the stamp and the underlying text becomes illegible. Another seperate sheet solely for stamps might be an idea.

Allow customization of the workflow documents view per user
Currently the workflow documents view can not be customized per user. Event the end user change the column width or swap columns - these settings are not saved between logins. Additionally we need to have an ability to define different workflow view per user per task.

Allow Document Name field be populated even if the field is not visible
Currently Index field which is set as DocumentName is populated with the filename being stored ONLY the field is visible in the store dialog,
This should be happening even if the field is not visible. There is really no need for the user to see the field, but it still needs to be populating.9 votesThank you for your idea. Restore the ability to do an "OR" search in the web client when searching more than one index
The windows client had radio buttons for "And" and "OR" on the search dialog when entering values on more than one index. Example: Email file cabinet has a To index and a From index. I want to search for emails To or From an individual.

Documents in the basket ?
When you have many baskets, you don't know in which one you have documents. It would be perfect to have a symbol to see which basket is empty and which not

I suggest to allow opening multiple selected documents in tabs
I suggest to offer a possibility to open documents as a new tab. The opened documents would be shown as tabs within the viewer and allow fast switching between documents and allow opening multiple documents that are selected in a result list with just one click.

Show the index field name on the mouse cursor when indexing with one-click indexing
I suggest that you show the name of the index field which has the focus in the store dialog on the mouse cursor when I am indexing with one-click indexing. That allows me to click on the values one after another without having to look at the store dialog.

Allow the admin to reset passwords for users in User Management
Prior to 7.11 the administrator was able to rese the users' passwords themselves in the User Management tab. This has been changed to only allowing the admin to send password reset emails. Alliowing the admin to change the password is incredibly helpful.

DocuWare Form Table Fields can control with Behavior
Hope DocuWare can update the features of Table Fields in DocuWare Forms with an option to control the table fields in Behavior. Which makes this table fields in web form more flexible and will only appear if needed.

Add selectlist sorting
Add selectlist sorting (in store/edit dialogs} so we are able to sort items in a select list from A-Z or Z-A or from old to new.

Within Specify Text, be able to Split AND Retain the Charactor
Within Document Processing, where text may be captured, there is a control called SPECIFY TEXT, which includes "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTER(S)". We need to keep those known charactors. Can you add "AFTER KNOWN CHARACTERS AND RETAIN THEM". For example we need to split the following at the T and keep the T too. <VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH> will result in "T<VARIABLE DATA IN LENGTH>"

Allow clipping and copying from the WF_TASKLIST_LINK tasklist view
When opening DocuWare full webpage view, there is a possibility of clipping (or copying to a different location) files to the tasks. See first screenshot.
When opening DocuWare "truncated view" (the one which we can generate through
[WF_TASKLIST_LINK]
in a workflow task cube's notifications tab or through DocuWare URL Creator) there is no such possibility. See second screenshot.This makes for some very awkward conversations with clients, since DocuWare's feature list changes because of the mode of accessing the task list.
It is especially jarring for users who are not using DocuWare constantly, but only sporadically (i.e. they are not…

email with all open tasks
Kind of more of a luxury item but it still would be nice - The ability to set up a "daily digest" email. Users with open tasks get an email with their open tasks every morning. For users that don't log into DocuWare everyday.

Support for password protected files
I suggest you add support for password protected PDF and office files. Sometimes we receive files that are password protected which cannot be opened in the viewer. It creates work for the end user to download the file, unlock it and then reupload it.

Export/Extract Users and Select Lists from Configurations
Many are times that we are needed to extract some of the key administration data from the system, e.g users, select lists etc sometimes for security, audit or documentation purposes or general organization reporting. This function is however missing on cloud version 7.5. Kindly consider including this function which will go a long way in addressing system needs and expectations.

Cloud Upgrades
Major releases do not offer any possibility for the customer to test with customer software before it is updated. This software is not using industry standards or best practices. There must be a method for the customer to test a major release on a smaller subset of client machines before the major release is put into effect.

Looping form merge
Fil the same forms more than once per single submission. Example Parent is registering multiple children for school. They choose "3" children. We can use behaviors to open up the questions for each child, name, grade, etc. It would be nice if I could fill the same forms three times, one per child because all the parent information etc is the same. Please just add some workflow logic to how many times to fill the form.
