2. deleted files

   We need to be able to control access rights to the Deleted Files section. We can restrict delete rights from a file cabinet, but not in a Document Tray. If a disgruntled user decides to delete files from their tray and also from Deleted Items, there is no way to retrieve them or even get an audit report to see what they deleted.

3. Allow task assignment to all users from group

   Right now there is only the option to choose specific users from group. An extra option for assigning to all users of a group would be nice.

   I'm currently settung up an invoice approval process for a corporate group of multiple countries. So I have roles for each country to hand out search and display permissions.
   To allow workflows to assign tasks to approvers and accounting, I have to create roles for each instance e.g. country A needs approver A and accounting A, country B needs approver B and accounting B.

   Except for their use as targets in workflows they do the exact same thing. As in the beginning: If one could use a whole group as a target for workflow assignment, it'd be enough to only have one general accounting and one general approval role instead.

   This will make maintenance on workflows, joiners and leavers and bugfixing much easier.

4. Allow to change printer display name from "DocuWare Printer PS" on Printer List.

   Background :
   The customer's PC uses DocuWare Printer PS, but they also have a printer with a similar display name, such as "DocuWorks Printer".
   They want to specifically rename DocuWare Printer PS to avoid confusion.

   At the moment, According to DocuWare R&D team, and they have confirmed that changing the name of Printer PS is not supported.

6. User Sync functionality in DocuWare Cloud

   As of now, the User Sync Tool necessitates installation on a server, especially when integrating DocuWare with Azure AD. To enhance flexibility and simplify the process, I suggest implementing a feature that allows User Sync to operate directly from the DocuWare Cloud platform, eliminating the requirement for a separate server installation.

   This enhancement could significantly improve the user experience and streamline the implementation process for DocuWare Cloud users.

7. Associate different SMTP configurations to specific Workflows

   Currently you can create multiple SMTP configurations to be used as the sender for workflow email notifications. Is a big mistake to not be able to associate this to different Workflows.
   A good option could be selecting the SMTP configured account via a dropdown select box.

9. Completely restrict access to the "Configuration" menu for a given role

   We would like to be able to completely restrict access to the "Configuration" menu, either by making the shortcut invisible in the WebClient menu, or by being able to hide all the menus.

   One application is when an external user (customer or supplier) accesses DocuWare. This raises security and confidentiality issues.

10. Ability to Prevent the Deletion of Table Rows

    The ability to prevent the deletion of table rows. For example, in a task with a pre-filled table, I don't want the user to whom the task is assigned to be able to delete any of the pre-filled rows. Or, if a user 'edits index entries' but the table is 'Read Only' the user can not edit the rows in the table but they can still delete them.

12. The ability to index from a table on a form

    Indexing from item fields in a table used on a form to be able to use the fields in a Workflow.

    We have Purchase Order forms with the new table field type but want to be able to build a workflow based on the items captured in the table. Specifically the Total Sum Amount from one of the table fields. Depending on the Total Amount different workflow decisions need to be made.

13. Global Workflow JSON object variable type

    Make it possible to create a JSON object in the workflow, which can be modified (add, modify, delete node) by JSONPath. This can be used to build a JSON string for a webservice request, or be used after a webservice request to copy the response in such a JSON object.

15. Hinzufügen weiterer Output Formate in Forms in der Cloud

    Aktuel besteht in der Cloud nur die Möglichkeit zwischen A4 (Portrait) und Legal als Outputformat zu wählen. Besonders jetzt wo es das Tabellenfeld in Forms gibt macht es Sinn, wenigstens A4 Landscape noch hinzuzufügen. Bestenfalls die Option zu bieten Eigene Formate neu Anzulegen / Hochzuladen ....

16. Ich schlage vor, dass es ein Freitextfeld im Bereich "Aufgaben" gibt.

    Guten Tag,

    wir arbeiten mit der Funktion "Anfrage Senden", um Dokumente freigeben zu lassen.

    Das heißt ich prüfe das Dokument und schicke dann eine Anfrage an meine Chefs, damit sie das Dokument freigeben.

    Oft müssen wir auch in anderen Abteilungen anfragen, welchen Hintergrund ein Dokument hat, bevor wir es weiter bearbeiten können.

    In all diesen Fällen bleibt das Dokument bei uns im Ordner "Aufgaben" als zu bearbeiten stehen, und ich sehe nirgends, dass oder was dazu bisher passiert ist.

    Ich hätte gerne ein Freitextfeld in der Liste rechts im Bildschirm, wo ich Notizen eintragen kann. So etwas wie "am 5.11.2023 bei Frau Müller angefragt".
    Dann könnte ich direkt sehen, was bei einem Dokument bisher passiert ist und was als nächstes ansteht.

    Noch besser wäre es, wenn automatisch festgehalten würde, wann der Eintrag in dem Freitextfeld erstellt worden ist.

17. Bausteine aus Workflows in andere Workflows kopieren

    Leider kann ich bei ähnlichen Workflows keine Bausteine - seien es Aufgaben, Entscheidungen oder Datenzuweisungen - von einem Workflow in einen anderen kopieren und einfügen, sondern nur innerhalb eines Workflows. Das würde sehr viel Zeit beim Aufbauen von Workflows sparen.

18. Feldverhalten zum Tabellenfeld fehlt!

    So wie es scheint gibt es nun ein Tabellenfeld in Forms, jedoch kann man das Tabellenfeld nicht mit dem Wert "Verhalten" im Formular verknüpfen. Das ist sehr ungünstig, da ich ggf. das Tabellenfeld nur einblenden möchte, wenn ein bestimmtes Feld ein gewisses Verhalten zurück gibt. Das muss dringend noch angepasst werden!
    Zudem wäre es klasse, wenn man anders herum das Verhalten bestimmter Felder mit den Eintragungen aus der Tabelle verknüpfen könnte. Dazu müsste das Tabellenfeld mit den Spalten im "Verhalten" zur Auswahl stehen, wie jedes andere Feld auch.
    Und was auch noch fehlt, ist das Tabellenfeld zur Auswahl in der Formularvorlage. Somit kann ich das Tabellenfeld nur direkt für ein Webformular verwenden, jedoch nicht für eine Formularvorlage, geschweige denn die weiter Bearbeitung über einen Workflow.
    Das wäre ein wirklich tolles Toll, wenn auch bin zum Ende gedacht worden wäre. Ich hoffe, dass sich hier baldmöglich was tut.

19. RV - Personalstammdaten - Kontrollmechanismen

    Bei der vorkonfigurierte Lösung gibt es ein Archiv für Personalstammdaten in dem Rechte für Erstprüfer, Vorgesetzte und Besteller eingetragen werden.
    Allerdings wird man nicht auf Fehler hingewiesen, bis es zu einem Workflow Fehler kommt, wenn der spezifische Fall eintritt.

    Beispiel:
    - Wenn ich einem Besteller einen Vorgesetzten zuweisen und dieser Vorgesetzter nicht angelegt wird, werde ich nicht darauf hingewiesen. Oder wenn es doch angelegt wurde, ob dieser auch mehr Limit besitzt.

    Vor allem bei einem CSV-Import kann man die Regeln der Ablage-Dialoge nicht nutzen, welche zumindest Rechtschreibfehler verhindern würde.

20. workflow versionning

    As an integrator, I waste time managing the different version of DocuWare with Workflow. I would like it to be possible to have a workflow and for it to automatically adapt to the version of the client's desktop apps. Normally with application of this type, a version 1.1 must be able to manage a version 1.0, on DocuWare this basic standard is not on and this wastes a lot of time...
