Allow workflows to be viewed between DocuWare versions
As a DocuWare engineer I often go back and forth between different customer exploring workflow issues.
As such I have to re-install DocuWare workflow designer several times a day to avoid the 'mismatch versions' error.I don't want to change the workflow, just view it; couldn't we make that backwards compatible?

Option to prevent documents deleted by a deletion policy, going to the trash (v7.8 >)
The new trash feature is very nice! But in some cases unwanted. Especially when (larger) volumes are deleted, that are not needed anymore, it makes no sense to put them into a trash record. A feature to have a checkbox in the 'Deletion policy configuration' which decides if the documents need to go to the trash or not.

The information of the seconds
The column "created on" would be good to see hour, minute and second of the creation of the file, so it would be easier to group different files added at the same time (invoice + cmr) that come in the same email.

Tabellen inkl. Positionen in den Request-Body der Webservices übernehmen
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich via den Webservices & Webhooks Daten aus Tabellen inkl. Positionen beim Versand innerhalb des Request-Bodys mitzuliefern. Das erhöht die Komplexität für externe Validierungsservices, da zwei Requests notwendig sind, um eine Validierung auszuführen.

Add a table variable to workflow designer
A table variable is very usefull. For now we have to create a table field index to work with in WF. That's not a good workaround and lack flexibility.

csv Dateien aus jeder AUfgabe gezogen werden könnnen, nicht nur aus den Kontierungsvorlagen!!!
Derzeit sehen wir die Möglichkeit eine csv Datei aus den Kontierungsvorlagen zu erzeugen. Dies hilft in der Unternehmensabstimmung. Warum werden in den einzelnen Aufgaben keien Möglichkeiten zur Erzeugung von csv Dateien angeboten. Es wäre viel einfacher im Monitoring!!!

Provide permanent deletion tickbox within Deletion Policy
I suggest a tick box in the Deletion Policy configuration to bypass the recycle bin and permanently delete documents. This is especially important for Cloud customers since the consumed archive space will only be released after the final deletion of documents (a manual process if executed before the 30 days) and also because it can take up to 4 hours to see the actual storage reduction. I can see other reasons why this feature would be leveraged: customers running low on archive space who may want to delete a large quantity of documents, engineers wanting to repopulate a cabinet, etc.

In Web Client add Export feature to Folders view similar to Export feature from Result List.

Bei Änderung eines Webservices die bisher gefüllten Felder erhalten bleiben
Wenn man einen (eigenen) Webservice in einem Workflow verwendet und diesen ändert (z.B. ein Feld hinzufügt), funktioniert er zwar weiter. Aber wenn man ihn das nächste Mal in der Workflow-Konfiguration öffnet, sind alle Felder leer und man muss die Zuordnung erneut vornehmen. Seit dem Update auf 7.8 bringt er sogar eine Fehlermeldung und man muss die Aktivität löschen und neu hinzufügen.

workflow Benachrichtigung Mail
Es sollte generell möglich sein, das Benutzer selbst Entscheiden, ob Sie eine Benachrichtigungsmail haben wollen oder nicht. Ein flexible Einstellung ist nur mit großem Aufwand realisierbar. Eine Aufgabe hat den Reiter Benachrichtigung, wenn diese aktiv ist, erhalten ALLE Personen die diese Aufgaben bearbeiten sollen eine Mail, obwohl einige das vielleicht nicht wollen. Das muss ganz dringend geprüft werden.

die Elemente „Anmerkungen“, „Werkzeuge“ und „Anzeige“ in der mobilen App zur Verfügung stehen.
Gerade für die Unterschriftenfunktion sind diese Elemente essenziell.
Ohne Anmerkung kann man keine Unterschriften setzen (nur ganz rudimentär einen Namen setzen, was aber der eigentlichen Funktion nicht genügt).Weiterhin ermöglichen die Elemente Bearbeitungsmöglichkeiten, welche im Browser einfach schlecht oder nur minimalistisch dargestellt werden. Beispielsweise eine einfache handschriftliche Notiz, ein herauskopieren von Texten oder ein schnelles Drucken.
Die Unterschriftenmöglichlkeit ist letztendlich gut angedacht, aber nicht zu Ende geplant.

Dokumente von DocuWare in andere Portale exportieren
Dokumente via D&D von DocuWare in anderen Portalen hochladen oder einen einfacheren Workaround schaffen als die Dateien immer zwischenspeichern zu müssen auf dem Laufwerk.

Die Benutzerlizenzierung in der Cloud muss dingend angepasst werden!
Die aktuelle Lizenzierung ist viel zu umständlich!

Tabellenfelder als Stempel
Tabellenfelder sollten innerhalb einer Workflow-Aufgabe als Stempel darstellbar sein. So können die Buchungsinformationen die eingetragen werden (gerade bei einer Splitbuchung) auch visuell auf dem Dokument dargestellt werden.

Volltext bei Dokumentverknüpfung
Es wäre gut die Volltextinformationen eines Dokumentes in der Konfiguration von Dokumentenverknüpfungen mit einbeziehen zu können. So könnten unstrukturierte und nur marginal indizierte Dokumente bei Verknüpfungen auf Basis Ihres Textinhaltes ebenfalls berücksichtigt und angezeigt werden.

It will be good for integration from third party systems to have a possibility search over multiple file cabinets via URL Integration.

Automatically confirm a Task once the linked form has been saved (click on "Send")
Add the option in the Task settings (e.g. in the WF) for a form generated from a task, to automatically confirm the linked task as soon as the form is filled in and "sent".
For the moment, when I save my form, I have to go back to the task to click on the "Confirm" button for it to disappear from my list.

Vorkonfigurierte "Anfrage senden" per Ergebnisliste, Liste
Die "Anfrage senden" Funktion sollte per Ergebnisliste/ Liste konfigurierbar sein. Bspw. sollte man in der konfigurierten Anfrage bereits den Empfänger, den Text der Anfrage (aus Bausteinen der Indexfelder, ähnlich wie im Workflow Designer), Prioritätenliste und Entscheidungen fest hinterlegen können.
