Have a way to found out how many selections there were in a multi-select field.
I have not found a way to get the quantity of options that were selected in a multi select field in the workflow. This should be quite straightforward as I assume a multi-select is just a generic list or array so accessing this value should be as simple as List.Count or Array.Length, but with the current tools in the user interface it doesn’t seem possible

Add functions "Copy to.." and "Quick copy to..." in Tools Box
In the tools box, it will be interesting to add functions "Copy to.." and "Quick copy to..." which are available in search list.
Like as send and download tools, you can choose to copy file, document or page and after copy you 'll have the choice to delete the copied file, document or page.2 votes -
Allow fields to be removed in search pages
My default search has far more fields than I require. It would be useful if I could remove certain fields (like you can in results) so that I don't have to seach the screen to find the relevant ones.

General Email - Allow Separate Attachment Files
In General Mail capture It would be quite useful to allow for attachment files to come in as separate files instead of having to unclip them. Perhaps the option, as sometimes clipped might be best. I run into this on a farily regular basis.

Define reminder dates for tasks based on due dates rather than define due dates by reminder dates
I frequently have workflows that require tasks to be due by x number of days after an indexed date.
The problem is I can only set the reminder date by a variable, which requires me to hardcode the due date after a reminder date.I have a situation where a reminder date is 1 week before a due date, and the due date should be 30 days after a date index field.
If the document is stored the day before the task needs to be due, the reminder date defaults to the following day (since a reminder cannot be set…

Remove check box in Desktop Apps Import configuration that prevents the file from importing until the file is completely written to folder
Remove check box in desktop app folder import configuration that tells the import profile to wait to upload a file until the file is completely written to the folder. The functionality should be hard coded. I can't think of a use case where you would want to import a file that wasn't fully written to a folder.

Have the "Document locked" message display larger and longer
Our internal department has requested that when a 2nd user attempts to open a document that another user has opened in a task list that the "Document is locked by" message window be larger and over the document image longer before it fades away (or stay until ok is clicked). They state that it is easy for a user to not see the message before it disappears as they are working on multiple monitors and multiple applications all day long.

Print to paper
The right click option to print only allows you to print to pdf with our without annotation. I wish there was an option to print to selected device. Sometimes, I really just need a paper copy to mail with a check. "Printing" a pdf document to open in a pdf viewer, to then click print, to then pick my printer and click ok is a lot of extra steps when you need a piece of paper.

PLEASE add a dialog to confirm commit of change to multiple index entries
We had a client that mistakenly committed three index changes to over 2,000 entries. She intended just to update 1 record. She had no warning that this was about to happen. Please(!) DocuWare add a warning that the Save will affect X number of records. Or allow Admin to turn off the ability to edit multiple entries. Thank you.

Create a notification
If one person is working on a document in Docuware, another person can't save any updates until the first person is out of the document. If Docuware could create a "notify" button to let the second person know when work can be saved and entered (after the first person is finished) that would be great. This would be similar to the "notify" button in Excel.

Give the view of both pages on screeen instead of clicking the second page to see it
right now you see one page but can you change to layout to show 2 pages?

Admin should have the ability to take ownership of configurations like printers, import jobs, etc...
Users can create their own configurations for trays, printers etc. However, the Admin can't even see those configurations which makes the system rather difficult to administrate. It would be much better if the Admin can see all the different configurations and, also, if needed take ownership. This could be linked with an automated email to the original owner of the configuration so that they are aware.

Have the ability for a workflow to write data to different merge forms
When a document is submitted from a Form to a Workflow, currently you can only write back to a single merge form. However if the eForm has multiple merge forms you cannot write the data to multiple merger form.
it would be helpful if a workflow could write back data to multiple merge forms that are part of a single web form.

Stamps need to be removable by user rights, not only delete before saving, process changes and Work Order change as well
