  1. Graphics are outdated

    Very boxy and basic looking. Tool bars and tabs would be easier to use.

  2. Show both the Approve and Disapprove stamp on the toolbar avoiding having to click on the stamp down arrow to get to one or the other.

    It saves time (minimal), but wrist motion to move the mouse. It is unnecessary.

  4. Crop (through) document in the web basket

    If you scan a document in the webbasket, it's note possible to crop it if the document is skewed. We the old Windows Client, we had a special fonction the make it right, to adjust it

  5. Improve the ability to find documents after a name change has occurred.

    When a vendor or client has a name change, we would like to be able to retrieve the documents that are indexed with the old name, using the new name.
    For instance, Company is ABC and there are 100 documents indexed using ABC as the index in the Client Name field. Company ABC has a name change to company XYZ. When retrieving a document using XYZ, it should also retrieve the documents indexed as ABC.

  6. Intelligent Indexing Expand Into Checks

    As intelligent indexing is essentially only available on vendor invoices, it would seem the logical next place to allow for intelligent indexing would be customer checks.
    Reading a check number and customer name would be desirable, along of course with the auto-identification of the document type of check.

  7. In the Task List Designer

    Docuware would implement much effientcy by adding basic mathmatical excel funtion in the tasklist Designer,Since a good amount of users are also using this in there accounting process to approve invoices, this would provide a valuable feature and purpose. Please see my example attached.

  8. Allow merge form fields to be pushed to the next page.

    I have a merge form that was originally a release of records request. Now, I am including another page in front of the existing document. So all of the fields need to be pushed to the next page. Unfortunately I have to recreate them I can't just move them.

    its 2025 don't let German Process overule the simplicity of a product

    Who let process overuse simplistic CX?

    Its bad enough that reports cannot be downloaded on a MAC but this is getting worse

  10. Allow single line values in forms to autofill when manually typed

    Would like to be able to have single line values autofill based on what is typed into a form field instead of having to utilize a select list with a single line dropdown field. Ex: If I have a first name field repeated multiple times, have all subsequent First Name fields fill in based on what is typed in the first

  11. DocuWare Mobile & DocuWare Web Client

    A customer came to me today and I have been advised to put it on the user voice to see if it gains any traction.
    Basically they want to restrict the DocuWare Mobile app so that only certain users will be able to retrieve information from the app. This can be done either via cabinet restrictions or user permissions.

  12. Option to export only the filtered task list as a CSV file instead of complete task list

    Please provide the option to export only the filtered task list as a CSV file instead of complete task list. Currently in the task list the export CSV option provides the complete task list even if some filter is applied. There is no option to include the filter in the export.

    Would it be possible to have Docuware Request automatic backup? It could be downloaded to ftp folder \data ( ftp://ftp.docuware-online.de/{id}/data ) or similar.

    Allow the refresh settings on Document Trays to be adjusted or turned off like the option we have on lists.

    Currently if users need to rename files - it constantly refreshes on them while they are renaming the documents.

  18. Add the ability to use a user's email to retrieve the associated UserName and/or UserID via a GET API call in Workflow Designer.

    Often the email address is the only data we have for a user. In order to route workflow to the user, we need to be able to do a JSON lookup of the user from the email address. At this time it is not possible.

  20. Allow selection of multiple fields and merge forms in docuware forms.

    I have an enrollment form that fills out several merge forms. Some of the merge forms are recreated on a monthly bases and resubmitted. It would be nice if I could easily make the original form and then copy it and highlight all the stuff I don't need and delete it at once rather than each and every item. It would also be nice if I could use the original workflow with these merge forms as well. This could also be used to select several items and change the behavior all at once for those of us who forget to…
