When searching user management for 'active', return all active users. When searching for 'inactive' return inactive users.
DocuWare admins need this kind of data returned quickly and reliably to prevent the need for any sort of user deletion policy, functionality which DocuWare does not have.
Recently I was asked for an export (yes an export) of inactive users, so great was their need for a quick and easy way to search for this info.2 votes -
Improve the display time of Error Message : Workflow Validation Error message
The currently displayed error message disappears immediately after it appears.
Users need time to review error messages. They can't even take screenshots.We would like this display time to be a little longer.
2 votesThank you for your idea. Currently error messages are displayed until a user clicks on them. Only warning messages appear after a certain amount of time (but it should be OK for creating screenshots). Could you please add, what kind of messages you are referring.

Create an annotation function allowing a drawn shape (rectrangle for example) to hold text which could be used for searching related docs.
Use Case: A cemetery needs to store cemetery and grave records. They are doing this with paper cards with subsets of cemetery lots. I would like the ability to scan a map as a document, and be able to draw individual grave locations on the map, similar to what they're doing on paper. I would like to be able to click on that annotation and store additional information, text at the very least, perhaps some index values from a store dialog. This would allow me to click on a areas of the map and see the related documents stored in…

Table Fields - Default Box Size Options
It is fairly common for me to have a case where I need to present a user with more than one table field, and sometimes a few of them. In most cases the row count for the table fields is small, resulting in a lot of wasted white space in the table field boxes. This makes for a lot of scrolling to get to what a user needs to see or act on. While this would have value anywhere, it would have special importance in workflow tasks. Can we integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer to our CRM
Hi, is it possible to integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer's to our CRM system so in just one click, we can see the status of our customer's system and their utilization rate.

Simplify the link when SSO is activated
When SSO is not acitvated, the link to access our environment is "easy" (i.e. https://xxxxx.docuware.cloud )
When SSO is activated, the link to access the environment directly becomes a bit complex :
( i.e https://xxxx.docuware.cloud/DocuWare/Platform/WebClient/SSO?orgId=xxxx )
It would be nice to have an alternate web address not requiring the orgid, exactly as when SSO is not active.
If we use the easy link https://xxxxx.docuware.cloud we get the following signon screen that we would like not to be shown to users ( see image attached

Notification
We have the possibility to put a notification for
:
- the new documents
- modified index fieldsBut not for all the documents which would correspond to a filter at a time T.
That's a shame.
For example I cannot create a notification for all unsigned invoices which will return the same list every day as long as they are not signed...
It would be so easy with this option!!!
In order to have this possibility, we had to create a special cabinet, a Workflow and 2 Autoindexes... it's complicated for nothing.

Save form changes without publishing the form.
We should be able to save any changes made to a form without publishing it. This should work exactly like DocuWare workflows.

PDFs display blurry in document viewer if Windows scaling is at 150%
In DocuWare Cloud, PDFs display blurry in document viewer if Windows scaling is at 150%. If changed to 100%, they are clear. If we use the integrated PDF viewer in Chrome or Edge, the PDFs are clear and not blurry. This issue is only on the DocuWare Cloud Document Viewer.
Created SR around the issue and was advised to submit as an idea.

Add the ability (as an admin) to assume the identity of any user to test permissions & functionality without having to sign in as that user.
While configuring new features, or troubleshooting existing ones, it would be helpful to assume the identity of a user to test and debug different features, such as routes through a workflow, etc. For obvious security and auditing purposes, rather than tasks being logged as that user, it could read something like "Admin as UserName" in the logs.

Search in Database Fields
I would like to see the Search available in database fields as well, like in the other menus. This would make it easier to search for a field, especially if there are many database fields.

By default, the 'Store Dialog' corresponding to the intelligent indexing of the 'Document Tray' should always be the first in the drop-down

This is to prevent the user who has several 'Document Tray' from having to search or even paginate when there are many.4 votes
