  1. Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List."

    Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List." For example, if you create a "Paid by Credit Card" list, one of the headers will show a "Gross_Amount" and other information about the document. Is it possible to generate a total for such a column at the bottom of that window/tab?

  2. Concurrent license option for cloud

    There are a number of problems that I have a difficult time solving with the user licensing with the cloud solution. For example, an organization has 5-10 regular DocuWare users, using the software daily. Same organization has 100 field users who need to sign into DocuWare two or three times per year.

    I realize that a concurrent user license will have a higher monthly cost than a regular user license, but this will allow me to solve problems with DocuWare, rather than having to rely on ancillary or alternative products to do so.

  3. Modify Index Data of multiple Documents in the Result List one after another like in the Store Dialog

    If you want to add index data to multiple documents, which are different on every single document, you have to
    1. double click the document in the result list
    2. mark the document again and press CTRL+ALT+I to change ONE documents index-data (or add a button for "quick" access.

    But if you want to change multiple documents, this is very time consuming.
    It should be like using the store dialog, where after modifying the next document is displayed and you can instantly move on.

    Therefore: Please make it possible to easily modify index data of multiple documents in a result…

  4. Launch the autoindex immediately when a document metadata is updated via the Docuware API

  5. Send a mail notification when an error ocurrs in any automation of configuration

    There are times when an autoindex, a deletion policy, etc. fails and to see it you have to enter the option to see it.
    It would be more interesting to be able to establish an email account where you can receive alerts when a problem occurs in them.

  6. Select a sender when I send an e-mail through workflow activity

    At the work flow when there is an activity with an e-mail, I can send the e-mail to differents addressee but if I want to change the sender or select the sender who have to send the e-mail it's impossible, isn't it, because always choose the sender from e-mail service, and as I see always have to be the same, so please how can I change the sender when I program to send an e-mail through activity from the workfrow. I think it will be very interesting to have the oportunity to select the sender because not always the e.-mail…

  7. Have the ability to click on a user and have an option to turn on or off e-mail notifications for workflow steps

    Example: Click on user Jon Doe and it will show every workflow and step that gets assigned to him. Then give me the option to send email for the step.

  8. allow spreadsheet documents to update table fields

    We have timesheets that are done in excel. Currently all of the timesheets are in docuware and they are downloaded, checked for correctness and then imported into our accounting system for payroll. It would be really nice if we could simply update the spreadsheet and have a table field updated with the results so that the table field could be exported with an sql query. Then one file could be imported into the accounting system rather than one file for each employee. That would also make it so that the entire process could be done in docuware rather than just…

  9. Unclip documents from Web Client

    It would be great if users could unclip or reorganize documentos directly from Web Client with a right clik.

    It's very awful or even not valid option for all users copy to web basket and re insert the document. There ir many cases where users doesn't have access to delete documents, and the file cabinet has a field like a unique value.

  10. Allow DocuWare Printer to be installed for USA with Letter as default

    It make sense to allow or set the default paper size to LETTER for all USA installations. This could be auto-sensed by the installer or a check box on the selection screen.

    Bothe manual and silent install methods should have this feature

  11. Automatically remove licenses from users not found in any AD synced groups.

    On-Premise; Active Directory sync.
    Users that are removed from AD groups that are synced to Docuware should also automatically remove the license from that user upon synchronization to Active Directory

  12. Search Parameter for Length

    If you are expecting a certain number of characters for a specific index field and you want to search for all the documents containing an index with that many characters. This could help people find improperly indexed values within their filing cabinets and allow for cleaner databases.

  13. Conditional forms merge based on values entered by user

    Choose to fill a form or not based on values entered by user. Example: onboarding for a multi state HR department. If the user works in Illinois only the Illinois state tax form is filled and stored, the other states are not filled nor stored.

  14. Configurable Output and Indexing settings for each Attach File field

    Make it possible to store file attachments separately, instead of always clipping them to the main form(s). For example, in a W-9 Vendor Signup form, we may prompt the vendor to attach their Certificate of Liability Insurance. Instead of clipping this attachment to the W-9 form, we would like to store this document separately with a document type of "Certificate of Liability Insurance".

    Currently, every attachment for every File Attach field gets clipped to the Web Form or to EVERY merged form that is configured. This is rarely the desired behavior and results in duplicate documents.

  15. Add ability to download in sets of 1000 instead of just 100. I have users that want to download 10000 records...

    Take the limit of 100 records per page and increase it to 1000 so that downloading 10000 records is easier for the users or at least make it customizable from 100 default to 250, 500, 1000 etc. That way the user can tailor their experience based on their machine's capability.

  16. create a datetime field in forms

    In forms there is a date field but that puts the time part of the datetime field in the database as 00:00:00 We have out of town expense reports that calculate the time to determine if meals should be paid. So if you leave early enough you get reimbursed for breakfast for example. Or if you get back early enough you don't get reimbursed for dinner. Currently use a spreadsheet and then print it to docuware but I would like to create a form so we could fill it out on our phones and take pictures of receipts to attach…

  17. Pull user's first and last names from their account.

    With the integration of Azure, usernames become "jdoe" or "john.doe" and it makes it impossible to pull their first or last name out of their account. We would like the ability to do so for the Workflow tool.

  18. Stamps available for document trays individually

    Currently, you only have the feature all file cabinets/document trays for assigning stamps.

    We had to change from all file cabinets/documents trays to a specific file cabinet, and in doing so the users lost that ability to stamp in their document trays.

    There process is harder to stamp once in the file cabinet do to large volumes of documents being stored and having to handle the document multiple times due to this feature not being able to be assigned only to document trays.

  19. Allow turning off Quick Copy function

    The Quick Copy function can be useful but it is not always desirable and can lead to errors if people make unnecessary copies of documents. It should be possible to turn this function off for specific users or roles.
