Workflow Tasks - Notification Sound on Arrival
Would be great to have the option for a Windows Notification when a workflow step arrives.
Direct request from a client, and I thought it worthy enough to submit.

DW Cloud - Make More Database Elements Available for Select Lists/Autoindex
For Select Lists and Autoindex routines the tables available in the cloud are somewhat dialed back, and since I am not looking to update anything in these tables it seems like it would be harmless to make more of them available to us. The case today was a situation where in an on premise system I can create a select list for the users in a group or role, but I can't get to the tables needed to do this in the cloud.

Search for used fields and variables in Workflow Designer
We all know that workflows can get very complex. At the moment, if you need to find out where in the workflow you are using certain variables the only way to find the assignments is to try and delete the variable. The Designer then shows you a list of all places where that variable has been used. However, currently you have no way of finding data assignments to fields as you can't search for them. It would be very helpful to have an option in the Designer where you can see all the different fields (even in other file cabinets)…

Scan Configs permanently associated with Client scan settings
Clients should have the option to make the scan 'processing configuration' permanently associated with a specific set of scan settings. This would allow users to select, from multiple saved scan settings, a specific scan configuration without having to manually change the processing configuration each time.

Make possible to assign a role on the substitution list.
When a Task is assigned to a Role, we want to assign the task to a third user in the case of all the members of the role are out of the office.

Add the ability to pull up documents using document relations with a string of characters
EX: store Packing Slip with PO Number 123
Store a Purchase Order with PO Number 456
Store an Invoice with PO Number 123;456Allow the string of characters to pull up documents containing both entries separated by semi-colon

Store Dialog Validation should use same license as current user
Currently an additional license is needed to run a Validation on document storage. The logged in user license should be able to be passed through to enable the validation. Alternatively making a validation run without a license would work too.
It doesn't make sense to need an additional license just to run validations.

add "copy to..." to all result lists
The function in the context menu "copy to another document tray" is only available for the embedded search result list in the main docuware windows. As soon as I share this result list or open it in a different window i don't see the "copy to ...." function anymore. It's user and browser independent.

Allow progress to be saved on a workflow task
It would be nice to be able to save work on a workflow task for completion at a later time.
For instance, when filling out GL account information on an invoice with a lot of line items, it would be nice to be able to save the progress to be completed later. Let's say I have an invoice with 50 line items that all need to be coded to a different account. Maybe I get to line 30 and need to go to a meeting. There isn't any way to save my progress so I can finish later.

Verify and remove the check digit on barcode
it would be helpful that in the barcode reading configuration there is the possibility to remove the barcode check digit.

Add location services to populate Forms in the field
Adding the ability to capture cell phone location on a Form so for use cases where you have remote users filling out forms they can 1) Not have to enter address 2) Be used as "proof" they were at the site.

Auto column width based on the presented content?? Or maybe (or on top of) have the ability to set a specific width for each in the result dialog?

Store Input Source as Property
Please add a way, to view how the document was stored. Maybe in the document history event as a property?
It's interesenting and important to understand how documents are stored.
What store dialog? or Folder? Or Through document processing (scanner, folder, printer?)... etc3 votes -
ADD AUTOINDEX JOBS TO DOCUMENT HISTORY
PLEASE ADD THE AUTOINDEX JOB HISTORY TO THE DOCUMENT HISTORY INFORMATION. ATTACHED THE SIMPLE IDEA.
THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOW IF/WHAT/WHEN AUTOINDEX HAS RAN, AND WHAT IT HAS DONE.

Index changes from Autoindex just show up in the standard document history as index change. -
workflow for multiple cabinets
Why can't I use the same workflow for files in different cabinets? This has been done with STAMPS...

Date in Folder Dialogs
Let us assing DATE fileds to the Folder Dialogs Hierarchy, and choose what part (or parts) of the date to use (DAY, WEEK, MONTH, YEAR)

Please buid a Outlook Email component for Office365, so it works accross all devices. Outlook for windows, mac, ios, android web!
Also, most IMPORTANT: ability to choose the attachments to store and in what order.

Dialog displayed when clicking Edit Text Annotation in the Tools Menu should be able to be displayed as read only
In the Tools menu there is a push pin button that has the title Edit Text Annotation. When this button is clicked on a dialog box is displayed allowing the user to enter text. We would like people to be able to display this dialog but have the text read only.

Add a behavior to index fields in the search dialog
For instance, say that the top index field is called "Department" and there are 10 departments listed. Each department will have different documents and index fields that are unique to them.
When someone selects "Human Resources" as the Department, then a set of index fields will appear based upon that selection. Like an eForm "behavior".

intelligent index work with keyword field
It would be nice to have Intelligent Indexing work with Keyword fields the same way it works with Table fields.
Example: I have packing slips with multiple PO numbers that needs to be populated in a Keyword field. I am using a keyword field instead of a table so i can link by that field in Document Relations.
