  1. allow formatting of numeric values to not include comma separator.

  2. Allow pages to be deleted from a document prior to storing in File Cabinet

    In some cases documents include a mix of double-sided and single-sided pages. If the document is scanned at a local copier it does not allow you to opt for automatic blank page removal like a scan station might. This means that the scanner picks up the blank side of a single-sided document, making the document larger than necessary. It would be great to have the ability to remove these pages without having to unstaple all the pages to remove them, then to restaple.   3. More Stamp Colors

    We need more stamp color options besides red, green, black, blue, and yellow. Yellow is useless on a white background. When multiple departments are touching the same document, it would be helpful to color code department stamps. Thank you.

  4. Sort documents based on Username in Document Tray

    Multiple people scan documents into a Document Tray. I would like the ability to sort documents based on user that submitted them. I need multiple people using the same Document Tray so if one person becomes unavailable, someone else can go in and work on their documents. We don't want each user to have their own Document Tray as we have over 8,000 users.

  5. Remove tasks from other controllers when reassigned

    Typically the Accounting Team members as well as potentially Department Heads are workflow controllers. It may now happen that tasks which ran into an error or could not be assigned to "normal users for any reason" get assigned to the controllers.

    Typically one of the controllers then reassigns the task to another user for them to complete.

    The problem is that the other controllers will still see that task in their own task list until the reassigned user finally processes the task. This often leads to other controllers also assigning that task to other users which then causes confusion...

  6. The max amount of given select list entries

    The max amount of given select list entries (SelectListsMaxCount) should be set individual for the cloud organisation.
    The maximum standard of 50 entries is reached quickly in normal operation.

  7. Add ability to filter multi column select lists on a fixed entry

    A Multi Column select list should have the option to set the filter field to a fixed value. For instance I wan't the select list locked down to only show field Document Number that have a Status = 'complete'. Please make this available in forms as well.

  9. Allow preindexing in an Intelligent Indexing document tray

    When you are bulk storing docs via Intelligent Indexing, you still want them stored in the file cabinet in the order they were captured.

    So the user will want to 'Store Automatically' the entire group. However, a couple may have to have index fields fixed first. Should be able to preindex them without having to store them out of order

    A client is requesting the option to have a desktop notification pop-up in the standard Windows notification bar in the lower right when there is a new task for them to review in DocuWare.

  14. I suggest that you provide a way to find duplicate document in Docuware

    Hi,

    To help find duplicate document, i suggest that docuware creates a checksum of each stored document and provides a way to find the duplicates.

  17. Enable sorting by Total Pages in document trays

    Tray docs may be sorted by all fields except Total Pages. It's an interesting omission considering that it's the only attribute by which trays docs are not able to be sorted.

  18. Be able to search for documents by what user stored them

    When I am doing quality data checks on our documents that are stored in Docuware, it would be much easier to be able to search by what user stored the documents, not what what the document is/when it was stored.

  19. More than one field shown in Select Lists

    Enable to have select list with two columns, one for ID and another for description (for example list of partners). It is easier for user to select among description that among 8000 partner IDs.

  20. Bring back the Print Result List button

    Previous versions of the thick client had a Print Result List button that would print a result list directly to a printer. I have customers that use this to report on recently stored documents. Now they have several more steps to work around this missing button.
    The older Thick client -
    1. Search for documents.
    2. Click button to print result list. - - It would be printed directly to a printer. (In a readable format.)

    The Web Client.
    1. Search for documents.
    2. Click button and select copy to CSV.
    3. Open CSV in excel.
    4. Select first Column.…
