Enable Tab Key based selections from Select Lists or any multiple selection opportunity
Common complaint is the Down Arrow and Return method currently in place for selecting an option from a Select List or other multiple selection opportunities in DocuWare. The Tab Key method is almost universal and it never fails that the clients are put off by not being able to use this choice. Adding to the frustration is that if you're using the Down Arrow then Enter in a Workflow task and accidentally hit Enter twice the second Enter confirms the task when that is not desired. I encounter this quite often. What do you think?

Add Modified By and Entered By fields to fields visible in docTray.
Add Modified By and Entered By fields to fields visible in docTray. This would allow users who use a shared document tray to see which documents they are responsible for.

Display ALL of the select list options even if a value is present
When a value is already present in an index field, popping up the menu of acceptable values only shows an option for what is already in the field! That's pretty much useless. The end used has to delete what is there before he can change it to something else.

Ability to email select pages
Currently the "Send" feature allows you to email the whole document, or the current page. It would be great if you could choose which pages you wanted to send. If I have a 10 page document and I want to send 4 pages of it, I either have to send 4 separate "one page" emails, or I have to send the job to the doc tray, unstaple the job, clip together the pages I want, and then send them.

Send Request should show on document when sent
Currently it's possible to see the responses to a "Send Request" as a stamp on the document. This is brilliant for auditing, but it would very helpful to also have the fact who requested the response visible as a stamp on the document.
At the moment you can't see easily that a request is running on a document if there was no response to the request yet.

Enable searches for document trays
If I scan 50 documents to my document tray and none of the sort options are suitable then I have to manually scan the tray for the document I want to find.
If I scan documents in a certain order they are imported to the tray in a random order 9.5/10 times. Using the created on or modified on filter doesn't do the job of helping me find what i'm looking for.
Printer/Import configs help give documents names to help identify instead of a printer scanner meaningless name but you should be able to search for something specific instead of…

Searching multiple values within one field
We have a file cabinet called Connections, in Connections we have fields such as Company, Document Type, Installer, Dates, FullText field
I would like the option to select multiple companies to search upon.
For example: Selecting multiple companies from the drop down of the Company field, then either selecting a certain document type, or a certain fulltext, or none at all, just selecting multiple companies and clicking search to see all the pdfs associated

Workflow E-Mail function don´t use the concatenated docname
When I set up the e-mail function in a workflow and try to attach the concerned document with it everything works fine besides that the attached document does not use the correct document name.
It use the original name before it was imported to the archive. Our scanner name the documents like docxxxxxxxxxxx.
When I try to send the same document manually with the sending button of the tool bar in the document viewer (web client) everything works fine and the attached item is named with the index field which is configured as docname.

Send email to the partner contact when 80% of the Intelling credit is reached
Right now only the customer contact receives an English message when 80% of Intelligent Indexing credit is used
The message should be in the langage configured in the portal and more important a copy should be send to the partner. So the partner could act before 100% of the limit is reached.

Signature Stamps : Dynamic resize by mouse wheel
When I use a signature stamps (BMP style), I would like to dynamically resize it when applying to the document. This would be a nice use of the mouse wheel for instance (like CTRL + mouse wheel in the web navigator).

Have the viewer act similar to acrobat 9 (adobe editor) to edit documents easier
Have the viewer act similar to acrobat 9 (adobe editor) to edit documents easier. It would be nice to drag and drop to re-organize documents right from the viewer. Instead of unclipping a document just to re-organize a couple pages it would be nice to move them with a simple drag to the new spot as well as adding another PDF directly into the file by using drag and drop. Deleting a page from the PDF would be a nice functionality that acrobat 9 offers as well.

Accounting people want to type dollar amount without DOT ("."). We had this on 6.0 but not 6.9.
Accounting people used to type dollar amount without "." (DOT). For example, 12345 will show as $123.45. Old 6.0 version had this but not 6.9. Is it easy to turn this function back on? Thanks.

Clip Documents Directly in Results
Hello, I would love to be able to clip documents directly in the results list. Currently, we must check documents to our tray, clip them together, than store them again. This of course leaves the individual pages behind, which we must manually delete or mark for deletion. It would be enormously helpful to be able to clip them together within the results list. Just shift or ctrl select the documents, right-click, and clip. I can't describe how much time this would save our company. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Please let "Keep entries” option to be checked by default. It will shorten 1 step for companies who only use that function in their imports.
Unfortunately, this functionality is not implemented. It’s not posible to set “keep entries” option checked by default.

Zoom to intelligent index zone
Similar to many capture products Intelligent Indexing should have a configurable option to "zoom to zone" so that when the user is focused on a certain field (say the Invoice Number) the document viewer will zoom into that highlighted location on the document. This helps achieve a quicker review of the document. An example of this is attached.

Allow attachments that are sent to outlook from web client to be copy/pasted into another active email thread without having to save locally
In outlook, you can copy/paste attachments from 1 open email thread to another without saving locally first. When sending attachments to outlook via the web client, all other outlook windows are locked (disabled), forcing you to save the attachments locally before moving them to various other emails.

If triggering a new mail from outside of Outlook there is no possibility to copy and paste attachments. Try this with the windows functionality of “Send to email” from the Windows Explorer.

Ability to change the query of a list
I have some lists (created by using "Save this search as list" from a result list) which I need to change from time to time, e.g. each half year.
The queries behind this lists are a bit complex and it is not failure save to create them new - I don't reminder them in detail.
Much better would be if I could get back to the search dialog, then I can change there what I want, and create a new list.
