Form Only Store Dialogues
Can you please make it so it is possible for people who have permissions to see a form able to store that form without having to assign them the store dialogue that is then visible in the web client. We have loads of customers that want users to be able to save forms but don’t want the user to have a whole load of store dialogues in the web client for the relevant cabinets. I guess the simple way would be to add a tick box to a store dialogue to ask if this was for forms use only so…

Attempts to Logon by Inactive Accounts Notify Administrator
If an User Account is disabled by unchecking the Active checkbox, and the user attempts to logon to DocuWare, the user now gets a message that their account is inactive. We want the Administrator to be notified of the logon attempt.

Select a role as a select list for drop down lists in DocuWare Forms
I want to be able to populate a drop down list with users from a role, without having to create a select list that mirrors the role.

Allow clipping files already in storage
Presently documents that are in the inbox/tray can be only be clipped to a document in storage, or else another document in the inbox/tray. Not sure why that is. I had the idea that one person could be responsible for inputting and indexing AP invoices, and another for inputting and indexing checks. A third person would be responsible for clipping the checks to the invoice, verifying the check(s) match the invoice, then stamping it as Paid. But once a document is in storage it cannot be clipped to another document in storage. This is fairly limiting.

Check for for unique while entering value
It's frustrating if you populate the store dialog with all the data and after you hit store, you get the notification that the invoice is already stored.
It would save a lot of time if I am notified already while entering e.g. the invoice number that there is already an invoice with this number.

Add the ability to use regex expressionsthe print and import template fields are looking for.
When you define a field in the print and import template to read something on the document, it would be good to choose the type of data that you are looking for, or even better allowing the use of regex expressions. This way you could have a larger search area in case the page shifts or there is small differences in the document layout, but you would be guaranteed to find the data you are looking for. This would be good for indexing and for document identification.

"Scan to FTP" with Auto Rotate
When using Scan to FTP to avoid having to use a local folder to be monitored by Desktop Apps, we cannot enable Auto Rotate when scanning directly to FTP... it would be extremely helpful to have that feature as the user otherwise will have to rotate the document manually either before scanning or afterwards in DocuWare.

Ability to remove commas
We have several clients that are migrating and in their Fortis setup they have check numbers or other numerical fields set as an INT field. These fields do no have a comma in them, in Fortis, but when they are migrated there is a comma. We would like to have the ability to turn off the commas in DocuWare for specific INT fields. Seeing as how SQL stores the data without commas, this has to be something that is being done on the website side.

Don't allow approval stamps to overlap other stamps
Don't allow users to stamp over another stamp, otherwise they cannot be read.

Separate File Cabinet Creation Permission under functional profile
Once the user added to "Owner" file cabinet profile to manage file cabinet Dialog, Database fields, and permission, the user needs to have "File Cabinets" permission under functional profile.

Allow stamp configuration to be set to a designated layer
Would be nice to be able to designate one of the 5 available layers for particular stamps

Bring back the < (searches below the number) and > (searches above number)
If we've inadvertently missed a number when indexing, we used to be able to find the document by typing in "9xx..." in the search option and it would pull all the numbers that fall under (or above) it and, therefore, would be easier to locate. For example, I'm looking for the account number 2140463374 but obviously we've missed / transposed a number somewhere. So I would enter <2140463999 and have all the indexed numbers UNDER it pull up.

Allow Drag and Drop when Rearranging Individual Pages in a Document
We often have to add new pages into a document already stored in Docuware. When un-stapling a document it would be nice to be able to drag and drop the pages around to change the order that they are stored in the document.

Replacing attached file
Sometimes we need to replace a file totally with other format file. For example, we search and find one document and after that we want to replace the attached file totally. we want to replace for example jpg file with word file.
With check-in and check-out and clip may be it is possible but it is not easy and complicated.
How we can replace attached file?Best Regards

Speed Up Cloud Imports
When uploading to the Cloud, there isn't a way to prevent OCR process occurring. Only with On-Premise, is there a selection for "RUN AUTOMATIC TEXT AND BARCODE RECOGNITION ONLY IF REQUIRED". It is seen if this is not checked for On-Prem, imports are slowed. DocuWare has stated by default, Cloud always performs this task and slows the process.
Please provide the option for Cloud.

Ability to type in multiple index entries to a keyword field at once
There should be a way to add multiple entries separated by a delimiter when adding entries to a keyword field. Currently you have to add them one by one hitting the + in between. This is horrible for the user when they have 50 plus entries. There are ways to do this in the background with a comma delimited load file so there should be a way to do this via the Web Client.

Change the max limit of results to more than 10K
When doing a blank search I want to determine how many documents are in a cabinet, it maxes out at 10K and also provides different numbers every time I search.
Why does this most basic feature not already exist? Has no one else ever wondered how many docs are in a cabinet?

Increase the result view limit for tray and search.
Currently only can view 100 documents, we need more , We use documents with more than 2000 sheets.

Allow Windows login to specify user
Currently Windows Login only automatically logs you in as whatever account you're currently signed into the Windows session with. It would be great to also allow an option to specify a different windows user. This would be highly beneficial for IT admins who need to jump from account to account, like admin or SA accounts vs personal accounts.
