Give the ability/option to import nested attachments on email for General Email
Give the ability for an option in the General Email to handle/separate nested attachments. When an email is attached to an email with the invoice attached, it will only import the email and not the invoice. The imported email will be blank.

Configure Export Data to allow the export of more than one table.
I have a need to create an export which includes data from two different tables. Right now, I can select only one table to include in my export configuration. It would be nice if I could selected multiple tables to build my export file.

Papierkorb Kürzlich gelöscht // Ergebnisliste als CSV exportieren
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass es im Papierkorb auch die Funktion gibt die Ergebnisliste als CSV zu exportieren. So könnte man bei vielen gelöschten Dokumenten die Suche in Excel durchführen.

Ablage Emails Empfangszeit nach Zeitzone des Benutzers
Wenn Emails über Connect to Outlook abgelegt werden, wird als Empfangszeit die UTC Zeit in DocuWare ingexiert. Es soll aber die tatsächliche Empfangszeit (Zeitzone des Benutzers) indexiert werden.

Worklfow-Stempel: Feld im Stempel nur anzeigen, wenn ein Wert dazu erfass ist
Die Worklfow-Stempel werden teilweise sehr gross. Vor allem wenn optionale Felder durch die Benutzer nicht erfasst werden. Dann wird immer auch der "Feldname" angezeigt. In den Feldeigenschaften des angezeigten Feldes gibt es nur die Option "Sichtbarkeit von Stempeln - Auf Dokument anzeigen". Wünschenswert wäre eine zusätzliche Option "Sichtbarkeit von Stempeln - Auf Dokument anzeigen wenn erfasst".

Fehlernachricht für normale, nicht technische Benutzer ausrichten.
Einige Fehlernachrichten sind für normale Benutzer zu technisch und führen zu Unsicherheit. Die Nachrichten sollten beginnen mit einen einfach verständlichen Text, gefolgt von den technischen Informationen.
Beispiel:
Ein Benutzer legt ein Dokument ab. Es wird aber nicht abgelegt, weil es wo anders noch geöffnet ist.
Die Meldung an den Benutzer sollte nun sein:
"Das Dokument xy kann nicht abgelegt werden, da es noch von xy verwendet wird und nicht geperrt werden kann."Im Moment wird der Benutzer mit dieser Nachricht verwirrt.
"Das Dokument xy kann nicht gesperrt werden, weil es bereits in einer anderen Session verwendet wird."Der Benutzer ist…

Ability to create storage box only available trough forms even if it is affected to Default Organization role
When we create a storage box for a form we do not want it to be used from a basket even if the role is Default Organization role. This storage dialog box is only designed for a form submission

"Öffnen im neuen Viewer Fenster" sollte maximiert geöffnet werden
Wenn man im Webclient "Öffnen im neuen Viewer-Fenster" wählt sollte dies maximiert geöffnet werden. Bei Mehrbildschirm-Umgebungen wäre dann die genaue Position auf dem jeweiligen Bildschirm fix. Firefox z.B. merkt sich zwar die Position, aber wenn es nicht maximiert ist, dann liegt immer ein kleiner Teil des fensters auf dem Nachbarbildschirm.

kill a workflow instance from workflow designer
If for some reason, a document in a middle of a workflow needs to be archive. there is no way to automatically kill the workflow instance of this document.
For exemple it could be usefull in the following case:
A contract document processing into multiple worklow at the same time for validation need to be cancelled.
The user put a cancel stamp on the Document.
Then, all those workflow instances need to be killed.
Today, an admin need to select all workflow instance to kill them one by one which is not really pratical (this is manual).

Die OCR Erkennung bitte auch auf eingebettete Grafiken anwenden!
Man bekommt leider sehr viele PDF-Rechnungen, in denen das Briefpapier als Grafik hinterlegt ist. Die in den Grafiken wirklich sehr gut lesbaren Texte werden aktuell von der OCR nicht bearbeitet! Intelligent Indexing ist das nicht! Ich muss immer wieder abtippen, obwohl das gleiche Dokument einmal gedruckt und eingescannt ohne Probleme indexiert worden wäre! Bitte aktivieren Sie die Texterkennung in Grafiken innerhalb von PDF-Dateien! DANKE

Autofill table is appearing when not filling in table
As you can see in the screenshot this autofill option is appearing constantly and is annoying for some users, due to this i would like a way to be able to turn this off if possible

Dokumente mit Stempel lassen sich nicht mit der E-Post versenden
Wir wollen den E-Post Dienst der Post zum Versenden von Dokumente nutzen.
Ich markiere das zu druckende Word- Dokument, klicke auf „Drucken als PDF mit allen Anmerkungen“.
Das Dokument wird im Browser als PDF angezeigt. Hier wähle ich den Epost-Drucker aus.
Der Druck funktioniert ohne Probleme.Nehme ich das gleiche Dokument und platziere eine Unterschrift (Stempel) auf dem Dokument erhalte ich folgende Meldung.

docusign webservice option for let the user where to put the signature
There is not possibilities let the user decide where to place the signature when using Docusign method call AddNewDocumentMultiSigners (when we need more than one signature).
With this method the only options we have are to send each X,Y positions otherwise an anchor system is possible.
But when we have multi signer like 5,6 or even 10 person to sign this is difficult to find the right place with those options.

Das Berechtigungskonzept sollte auch rückwirkende neue Mitarbeiter einbeziehen
Der Berechtigungskonzept, wer welche Aufgaben bearbeiten und sehen darf, basiert auf Abteilungen.
Die Mitarbeiter sind in einzelne Abteilungen eingeteilt. Im Workflow werden die Rechnungen dann anhand der Abteilungen verteilt.
Neue Mitarbeiter (oder der Mitarbeiter bekommt das Recht für eine weitere Abteilung) können nur Aufgaben sehen die abgelegt wurden, nachdem dem Nutzer die Rechte erteilt wurden.
Es wäre wichtig, dass dieser Nutzer auch die bestehenden Aufgaben einsehen kann.2 votes -
