ADD DIRECTED HELP! The old Docuware Full Client had help complicated things like FULL TEXT SEARCHES.....The
ADD Directed HELP for the users as you have in the full client.
One of the things that made Docuware such a great product was the fact that there was HELP on every page. Users could hit HELP and find out how to structure a FULLTEXT PHRASE search or sort but now help is so difficult to navigate that users just COMPLAIN!IF there is help it is also a great reminder to us on certain features as it is not everyday that I dop a search for 2 words in a phrase that are 3 words apart....I have to…

Allow printing of multiple items from the Multiple File Cabinet Result list.
Allow printing of multiple items from the Multiple File Cabinet Result list. You have to copy them to a basket first in order to print them all at once.
However, you are able to print multiple documents from a standard result list / Task list, just not a Multiple FC result list.

Keep entires in dw Import
It would be helpful If DW Import supported keep entries when processing a batch of documents. The use case for this is when a user scans a batch of documents with a batch separation sheet and each document in the batch would have its own document separation sheet. The batch sheet would would map to field (like batch number) and the document sheet would contain document level information. I have seen in other software this can be accomplished by using keep entries (from previous document) when processing a batch in DW import.

Show the clipped documents in a left pane like the file explorer, to get a better and faster overview.
It would be an anvantage if overview in the left pane,could give the user an overview of clipped files just like a a windows path display. ?
I have made a suggestion on how that overview could be incorporated in Docuware

Allow user to set additional preferences for DocuWare Viewer pop out window
Would like to be able to have the DocuWare Viewer open in same window while indexing and in new window while searching. Currently, the only options are "Always show DocuWare Viewer in same window" and "Open DocuWare Viewer in a new window." These options should be expanded.
While it is handy to view the document immediately next to the empty indexing fields, having the document appear next to search results is cumbersome. The crowded window means the user has to scroll left and right to check indexed information. Since the page resets its alignment when a user sorts a search…

Get the possibility to create summary tables to get information about open documents and their corresponding status.

Disable Annotations when viewing Documents in a Document Tray/Web Basket.
Annotations rights are only controlled at the File Cabinet Profile level. Some users would like to be able to the ability to use annotations on documents in a Document Tray/Web Basket.

Allow the ability to change the field order in multiple task lists in DocuWare Admin Online
Currently, you have to go through each individual task list and change the order of the fields one by one. It would be extremely time saving to be able to apply the field order changes to multiple task lists at the same time if they have the same fields.

Print direct to printer
I would like to be able to print documents direct to a printer without having first to print them as a pdf.
Presently I need to print a document to pdf and then send it to the printer from my pdf viewer. Additionally, each document printed in this way leaves a window open in my pdf viewer, and these need to be closed manually rather than being closed once the instruction to print on a printer has been sent.
It also means that if I am viewing the document in DocuWare it is being loaded twice, once in DocuWare's own…

Document Sections
It would be nice if it was possible to make divisions within a file (i.e. in Personnel Documents you can have sections that can be sorted by items like absences or applications).

Result List Navigation
Move navigation of search results to the top so that they are in constant view and access. (Side to side slide bar, page advances, etc.)

add previous week day (work day) to the document store date dropdown
gives you the ability to email yourself a report of document types from the previous day/ previous workday.

Customisation of the viewer
With DW4x we could customise access rights in the viewer directly in the admin tool. This however, is not possible in the new web client. It would be good if we got this feature back with 6.x onwards. Is this something that is on the roadmap

M-Files has direct comment and follow documents
Docuware need to follow their competitor on this... Customers like to follow documents and comment direct in the interface!

Change Shortcut's from Webclient
It would be nice if we could change the shortcut's combination in the

Have more field to set up user. I.E. : Service or Departement
Hello,
It could be nice if we can have more field for the user setting, for example to set Service Or Department attached to the user.
For example it could be usefull to filter tasklist.
Today, when users create document, they can set up the department or service (if I have create such index of course). In the tasklist, I can filter the task by this index, but that's mean that I have to create as tasklist that I have service or department (not very usefull to support).
