storage consumption reports
Storage consumption reports by filing cabinet, with information on the number of documents, average size per file, etc.
That you can get a report that tells how much storage consumption you have made in the last days (filtered by dates) and detailed by filing cabinets.

Create a data record from a form
I use forms as a down and dirty data collection tool. I don't necessarily need to keep the form I just want the data. I also have a case where I have a merge form and one of the merge forms is a blank page that I use for the data record. The problem with this is that I can't just double click on the data record in search results to edit it I have to edit indexes. audit trail/ reporting
Increased functionality with audit reporting. Add the ability to add criteria (other then date) the search parameters. Be able to search by event, user and then be able to sort the results A to z or z to a.

Display number of document in document trays
Hello,
It would be very helpful if the number of documents in each trays was display in the list of the document trays (see picture).
When a user have to deal with a great number of document trays, it will help to increase his productivity.

Make stamps searchable
Stamps do not appear to be searchable. It would be very beneficial if a content search be able to search these stamps.

Add ability for the DW admin to log off users.
More frequently we are receiving support calls from clients unable to login because a license is not available. Sometimes it's because users closed their browser and failed to Log Out of DW first. Other times, because a generic login is used and they are not sure who is actually logged in. In the DW administration tool you can see who is still logged in, but it would be helpful to be able to click their username and force a logout and immediately close the session from that same screen. Cast Autoindex fields to change datatypes
There are many times that a datatype needs to be converted to a different one. INT to VARCHAR etc - This should be a choice in Autoindex per field not just the creation on a new SQL view or using Workflow Manager

Create a mass delete within the "temp" document tray due to the fact if you have an issue during import all the files get placed there.
Create a mass delete within the "temp" document tray due to the fact if you have an issue during "import" all the files get placed there. I have had to manual go in and delete over 5,000 document multiple times, perhaps add where deletion workflows can be done to document trays

Capture data from barcode in to Forms
If we can capture data from a barcode directly into a web form using a mobile device, we can eliminate the human error at the time of capture of index data and this will make the job much faster in a production line, much like an import job from a pc that can read and capture the information contained in the barcode, see attached image for a sample of a capture from a mobile device.

Edit several index fields when selecting a group of documents
When you select a group of documents to edit an index field, it could be usefull the posibility to modify more tan one field. Right now, there is only the posibility to modify one index field at once.

The clients have requested a better way to attach or replaces pages to an existing document than having to copy to a document tray
The clients have requested better way to replace a page in an existing document than having to copy and then select the order and clip or staple and store back.

Remove preceding/trailing/in-between spaces in Store dialog fields
We having issues with certain fields (eg VAT numbers) in Intellix Store Dialog, these fields are used in conjunction with Filtered Select Lists.
Problem is - different companies write VAT fields different ways:

123456789
GB 123 4567 89
which is completely break our filtered select lists, since we query customer CRM for that VAT number, where all of it kept uniform, like:
123456789We need ability to format post-Intellix fields in store dialogs - remove spaces, or certain characters using Regex or just list of characters to be removed, like:
GB| |VAT (second item is blank space)Thank you

grouping of search dialogs
Idea from DocuWare Product Blog:
Docuware should create a menu for search dialogues in a tree form so that grouped automatically showing only dialogs over file cabinet and go as needed. Often that choice is not enough for some users who actually work with many dialogs all the time.This was an reply to the following article:

Color coding or flagging items in the Task List for higher priorities
It would be nice if we had the ability to either color code or flag items in the task list if they have a higher priority than others. This would make them more noticeable for the people working the lists and not allow them to get lost in the mass amounts of work to be done.

A store dialog with only pre-indexing option in Web Client
A store dialog with only pre-indexing option is not working when you try to use this dialog with a document in the web basket.
this option was available with previous releases 5.1 C SP1&SP2,
We would like to see this feature returned starting v6.1 and above
To figure out the need of this option,this is an example of production environment:
Employees of claims department are preparing the pre-indexing documents in the web baskets and store later to the file cabinet when the claim is closed11 votesWe are currently not considering your idea.

Web basket empty or not ?
In the webclient, when you have several baskets, it's not possible to see quickly which basket is empty and which not. We have to open every one. With the old Windows Client, it was easy to see, because the symbol wasn't the same

kill a workflow instance from workflow designer
If for some reason, a document in a middle of a workflow needs to be archive. there is no way to automatically kill the workflow instance of this document.
For exemple it could be usefull in the following case:
A contract document processing into multiple worklow at the same time for validation need to be cancelled.
The user put a cancel stamp on the Document.
Then, all those workflow instances need to be killed.
Today, an admin need to select all workflow instance to kill them one by one which is not really pratical (this is manual).

Option to prevent documents deleted by a deletion policy, going to the trash (v7.8 >)
The new trash feature is very nice! But in some cases unwanted. Especially when (larger) volumes are deleted, that are not needed anymore, it makes no sense to put them into a trash record. A feature to have a checkbox in the 'Deletion policy configuration' which decides if the documents need to go to the trash or not.
