allow multiple form fields to be indexed in the same keyword index field
I would like to be able to index multiple form fields in the same keyword index field. I have a form with a list of choices in a checkbox field. One of those checkboxes is "Other" When other is selected I have another field come up so that the user can enter their own choice. I would like to index that as well in the keyword field.

Workflow Manual Reassigns - Capture Email Message in Addition to Subject
This comes directly from a client, and he claims that this is quite important to him. So, it's also very important to me.
In the workflow history when someone manually reassigns a task and chooses to have an email sent only the Subject is captured. In our case the message was quite important and not having it in the history caused quite the bad situation.
Can we get the Message added to the workflow history for the reassign, too?

Add workflow activity to run scripts or exe.
It would be nice if there were a workflow activity that allows a script or exe to be called along with the ability to provide parameters. This could be very powerful and would provide more options for integrations.

Autocomplete like all other document management sytems when indexing
I'm sure this has been suggested but I can't seem to find it. When you drop a file into a tray and select a store dialog, I would expect to be able to link a database connection to a field you enter to perform a database lookup and populate all the other fields like KOFAX, FORTIS, FILEBOUND, CAPTERRA, ONBASE and probably a lot more that I haven't used. My understanding is Docuware lets you enter the first value and save it. Somehow a auto index sees it on save and will do the database lookup and populate the fields. Not…

storage consumption reports
Storage consumption reports by filing cabinet, with information on the number of documents, average size per file, etc.
That you can get a report that tells how much storage consumption you have made in the last days (filtered by dates) and detailed by filing cabinets.

Multiple Page Forms
Add the ability to have multiple pages on a form instead of one long form.

Feedback received that if a form has a check box and the line next to the check box goes onto a second line, once the form is completed, the second line gets pushed down to overlap the next line item.

Automatic creation of new storage disk should be in the system again.
Just because no one uses DVD anymore, it is still a good feature who may of us uses In order to be able to store disk o less expansive media.

It would be nice to compare PDF's side by side and have the software highlight the difference from the original to the next.

Allow DocuWare web viewer render DICOM files natively in the web browser. Similarly to how we can view CAD files natively in the web browser.

Document Count for File Cabinet in Cloud
In the Administration Information of the File Cabinet details, include a field that gives the number of documents in the File Cabinet.

Please add a permission for changing user e-mailaddress
A user can edit his e-mail address via the user menu: profile & settings.
It's company policy that a personal e-mail address is forbidden. There is no permission to prevent users to change their own e-mailadress?

Create a data record from a form
I use forms as a down and dirty data collection tool. I don't necessarily need to keep the form I just want the data. I also have a case where I have a merge form and one of the merge forms is a blank page that I use for the data record. The problem with this is that I can't just double click on the data record in search results to edit it I have to edit indexes. It would be nice if there was a third option with forms for create data record. Or in Merge forms have an…

Dialog displayed when clicking Edit Text Annotation in the Tools Menu should be able to be displayed as read only
In the Tools menu there is a push pin button that has the title Edit Text Annotation. When this button is clicked on a dialog box is displayed allowing the user to enter text. We would like people to be able to display this dialog but have the text read only.

Add translations to workflow actions/buttons to support multinational companies
I have an existing customer who is looking to expand their usage of the system to include users in different countries.
As such they would like the workflow actions to reflect their language.
At the moment the only way I can see to do this is to include the translations of each language on the button but this doesn't work because there are too many characters.
What would be good is if the locale of the user was used to select the translation of the label so that it would support a greater number of users in a multinational company.3 votes -
allow html email notifications
The email notifications generated from workflows allow for quite a bit of customization with verbage and data fields, but they're plaintext. Nowadays people are accustomed to getting quite attractive email notifications from their various services so it would be great if you could add the ability to use html formatting and images in the emails - it would add to the professional look and feel of DocuWare.

Switch sides of WebClient
I have a customer who likes to view the documents on the left side of the screen and have the workspace on the right.
Please introduce a setting to switch sides of the workspace and the document viewer pane in the webclient, just like the already existing option to always open the viewer in a new window.1 vote -
Validation Before Store and return corrected data in awnser
The validation option should also be anble to be done before storage. In this way customers can correct index data to their specs. Or add index data to sthe store option.

ADD AUTOINDEX JOBS TO DOCUMENT HISTORY
PLEASE ADD THE AUTOINDEX JOB HISTORY TO THE DOCUMENT HISTORY INFORMATION. ATTACHED THE SIMPLE IDEA.
THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOW IF/WHAT/WHEN AUTOINDEX HAS RAN, AND WHAT IT HAS DONE.

Index changes from Autoindex just show up in the standard document history as index change.
